She curls in a ball and tucks her knees to her chest. Tears run down her face and she feels empty inside. So empty that is scares her- a dark abyss of feelings that had died leaving nothing but darkness. 

            She tries to stay positive. She knows there are reasons to be happy- reasons to be thankful. But the bitter parts of her life seem to stay like a stench in her nostrils. She can't forget her issues in the midst of happiness. 

        Maybe that's you. You know you have reason to hope, reason to live...but it all seems so far away right now.

       God is right there with you. 

       He doesn't just know about your pain... He feels it, too.

     God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are one. When we accept Jesus into our lives, we have God in our hearts. He's living inside us...and He feels our pain. He empathizes. God suffered so much pain (mental and physical) on the cross. He knows pain.

     Don't give up. 

     Don't give out.

    God's holding your hand right now.

    He's got you tight.
