So far, Calem has lost Tyrantrum, Lucario, Dragonite and Darkrai while Ash still has will full team in tip-top fighting condition. At the end of last chapter, we found out that the fifth battle was going to be between Ash's Sceptile and Calem's Yveltal. We rejoin the action just as the the two are about to command their attacks to their Pokemon.

Calem: Alright, lets start of with Steel Wing.

Yveltal screeches as its wings start glowing white. It starts descending towards Sceptile.

Ash: Sceptile, we can't take any chances, Mega Evolve!

As Ash says that, Ash and Sceptile are engulfed by Mega Evolution energy. As the energy dissipates, we are left with a taller Sceptile with a larger tail and a bushier chest. There are also extra red highlights around his tail and his back.

Ash: Now Sceptile, use Quick Attack to dodge. Get behind Yveltal and use Leaf Blade.

Sceptile speeds behind Yveltal and gets ready to use Leaf Blade. Calem, however, was ready this time.

Calem: Turn around and block it with Steel Wing!

Yveltal follows and the Steel Wing cancels out Leaf Blade. A huge shockwave is sent throughout the battlefield. Sceptile and Yveltal retreat back to their trainers' side.

Calem: I told you this time would be different, didn't I Ketchum?

Ash: At least you got the name right this time.

Calem: Yveltal, use Dark Pulse!

Yveltal releases a beam of dark rings headed straight for Sceptile.

Ash: Cut right through it with Leaf Blade and then use quick attack to get close to Yveltal!

Sceptile followed Ash's command and after slicing clean through the Dark Pulse, Sceptile was face-to-face againt Yveltal.

Calem: *smirks* Dragon Rush!!

Ash: Oh no you don't! Sceptile, Roar of Time!

Calem: WHAT!?

The two attacks headed for each other, however, Roar of Time completely overpowered Dragon Rush and hit Yveltal. The Dragon Rush did decrease the power of Roar of Time but still, Yveltal took heavy damage.

To the Stands

Gary: *sigh* I'm sort of getting used to this now. So, what, did Dialga itself teach Sceptile that?

Dawn: Well, when we met Dialga and Giratina, Ash did manage to stop Giratina from attacking Dialga. Who knows, maybe Dialga did teach Sceptile that as a 'Thank You' to Ash.

Everybody in the group nodded while Serena looked at Dawn with her mouth agape.

Serena: Ash has met a legendary before!?

Everybody just giggled as a response to that question until Iris spoke up.

Iris: You see, when you travel with Ash, you are basically guaranteed to meet Legendaries.

Serena just looked at Iris and then back at Ash. 'Who exactly are you Ash Ketchum?' Serena thought to herself as she continued watching the battle. As she watched on, she noticed Calem smirking. She was now worried. It was an evil smirk, one that seeks vengeance. Calem seemed to me glaring at Ash and smirking instead of watching the battle. Serena knew something was definitely wrong. She had a feeling that Calem was about to do something that will completely overstep the mark. She was now worried... for Ash.

To the Battlefield

As Yveltal slowly got up and started flying, Ash noticed that Calem had been extremely quiet. He took a quick glance towards Calem and saw with glaring back at him. His eyes showed nothing but malice. They showed an intent of doing evil and causing harm. Ash knew he had to be wary now. He had to be careful and protect not just him and his Pokemon, but also the spectators. Ash had a feeling that Calem would do anything to win this battle.

Calem: Yveltal, Oblivion Wing!

Calem said so while pointing. However, Calem wasn't pointing at Sceptile. He was pointing at Ash. Ash noticed this and grabbed hold of Pikachu. As soon as Yveltal released a beam of dark red energy from its torso, Ash and Pikachu jumped out of the way. The beam narrowly missed them as it turned the platform they were standing on into stone.

To the stands

The whole crowd gasped. The group of friends were absolutely livid. All of them could see that Calem did that on purpose. Out of the group, however, Serena was the one affected the most. She had always believed that Calem was a sweet and caring guy. She had never seen this side of him. What made it even worse is that he did this to Ash. She hasn't had the chance to get to know Ash properly yet, but she could believe her friends when they said Ash was an amazing person. Serena herself was furious at Calem now. If she could, she would have gone to the field and slapped Calem right away, but she held back. She would wait until the match was over. She looked back at Ash with worried eyes as she clenched her hand and held it right under her chin.

Paul: CALEM!! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU THINKING!?

