"You excited for your first day of school tomorrow Yuzuko?" Her grandmother asked
"I guess..." Yuzu said. Yuzu was in the living room reading a book but not just any book. It was a book filled with rules for the Aihara Academy
"That didn't sound excited" Her grandmother said
"Yes I'm excited" Yuzu said focusing in her reading
"Especially since you've been invited to the Aihara Academy. I heard that Academy is for high class and straight A students" Her grandmother said
"Isn't it an all girls school?" Yuzu asked
"Yes dear" Her grandmother said
"Good" Yuzu said
"Huh? I thought you would be upset" Her grandmother said
"Why should I be? Boys would just distract me from my studies. I don't have time to be with boys" Yuzu said. The phone rang and her grandmother walked up to it to answer
"Hello? Oh Yuzuko it's for you" Her grandmother said. Yuzu closed her book and stood from her couch then walked up to the phone
"Hello?" Yuzu answered
"Hey Yuzu-chan!" Matsuri said
"Oh hi Matsuri" Yuzu said
"Can we hang out? I mean I think you should take a break from those books" Matsuri said
"Sure" Yuzu said
"Let's meet up at the park" Matsuri said
"Okay see you there" Yuzu said and hanged up
"I need to go now grandma. Bye" Yuzu said heading for the door
"Okay dear. Be careful out there and come back before dinner" Her grandmother said
"Yes grandma" Yuzu said and left. She headed out the door and left the apartment then walked towards the park. She arrived at the park seeing a pink haired girl wearing headphones sitting on the swings. Yuzu walked up to the swings and tapped Matsuri's shoulder
"Yuzu-chan you're here!" Matsuri said and pulled her headphones down to her neck
"Hey Matsuri" Yuzu said and sat on the swings
"So...you still with your studies?" Matsuri asked
"Of course" Yuzu said
"Aren't you bored reading books?" Matsuri asked
"No but you should worry about your studies. You were lucky that you passed 7th grade" Yuzu said
"Pfft I don't care about my studies. All I love is music" Matsuri said
"You should really focus on your studies if you want a music career. I don't think I'll be able to tutor you" Yuzu said
"Why not? You were my tutor last time and you were a really great help" Matsuri said
"You just asked me to do your homework for you and besides I'm heading to a really advanced Academy. It's the Aihara Academy" Yuzu said
"Ooooooh I heard it's an all girls school. So are you intrested in dating any girls or at least...fuck one of them?~" Matsuri asked smirking
"Shut up. You know I'm not into dating" Yuzu said
"Yeah yeah you're already taken by your studies. That's the only thing you're dating" Matsuri said
"What about you?" Yuzu asked
"Hm? What about me?" Matsuri asked
"Are you ready to go back?" Yuzu asked
"Ugh I hate school. Do you really think I'll be excited to go and suffer? No..." Matsuri said
"I heard you usually get into fights" Yuzu said
"Because assholes are bothering me and my crew" Matsuri said
"Just please try to at least focus on your studies" Yuzu said
"You know the reason why I'm like this..." Matsuri said. Yuzu sighed deeply and nodded. Matsuri's parents never paid attention to her whenever she did well in school. Her mother always works and smokes as well while her father is an alcoholic. Her grandparents are the only ones that pay attention to her and care for her while her parents usually argue every single day
"But still...you love music don't you? Then at least focus on your studies if you want to have a music career in the future" Yuzu said and ruffled Matsuri's hair
"Yeah...I'll try" Matsuri said
"You better and I'll try to be your tutor again so I can help you do your work okay? I'll be here for you like a good big sister" Yuzu said
"Thanks Onee-chan" Matsuri said and smiled softly at her. After spending time with her Onee-chan Matsuri headed her way home wearing headphones. She was walking on the sidewalk heading back to her home. Something caught her eye and spotted her father was in a bar hitting on some sexy young girls. Matsuri rolled her eyes and kept walking to her home where her mother was just smoking. Matsuri arrived and the smell of smoke came to her hitting her right in the face. Matsuri walked in and headed upstairs while her mother was ignoring her. She got to her room and locked the door. She laid down on her bed with her headphones still on listening to music while staring at the ceiling. Her phone vibrated getting a message and she checked her phone seeing Lina messaging her

L-Hey Matsuri! How r u?

M-I'm good and you?

L-Just hoping we get the same class. I can't wait to see you and Sakira. I just wish we could stay with Asher and Furto. They abandoned us...

M-Hopefully they are doing great in high school

L-Are you okay with your parents around? I mean I know your dad drinks and your mother smokes. You could stay with me if you like...

M-Nah...I'm good. Besides they have no idea I'm taking their money

L-Taking their money? But don't you make money by...well you know

M-Yeah but taking money from them is easier. They are real idiots since they haven't realized it yet. They are too busy doing their own thing...

