Personality: Caspin is a nervous, shaky type. He isn't socialized and tends to hide away instead of having actual interactions with other people. Once he's close to someone, he's fiercely loyal and incredibly affectionate. He's a simple man really, all he wants is someone to give him love, and he's willing to fight for it

History: Caspin grew up in the streets of Chernobyl, before it was built and before the disaster of the nuclear reactors. He, and the rest of the ghouls loving there adapted easily to the new radioactivity around, developing poisonous spines and toxic venom