This was the first time Paul had spoken. The whole group looked at him and his outburst. It was rare for Paul to ever flip like that. Paul was known to be a cold person, but he would avoid fights and keep his opinion to himself. This is the first time anyone had witnessed Paul screaming furiously. Everybody could understand Paul's frustration though.

Not a lot of people knew this but Paul had a lot of respect for Ash. Their rivalry was bitter in Sinnoh. Paul had always thought that harsh training was the way forward while Ash was convinced that love and care was the was to treat Pokemon. Ash had only won once against Paul and it was the only time that mattered. During that battle against Ash in the Sinnoh League, Paul understood what Ash had meant. No one really realised it, but Ash was the reason why Paul is a lot stronger today than he ever had been. Paul was very thankful to Ash and had started looking up to him. What Calem just did made Paul feel sick to the stomach. Paul glared at Calem once but continued watching the battle.

To the Battlefield

Ash slowly got up as the Referee spoke up.

Referee: Calem Xavier, this is your first warning! If your Pokemon attack Ash Ketchum's box again, you will be eliminated!

Calem gritted his teeth as Yveltal's attack had missed. He then set about concentrating on the Battle until he hear someone shout "CALEM!! WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU THINKING!?". Calem looked up to see Paul glaring back at him. Calem didn't respond. Instead, he saw Serena looking at Ash all concerned. This made Calem's blood boil. Calem didn't want Serena to look at anyone that way. Calem was the one losing and the fact that Serena was more worried for Ash made Calem furious. Calem had had enough and decided to go full on attack.

Ash had heard the shouting but didn't bother looking up as he had to make sure that Pikachu, Sceptile and the people behind him were OK.

Ash: Calem, what are you doing? You could have hurt me and the spectators behind me!

Ash knew Calem was being reckless and he needed to end the battle quick before anything worse happens. Again, Sceptile could feel Ash's emotions and he turned around and nodded at Ash.

Calem: I don't care! Yveltal, Oblivion wing, once more at Sceptile!

This time, Yveltal fired the beam at Sceptile.

Ash: Sceptile, use Spacial Rend to cut right through the Oblivion Wing and hit Yveltal.

Sceptile's Leaf Blade started glowing purple. Sceptile then arched his back backwards and then forcefully twisted his body forwards while swinging his arm with full force. An arc of large purple energy left Sceptile's blade as it cut right through the Oblivion Wing and struck Yveltal with immense force. Yveltal immediately dropped to the ground. It was clear that Yveltal was completely broken and unable to battle.

Referee: Yveltal is unable to battle. Sceptile wins. Calem, please send out your final Pokemon.

Calem's face was completely emotionless. None of Ash's attacks surprised him anymore. He just wanted to end Ash off. Calem returned Yveltal without saying anything.

Ash: Amazing job Sceptile. I am proud of you buddy. You must be tired. Take a nice long rest!

Sceptile reverted back to its normal form and Ash returned Sceptile to its Pokeball.

To The Stands

Everybody breathed a sign of relief as Yveltal was taken off of the battlefield. They were all scared of Calem's recklessness and Yveltal's power. Thankfully, Ash had sensed this and ended the battle quickly.

As soon as they comprehended what just happened, their jaws dropped for the 10th (I'm guessing) time today. Sceptile had used both Dialga's and Palkia's signature moves. Every spectator, including the Champions, were in awe of Ash. They had never encountered power like this before.

Gary, however, looked at Ash very intrigued. He though about how ruthless Ash had just been to Yveltal... and Darkrai for that matter. Ash was never like this. Infact, Ash wasn't like this during the beginning of the battle. Gary realised that Ash had sensed everybody was in danger and was doing this to protect everybody in here. Gary then looked around, expecting people to leave as things just got very dangerous, however, to his surprise, the stadium was still completely packed and everybody's eyes was locked onto the battlefield. Gary himself looked back at the battlefield getting ready for the final leg of the match. He knew Ash would save his best for the last but Ash had already used Pikachu, Sceptile and Charizard. What Pokemon did he have left? Gary was getting restless. He wanted to Ash's and Calem's next Pokemon. Little did Gary know that Calem's next Pokemon is a Kanto native and Ash's next Pokemon is a Kalos Native. Gary would often know about the Pokemon Ash catches as he would often visit his Grandpa's lab frequently. Gary, however, didn't know about a certain Pokemon Ash had left back in Kalos to help find 'Negative Energy'. Gary snapped out of his thoughts as the Calem released his final Pokemon.

