"I saw you for the first time in the video which Ro showed me of Sam's first birthday. You were crying because Sam was not eating the cake from your hand", saying which Arjun laughed and Ananya turned her face with a pout.

"Okay okay, now don't sulk. Later I saw you surrounded by the kids, the care and love you were showering on them fascinated me. Your smile, your eyes, your innocence everything made me fall for you in the first sight itself. Adaa, all my life I have been alone...never experienced the love of a mother, care of a father nor the responsibility of having a sibling", Adaa could see the tears in his eyes which he hastily wiped and masked it with a smile.

Every word he said seems true and all his emotions seem genuine. All these days, not even once he made her feel uncomfortable, and surprisingly he understood her silence as well. Is he the right one for me? Ananya fought with her mind and her heart as her heart accepted him completely while her mind was still in dilemma as one time she feels that she know everything about him but sometimes he seems to be a complete stranger. She came out of her thoughts hearing Arjun's words.

"So madam you have got a lot of shoes to fill in and I am craving for your attention...don't make me wait for more sweetheart...enough of me...now, tell me about yourself. Though I know almost everything from Ro, tell me about your past relationships, boyfriends...you know", asked Arjun hearing which Adaa chuckled.

"I don't have proper friends and you expect me to have boyfriends"

"How is that even possible...I mean how could boys miss such a beautiful girl...", asked Arjun.

"My brothers are my strength and they are my weakness too, I couldn't spare anyone who speaks ill about them at least in front of me...no matter what is the situation. And whenever there is a bad day and we couldn't score runs or take wickets, people couldn't keep their mouth shut and I couldn't control myself. Slowly they started drifted away from me...but I never felt sad because of it in fact I am very proud of my brothers. So, you better be careful with your words, because one word against them I will divorce you, okay?", threatened Adaa.

"Wow, that means you are ready for the marriage", he said coming closer to her.

"You didn't learn to answer any question directly right?", asked Adaa shaking her head.

"You teach me...we have got a lifetime together", said Arjun looking into Adaa's eyes. In them, she found love, pain, desire, and many more emotions. Unable to take them, she stood up saying "It's already dark...let's go back"

They both silently walked back to the place where few of the team were playing volleyball while the others were resting watching the game. Adaa went and sat with the bhabhi's who were watching the kids build castles in the sand while Arjun joined the game.

In the midst of the talk,

"So Adaa...you like him?", asked Sakshi bhabhi.

"Hmmm...bhabhi, I don't find any reason to say no to him", replied Adaa blushing.

"Oh my God Mahi...she said yes", shouted Sakshi bhabhi. Everyone stopped playing and turned towards them.

"We need to start preparations for their engagement", said Rithika bhabhi in excitement.

"We are so happy for you", said Mahi bhai cupping Adaa's face and Ro hugged Arjun in happiness.

"Only if all my brothers are happy with it, I will marry Arjun", said Adaa and immediately Mahi and Ro looked at Virat understanding whom she was referring to.

Virat took his time increasing the heartbeats of the people around him.

"Adaa, come here", called Virat, and Adaa obliged.

"You remember what I told you right? you are going to tell me everything", asked Virat for which Adaa nodded in yes.

"Good...by the way did you tell Arjun about our condition?", asked Virat winking at her.

"Ha bhai...he agreed to it, then only I took this decision", said Adaa playing along.

"What condition?", asked Ro.

"Nothing Ro...its just...you know...", as Virat was struggling to fit in correct response, Adaa pitched in.

"Actually Ro bhayya, Arjun agreed to come with me after marriage"

"What...Arjun, you agreed to be Ghar Jamai...this is not accepted", exclaimed Rohit shaking his head in disbelief.

"Wait...no when did I say something of that sort? I just said whenever she is with you guys for a series, I would accompany her that's it...else she would have to rule me and my palace", replied Arjun hastily.

For which everyone laughed and Virat hugged Arjun putting aside all his insecurities.

"Congrats buddy", wished Virat.

"Thanks, Virat. You can trust me on her", replied Arjun reciprocating the smile.

"Where are Swara and Sanskar?", asked Adaa looking around. She dialed Swara's number but no one answered.

"I will check in their room and come", saying which Sakshi bhabhi left from there and she found Swara and Sanskar hurriedly coming out of the resort.

"Hey what you both are doing here when everyone is out there...come, join us, your friend said yes to Arjun", said Sakshi bhabhi taking them with her.

Swara and Sanskar hugged both Adaa and Arjun and congratulated them.

"I need to speak with you Swara...you know... to find some secrets about Adaa", saying which Arjun winked at her. Before Swara could reply, Adaa said "if you want to know about me, you need to ask Virat bhai...because he and Sakshi bhabhi are the only ones to know all my secrets".

