"Julia, what is so Important that you had to practically go after me here, in London and in an alley nonetheless?" Jane asked, very irritated. She had attempted to kill a criminal who was killing his employees but he landed a hit on her and tore her dress. Luckily, Julia had arrested him as the assassin fled the scene. "Easy, Jane.. I'm not going to hurt you.. I just want to talk." She said, putting her hands as Jane lowered her knife. "What is it?" She asked again before noticing a flush of red on her cheeks.

"Jane.. I- I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"For not being able to save you in time.."

Jane smiled softly under her mask and took it off, the moonlight bathing her face as it caused Julia to blush. "You might have hurt me by not saving me, but.. it feels good to finally hear that long-awaited apology after so many painful years... thanks." She said, her deep dark black eyes shining like obsidian stones. The assassin turned around to leave the alley when the agent grabbed her wrist. "Wait.." Jane turned her head to face her while all of a sudden, Julia kissed her. Her eyes widened in surprise as a dark blush formed on her face when she pulled away.

"Jane.. I have been attracted to you for quite a while ever since you appeared in the papers as an assassin. Each day, I regret not being able to save you in time when Jeff killed your parents and attempted to burn you and your sister.. I know that what I have done does not make it up to you, but I hope I can try to dissolve your anger and hatred towards me.." Julia confessed.

Jane smiled as tears ran down her face, feeling a weight being lifted from her heart and shoulders. Ever since she found out that her sister was the one to kill Jeff, she had been much happier but she still needed to kill criminals so that people would be safe and not have to witness anything more horrible.

"Julia.. I accept."

The Asian woman's eyes widened at Jane's words as she looked up at the taller woman. "You.. accept?"

"Yes.. I'll admit, it was pretty stupid of me to behave like that due to some silly grudge I had from long ago and now I realized that. I found out that you were truly sorry for what you didn't do to save me. I was acting like an idiot and I couldn't see your true feelings for me." Jane said, her voice shockingly soft.

Julia's eyes glittered as she hugged the other woman's waist since she was very short and Jane was tall even with high heels. "Now, come on. It's not safe for you to be out on the streets this time of night." She told the agent as Jane began walking back to her house in Berry-lands. Once they got there, the assassin typed in the password and opened the door. "A password keyboard?" Asked the woman in her arms. "I don't want robbers to break in so I added that and many more security measures." Replied Jane.

"What kind?"

She just smirked and looked at her with an odd yet predatory glint in her eyes. "Don't worry about that." She said, going to the guest room that was four doors down from hers.

"This room is yours. There is also a map incase you get lost in these halls since it IS larger on the inside." Jane explained, lightly pointing towards a carving of a map that had many rooms and halls written on it on the left wall.

Julia was then lowered to the ground as she heard the door closed. She was shocked by how much detail was put into this room. Walking over to the map, she began to read it so she could memorize it and knew which halls so she didn't get into the wrong hall by mistake.

Jane sighed happily. Finally, she found someone who accepted her! She laid down in her bed, after having changed out of her hunting clothes and into a comfortable black tank top and matching shorts with white knee-high stockings. Her hair was in a fishtail braid, tied back with a ribbon which was the color of deep sapphires. The assassin was writing in her diary using a black fountain pen about the details of the confession when she heard a loud thud from Julia's new room.

Her protective instincts kicked and with a gun in her hand, she ran out of her room and to her jewel's room. Flinging the door open, she pointed the gun inside the room. "Julia, what happened?!" She asked watching as the agent looked up at her.

"I slipped and fell."

"On your head face first?!?"

"No, I think I landed on my back."

She watched as Jane immediately relaxed, lowering the gun. "Sorry about that, I literally live as an assassin and I cannot sleep due to criminals still being around. I know Primrose killed Jeff, but I still feel like someone's still watching me. I'm probably overreacting or something.." Julia immediately took the black-eyed woman's pale hands into her own.

"No, I understand where you coming from. I still can't believe that he managed to mess up your entire life just by killing your mom and dad, making you become what you are now, and finally, nearly burning your sister alive and having her become what she is now." She told Jane as she gave her a sad smile.

"Whatever's going on in that mind of yours, we'll face it together. So, will you please stop blaming yourself for what happened in yours and Primrose's past?" She asked the assassin as Jane stared at her in disbelief and shock in equal amounts.

She just fell even more in love with the agent before her.. why was she so blind to her true feelings all these months?

"Of course.. thank you for being there for me."

"Your welcome."

They both shared a kiss that night. This beautiful and smart woman was the person she saw herself spending the rest of her days with.