Back to the Battlefield

Calem: I don't care what you say anymore Ketchum, you can't beat the strongest Pokemon in the world! Mewtwo, its finally your turn!

As Calem said that, a white, bipedal Pokemon materialised in front of the crowd. The only person in the crowd who knew of Mewtwo being Calem's Pokemon was Serena. There were gasps and murmurs. Even Ash's eyes widened at the sight of Mewtwo... not because of fear though, but because of surprise. The something caught his eye. It was a small ring that was glinting on Mewtwo's wrist. It was a Mega Stone.

Ash: Well, I see you have a Mewtwo that can Mega Evolve Calem. I have to admit, I am quite surprised and impressed by the fact that you have Mewtwo. Get ready though, this next Pokemon is a very strong... and unique!

Calem: Stop blabbering! I will completely ruin you and all your other Pokemon with my Mewtwo!

Ash: Well, I can't let you do that. Lets go Greninja!

Ash then threw a Pokeball and another bipedal Pokemon materialised on the battlefield. It was about the same height as Mewtwo, but it was blue instead of white and it lacked a tail.

Referee: Alright Mewtwo vs Greninja! Battle Begin!

Calem: Hah, you think you can defect a Mewtwo with a Greninja? Keep dreaming! I won't hold back against that Greninja! Mewtwo, Mega Evolve!

As Calem said that, he touched the Mega Stone on his wristband. Mewtwo and Calem were surrounded by Mega evolution energy and as the energy dissipated, a Mega Mewtwo Y appeared.

Everybody in the crowd broke into gasps and murmurs again while Ash remained calm. HE looked at his Greninja and Greninja simply nodded back. They lifted their right arm and suddenly, Greninja was covered in a veil of torrential water which then became tightly packed into a shuriken on Greninja's back. Greninja was now in Ash-Greninja form.

Everybody in the crowd gasped again. They recognised the Greninja. It was the same one that fought in the Kalos league final 3 years ago and it was the same greninja that helped to save Kalos 3 years ago.

Even Serena recognised the Greninja. Three years ago, all of Kalos was talking about this special Greninja. She had read that the Greninja's trainer and Greninja share a special bond. She knew Mewtwo was powerful but if any Pokemon stood a chance against it, it was Ash's Greninja.

Calem: Mewtwo, Thunder!

Mewtwo immediately shot out bolts of lightning towards the sky which shot back down towards Greninja.

Ash: Greninja, make a large Water Shuriken and jam it into the ground!

Greninja immediately followed Ash's order and made a Shuriken about double his height. Greninja then slammed it into the ground and as Greninja landed back on the ground, the Shuriken was taller than Greninja. Thunder suddenly changed course and instead of hitting Greninja, it hit the Water Shuriken. Greninja was not affected at all by Thunder. Calem and Mewtwo gasped.

To The Stands

Clemont was quick to notice Ash's genius again. He then set about explaining what just happened as the looks on his friends' faces confirmed the fact that they were extremely confused.

Clemont: You see, electricity always tries to get to the earth/ground and electricity always chooses the path with least resistance. And as we all know, water conducts electricity a lot better than air so water has lower resistance than air. Ash used this to his advantage! Thunder is, after all, just a lot of electricity! Ash is just a lot more competent than Calem when it comes to battling.

When Clemont finished saying that, half of his friends wore a confused face while the other half nodded, understanding what Clemont had said. Serena turned back to the battlefield. She had understood what had happened even before Clemont had explained it. She was very good at Physics. Serena was deeply impressed by Ash, his knowledge and his application of knowledge. She couldn't help but admire Ash more and more. The more she watched him battle, the more she is wooed by him. Even right now, battling a super overpowered mega evolved legendary, Ash still had a calm and collected face. He never rushed to decisions when he panicked. It was almost as if he had a plan for every situation. A solution for every problem. Serena herself was now deep into the battle. Watching Ash battle inspired her and filled her with confidence. It wasn't anything special though. By the looks of it, he seemed to have the same effect on everybody in the stadium.

However, Serena did have another special feeling inside her. Seeing Ash laugh and play with his smaller Pokemon during lunch made her smile. She thought that it was a nice moment until Calem ruined it. It was also amazing to her how all Pokemon seemed to love, obey and respect Ash. The younger Pokemon seemed to look up to him as a guardian while his more powerful Pokemon seemed to look at him as a companion, a friend and a mentor. Serena's admiration of Ash had grown to new heights throughout this match. She could tell Ash was an amazing person just by watching him battle. Ash seemed to have the uncanny ability to communicate with everybody though a battle.