Matsuri put her phone down as she heard yells coming from down stairs.
"Is this the example you're giving to my precious granddaughter!?" Her grandmother exclaimed
"Listen you old hag! Your son is out there being an ass fucking younger girls! So don't blame this on me!" Her mother said
"Have you fed Matsuri yet?" Her grandmother asked
"Pssh..how should I know? That kid can take care of herself..." Her mother said. Her grandmother sighed and headed upstairs to Matsuri's room
"Matsuri? Are you in there?" Her grandfather asked
"Yes..." Matsuri said
"Please open the door. Come with me. I'll go prepare you some dinner. How does that sound?" Her grandmother asked
"Okay..." Matsuri said. Her grandmother left and headed downstairs then turned on the vents to clear the smoke that was in the living room. Matsuri just walked downstairs to find her mother outside smoking. Matsuri spotted an old picture frame behind the TV and saw a picture of herself and her parents back when she was a baby. Matsuri rolled her eyes and put her headphones on

"Welcome back Yuzu. You just made it in time for dinner" Her grandmother said
"Yeah" Yuzu said entering the house and took off her shoes.
"So how was it?" Her grandmother asked
"Nothing much really...Matsuri just wanted me to be her tutor again to help her out at school" Yuzu said
"And will you help her?" Her grandmother asked
"I suppose...I mean she's my little sister so why not? Hopefully my studies don't get in the way..." Yuzu said
"Alright dear. Now go wash your hands. It's dinner time" Her grandmother said. Yuzu nodded and she walked to the bathroom to wash her hands. After that she headed to the dining table and started eating with her grandmother. Yuzu looked at the empty seat and sighed deeply. Yuzu has missed her parents so much ever since she was 4. Ever since Yuzu's parents died she hasn't been herself at all. She usually was a happy and cheerful person but after the huge car accident she was not the same young girl. Yuzu was the only one who survived that car crash. She still remembers that tragic accident

"M-mama...p-papa..." Yuzu mumbled as she shook her parent's bodies. Yuzu trembled at the sight of blood coming from the bodies. Sirens were heard since people saw the crash. The police and ambulance arrived and they took Yuzu
"My parents! Where are you taking me?!" Yuzu exclaimed as tears rolled down her cheeks
"Kid calm down. We got this under control" The officer said. Yuzu looked at the doctors that took her parents inside the ambulance. She was then taken inside the police car and they took her away heading to the hospital to check for any major injuries. After everything was checked and taken care of Yuzu was in the hospital bed alone. She heard a knock on the door and saw her grandmother
"Grandma!" Yuzu said
"Oh Yuzuko! I'm so glad you're okay!" Her grandmother said hugging her
"Me too. Where's mom and dad?" Yuzu asked. Her grandmother's smile soon faded away and teared up
"Yuzuko...this is g-going to hurt and I-I'm sorry but...they're g-gone" Her grandfather said. Yuzu's eyes widen and tears rolled down her cheeks
"G-gone? I-I don't understand..." Yuzu said
"Yuzu...mom and dad...passed away meaning...they're in a better pl-place" Her grandmother said. Yuzu cried softly and clenched her fists tightly
"M-mama...P-papa..." Yuzu cried

"Thanks for preparing dinner grandma" Yuzu said as she stood from her seat and took her plate to the sink and washed her plate
"Your welcome Yuzu" Her grandmother said smiling at her. After Yuzu finished washing her plate she headed to the bathroom to take a bath. She entered the bathroom and started to prepare her water. Yuzu started stripping herself naked and entered the bathtub feeling the warm water relaxing her body. She looked down at her reflection seeing herself. Her dull green eyes and her blonde hair

"Yuzu! What on earth are you doing?!" Her grandmother exclaimed
"I just wanna die!! I just want to die!!" Yuzu cried out cutting herself with the razor. Yuzu has gone suicidal before when she was 8. During school she would have these bring your parents to school event but sadly...her parents were gone...completely gone. Yuzu would be the one who was always alone in class with no parents. Her grandmother couldn't come because of work and her grandfather...she never got to meet him. Her grandmother told her that grandpa had a terrible disease and passed away from it. Yuzu was alone. In class kids would murmur things about her and poor Yuzu...she would just end up in tears.
"Yuzu! Please! Don't do this!" Her grandmother exclaimed grabbing the bloody razor and held Yuzu tightly
"I'm alone!!!! I have no one!!" Yuzu cried
"Don't say that Yuzu! Listen I know it hurts but please don't just end your life like this!! You deserve to live!!" Her grandmother said. Yuzu clenched her fists tightly and cried in her grandmother's shoulder.

Yuzu felt tears roll down her cheeks but she showed no emotion. She turned to the side seeing a razor. She looked away and closed her eyes
