I'm so confused why Steve looks so shock when he see Scott at the video. i just though that he's shock because the one thing he know is Scott is missing.

Not because he didn't know that that's just a cctv, but because that's really an old message, but Steve (and of course us and Natasha) is so confused why Scott can be appearing at 1983.

I don't know... why 1983, because the First Avengers timeline is 1942 - 1945. Did someone know what event at 1983?