Well... Everybody but Calem. Calem was too full of angler, hatred and fear to listen to Ash. Calem was not concentration on battling. He was not battling because he wanted to do so. No. He was battling so that he could humiliate Ash in front of the whole school. Ash, on the other hand, just came to answer Calem's question. All he has done is battled to his absolute best. That's what set Ash and Calem apart and Serena knew it. She could tell who had better intentions. Who was the better person. Serena knew what she should do after the battle but knew she wouldn't do it because she wouldn't let a battle come in between her and Calem. No matter what kind of person Calem is during battles, he is, generally, a nice person to hang out with. Serena then turned to Ash. 'However...' she thought with a small smile and a slight blush. Serena has realised that she has taken a liking towards Ash. It was his cool, calm and collected personality that she liked. She also adored the warm smile her gave her in the cafeteria in the morning. She didn't think Ash was bad looking either. In fact, his messy black raven hair and tanned skin along with those thunderbolts under his eyes were something Serena found very attractive. As Serena started thinking about that, she hadn't realised that she was staring at Ash, grinning widely with a huge blush on her face. To her misfortune, Everybody in the group had noticed this. Gary suddenly broke her out of her thoughts.

Gary: Looks like someone has a crush on that guy down there.

Said Gary pointing at Ash. Serena looked back at Gary but saw everybody was looking at her with a knowing smile on their faces.

Serena: W-What? N-No, its not like that!

Serena was now blushing madly while frantically waving her hands in front of her. She then continued.

Serena: Besides, I'm with Calem right now anyways...

She sounded a bit disappointed and upset when she said that and the group picked up on it. They decided to leave the subject for now and concentrate on the match again.

To the Battlefield

Calem: Don't let Greninja rest! Use Aura Sphere!

Mewtwo made a ball of blue aura in its hands and fired it towards Greninja. Ash was quick to reply though.

Ash: Use Aerial Ace to slice the Aura Sphere and then continue using Aerial ace on Mewtwo!

Greninja swiftly followed. He sliced through the Aura Sphere like hot knife through butter. He then continued to bombard Mewtwo with Aerial Ace although it looked a lot like Close Combat. Greninja eventually leapt back. There were only a couple of scratches on Mewtwo and Ash and Greninja were not surprised. Mewtwo was, afterall, one of the strongest Pokemon ever. Especially in Mega form. Calem then countered.

Calem: Mewtwo, use Psychic to life Greninja and slam it onto the ground.

Mewtwo immediately obeyed and lifted Greninja. Ash watched in horror was Greninja was lifted about ten metres into the air and slammed onto the ground. Ash screamed as he felt every bit of pain Greninja did and collapsed to the ground clutching his chest. Calem then asked Mewtwo to repeat the move and Mewtwo did. Calem found pleasure in hurting Ash physically. He couldn't help but laugh as Ash who was now lying on the ground breathing heavily. Calem then again asked Mewtwo to repeat the move a couple more times which Mewtwo did. After the 4th time, Ash had started coughing up blood. Even though he wasn't directly attacked, his bond with Greninja meant that he could feel extreme pain along with Greninja and his body reacted accordingly. Calem was going to ask Mewtwo to repeat again but suddenly stopped when he heart a voice from in the stands.

To the stands

Everybody watched in horror as Mewtwo threw Greninja around like a ragdoll. Everybody knew about the bond between Ash and Greninja. It became world famous after the Kalos league 3 years ago. They were all aware of the fact that Ash was able to feel Greninja's pain.

All of Ash's friends could see Ash on the ground, struggling to even breathe. They were all helpless, after all, what Mewtwo was doing was not against the rules. No one had the power to stop what was happening... until someone spoke up.

Serena had been watching everything very closely. It hurt her to see Ash like that. 'He has never done anything to Calem, so why was Calem treating Ash like that?' Serena thought. As Mewtwo started thrashing Greninja about, all Serena could hear was Ash's ear piercing screams of agony. Serena just couldn't watch anymore. She couldn't help but let tears escape her eyes. She then mustered up all her strength to scream at the top of her lungs.

Serena: CALEM!! STOP THIS!!

Calem then looked up at her. He then smirked which caught Serena completely off guard. Calem then turned around to face Ash.