"What about us?", asked Mahi bhai and Ro immediately.

"Actually...there are few which I can't tell you because you wouldn't approve of it", she said turning towards Mahi and Ro.

"As in?", asked Mahi bhai raising his eyebrow.

"Like the prank which we did on Hardik for which he was scared for three days and yet no one knew that it was mine and Virat bhai's idea", she said looking down.

"My whole life is a lie...", cried Hardik.

"And...", as she was about to say about another one they did, Virat stopped her.

"I think we should have dinner...I am starving", he diverted the topic and whispered in her ear "Pitvavoge kya ab...these are not meant to say in open"

"I think we need to celebrate this occasion", came in Shikar opening a champagne bottle.

"Yeah", shouted Hardik, Jaddu, and rushed towards the minibar. Everyone started enjoying their time with their drinks, food, and romantic music added to it.

"Adaa...which one?", shouted Arjun pouring himself a drink.

"I don't drink", shouted back Adaa as she was with Sakshi bhabhi and Arjun with Virat and Ro.

"She doesn't like the smell", added Virat.

"Oh", after thinking for a while, Arjun gave his glass to the waiter and asked him to dispose it confusing Ro.

"Oh my God...Are you quitting?", asked Ro.

"I want to ask your sister for a dance...so I need to smell good right", winked Arjun and after setting his hair, he walked towards Adaa.

"My lady, will you give me the pleasure of dancing with you?", asked Arjun forwarding his hand.

Feeling shy, she placed her hand in his giving her lifetime custody where he gently pulled her on to the dance floor. With her hands on his shoulder and his arms around her waist, they swayed their bodies for the music joined by Virat and Anushka, Rohit and Rithika, Shikar and Aesha, Swara and Sanskar followed by Sakshi as she pulled in Mahi too leaving the kids to join the bachelors.

During the dance,

"With Ro beside me and you in my arms, my world seems to be complete, sweetheart", said Arjun turning her around holding her finger and again pulling her closer.

"You won't leave me right ever?", asked Arjun holding her hands and looking into her eyes.

Feeling the pain in his voice, she held back her tears and hugged him replying "Never"

Looking at them Swara whispered to Sanskar,

"Sanskar...what now? I can't see Adaa spoiling her life. She is my best friend...we need to stop this as soon as possible"

"What to do Swara...this man is too careful in not leaving any trace behind...we searched his whole room right...did we find anything? His laptop has got a face lock...I am losing all the hope", replied Sanskar with a sigh.

"We at least have his personal number now right...remember I have taken it from Adaa's phone without her knowing it", said Swara looking at Adaa and Arjun who were all in smiles.

"Ya but I don't think he would be so foolish to use the same number for his illegal activities...he might be having another sim card or other means of communication", said Sanskar.

"Don't be so pessimistic Sanskar...I have sent the number to our unit...they will check all the call logs and will get back to us as soon as possible", replied Swara though she was also on the verge of giving up on this handsome and intelligent criminal.

Swara and Sanskar worked very hard to get into the Investigation department and when they qualified, looking at their zeal and ease to mix up with any crowd, the officials decided to have them as undercover agents. Everyone knows them as the CEO and MD of SM group of companies but unofficially they were part of many missions and were behind capturing dangerous criminals. Their only work is to collect the proofs, inform the head office and as the crime investigation department arrests the culprits, Swara and Sanskar move out of that place as if nothing concerned them. Three years back, they have received this case of high importance about that one man named Arjun Thakur who is ruling the underworld. But none knew how he looks and the few who knew that were also very powerful and hard to find and the one who got caught were very loyal to him. They were ready to die but not reveal anything about their head.

Through all the information they could get, they narrowed down to Arjun Singhania because of his name and background. Being an orphan and starting a multinational company didn't go hand in hand because no where there was proper mention as to how he got the funds. Taking his influence with the ministers, no one dared to question him. He kept on rising and becoming popular winning the successful entrepreneur award by award. Swara and Sanskar tried to plant their men into Arjun's company but his selective nature of picking people has not given them any chance. Though they were sure that he is not the person he is portraying to be but all they had is few recordings which were suspicious and luckily as Adaa was Swara's college friend, and knowing that Ro is Arjun's best friend, they were here to find a solid proof against Arjun Thakur urf Arjun Singhania.

All of them had dinner with lots of entertainment and retired to bed after speaking with the Resort manager to make the arrangements for the engagement which is to be done in the next two days.

The next two days went by in a jiff with all the sightseeing and scuba diving. As Mahi and Sakshi came all prepared for the engagement with the rings and the dresses, they had all the time to enjoy the place. With each moment Adaa started falling for Arjun more and more.