Back to the Battlefield

Ash was unaware of the fact that Serena had stopped Calem. He felp the constant barrage of pain stop but his ears were ringing. He then looked up to see Greninja lying on the floor and Calem turning around to Ash. Calem faced Ash and started talking.

Calem: Ketchum, I am going to make you an offer. Forfeit this match and leave. That is the only way you can save yourself and that puny Greninja of yours. You know you have no chance against my Mewtwo. Its over. Its the end of your Ketchum.

Calem couldn't help but grin at the situation. In a matter of seconds, he had turned the match on its heels. Calem was now on the driving seat and victory was now basically his... or so he thought.

Ash heard everything Calem had said. He then started thinking about forfeiting for the sake of Greninja... but then he heard something right in front of him. He heard footsteps. He looked up to see Greninja walking over to him. Greninja was badly injured but Ash knew he was a strong Pokemon. Ash and Greninja had the same mentality. Seeing Greninja up on his feet filled Ash with confidence. He then replied to Calem.

Ash: Calem, you have it all wrong. If Greninja wants to keep fighting, then I will keep fighting with him. So that means no, this isn't the end of the battle. And you know what I say? Never give up... Until the end!

To the Stands

As Ash said that, a certain blonde in the stadium flicked her head face Ash and had a small flashback. It wasn't too much but it showed her enough for now. All she could remember was her being in a forest and someone saying the exact same words... "Don't give up... until the end."... Serena kept repeating those words in her head as she was absolutely sure that she has heard that phrase somewhere before. She didn't dwell on it for too long though. She thought she would come back to it later and continued watching the battle.

To the Battlefield

Calem: What kind of cheesy line is that. Anyway, Mewtwo use multiple Aura Spheres!

Mewtwo released another sphere of blue Aura. Ash quickly jumped to his feet and commanded Greninja.

Ash: Greninja, use Aerial ace to knock down every single one of them!

Ash was now more determined to win than ever. Calem had tried using a dirty tactic to win. It went against everything Ash believed in. It bought same to Pokemon Battling. Ash was not furious and he couldn't control it anymore. As soon as all the Aura Spheres were knocked down, Ash didn't hesitate to give Greninja another command immediately.

Ash: WATER SHURIKEN!!!!

Ash shouted at the top of his Lungs. This surprised everybody! Ash had been so calm throughout the whole match and all of a sudden, he is showing so much emotion. However, everybody understood. Calem had indirectly attacked Ash physically.

As Ash gave that command, Greninja took the Water Shuriken off his back and started spinning it above his head. Suddenly, Greninja was covered in a veil of water with golden streaks across it. Ash's eyes widened. He had only seen this once before. In the final of the Kalos League 3 years ago. Soon the veil of water was compacted into a massive golden water Shuriken above Greninja's head. Everybody in the crowd gasped while fear was visible in the eyes of Mewtwo and Calem. Calem didn't waste another second and ordered his strongest attack immediately.

Calem: Mewtwo, Psystrike!

Mewtwo then formed a large ball of Psychic energy in front of him and fired it at Greninja while Greninja released his giant Water Shuriken. Everybody watched on as two extremely powerful moves neared each other. Ash was smiling confidently while Calem was now terrified. He had never seen anything like this before. The two moves then made contact. Suddenly, the Water Shuriken completely ripped apart the Psystrike. The Psychic move vanished into thin air while the Water Shuriken increased in power as it made its way to Mewtwo. Calem knew that he had to do something or that would be the end. Suddenly, an idea came into Calem's mind.

Calem: Mewtwo, use Psychic to stop the water Shuriken.

Mewtwo did exactly that. The Water Shuriken stopped in its tracks. Calem smirked was he completely stopped Ash in his tracks. Calem, however, was misunderstood. Ash Ketchum always has a plan... and this was a part of his plan all along. Ash still had a move that he hadn't called yet and he figured that now would be as good of a time as any to use it. A sly grin grew on Ash's face which Calem noticed immediately. His eyes widened as he realised he had fallen into Ash's trap. Ash then continued to command Greninja.

Ash: Greninja, Hyperspace Fury!

Greninja started being surrounded with dark energy as Calem's throat dried up.

Calem: Mewtwo get out of th...

But before Calem could finish, multiple rings materialised around Mewtwo who was still dealing with the Water Shuriken. Each ring started emitting a powerful beam of dark energy which struck Mewtwo directly from almost point blank range. Mewtwo was bombarded with those attacks from every direction and all Calem could do was watch in horror. Once the attack was over, Calem watched on as his strongest pokemon reverted back to its normal self and dropped to the floor... unconscious.

The whole stadium was completely silent now. No one dared to even talk after what they had just seen. The silence was broken by the referee who, himself, looked shocked at what he had just witnessed.

Referee: M-Mewtwo is unable to battle. Greninja is the winner. This means that this match goes to Ash Ketchum.

Once the referee said that, everybody in the stadium exploded into cheers and shouts of joy. Although it was no where near a close battle as Ash had won 6-0. The ending did give everybody in the crowd a scare.

Ash completely collapsed onto the floor. He sat there breathing heavily, but smiling. He looked over to Greninja as it looked back at him. They were both completely out of breath so all they did was smile and nod at each other. Ash the continued.

Ash: Greninja... y-you battled... really well!

Ash stopped to catch his breath but continued.

Ash: Good Job!

Greninja: Gren! (Although I like the way Gekkoga sounds, I had to stick with English)

Ash then look out an ornament from his pocket. It was a golden circle with four golden spikes extruding out from 4 different directions. Two spikes on each side of the circle were connected by an arc. The whole thing was of a golden colour. Ash then continued to speak to it.

Ash: Looks like I won't be needing your help today old friend.

He said so to the ornament and then placed it back into his pocket. Ash was then broken out of his thought as he walked over to Calem with Greninja by his side. Ash then extended his hand and spoke.

Ash: That was a great match Calem. I hope we can battle again. Only next time, I would appreciate it if you didn't try to kill me and Greninja.

Ash said so wile chuckling while giving Calem a warm smile. Ash knew that whatever happened in the battlefield was to be left in the battlefield. Calem looked up at Ash. He was angrier than ever before. He slapped Ash's hand away and started shouting at him.

Calem: WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE!? GET AWAY FROM ME ASH KETCHUM! I WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A LIVING HELL!!

Ash just watched Calem as he returned Mewtwo, got up, turned around and left the stadium. Ash was staring at him until a familiar voice caught his ears.

To the Stands

Once the match was over, everybody sighed a breath of relief. It had been a long match and the ending had been especially brutal. All of Ash's friends were cheering and shouting their congratulations for Ash while Serena sat there with a clenched fist just under her chin while smiling widely and blushing madly at the sight of Ash.

Serena watched as Ash approached Calem. Serena was scared as she had seen Ash completely lose his temper during the battle. She didn't want Ash to get in trouble. However, she was pleasantly surprised when Ash smiled at Calem and extended his hand. Serena heard exactly what Ash said and couldn't help buy giggle. What Calem did next though caught everybody off guard. He lapped Ash's hand away and started yelling at him. Serena really did not like this Calem at all. She saw Ash standing there dumbfounded and couldn't help but giggle again at the goofy expression on his face.

Suddenly out of no where, Gary started screaming something.

Gary: ASHY-BOY!! OVER HERE!!

Serena: Ashy... boy!?

Serena couldn't help but giggle again.

She then turned around to face Ash. Ash had heard Gary and looked up towards them. Ash's eyes widened as he saw all his past travelling companions in one place. I looked at each and every one of them until his gaze finally fell on Serena. Serena couldn't help but blush as Ash's Auburn eyes met Serena's Cerulean ones. She smiled lightly at him but all Ash could do was frown a little after what happened in the morning. However, he immediately smiled back at her as he wasn't one to hold grudges on anyone. Ash also thought it would be nice to start all over again as the meeting they had this morning didn't really set a good first impression of each other. Gary the shouted something.

Gary: ASH, MEET US AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE BATTLEFIELD! WE'LL WAIT THERE!

Ash: ALRIGHT!

As soon as Ash said that, he bolted out of the battlefield and ran towards the entrance gate. He couldn't wait to meet all his friends again. He, especially, wanted to talk to Serena again after all these years. Inside, Serena couldn't wait to meet Ash. She, along with all her friends, bolted towards the entrance gate too. Serena couldn't stop herself from smiling at the thought to getting to talk to Ash. He made her feel some sort of way. No one had ever managed to make her feel like Ash does.

End of Chapter 5.

I made this Chapter especially long... by accident. I hadn't realised how long this chapter was until I got 3/4 of the way and looked at the word count.

Anyway, next chapter, Ash will be reunited with all his previous travelling companions and he starts everything over with Serena. They all talk about Ash's past together while Ash and Serena get to know each other.
