Cynthia's POV

"So that's why you made so many food..." Lector said in amazement.

"Yup! All for this... surprise! Sting-kun was the mastermind behind all of this." I grinned as everyone in Sabertooth were gathered around the tables in shock and awe, that were unfolded in front of them.

"Now that you mention it... weren't you writing on a piece of paper a few days ago... and your face had an ugly smug on it?" Rogue asked, turning to face Sting who glared at him.

"I did not have an ugly smug on my face. And it wasn't just me... Cee-chan did most of the cooking and stuff. I only planned out the idea." Sting scratched his cheek.

"Thanks... Sting-kun..." I blushed.

"Really...? I remember your ugly smug clearly." Rogue demonstrated everyone the face of Sting's before that he mentioned about, which laughter erupted throughout the guild members of Sabertooth and I.

"S-Shut up..." Sting groaned in annoyance making me to giggle.

"Make me." says Rogue.

"Oh I will!"

"Yeah?"

'Yeah! Bring it on!"

"Oi, you two sound exactly just like Natsu and Gray-san fighting back at the guild. Now's not the time for arguing but to celebrate, ne?" I asked cutely making Sting to blush and Rogue to nod.

"Cynthia-sama.. I mean Cynthia-chan, is right... calm down, please..." Yukino backed me up shyly.

"Fro thinks so, too!" the little green exceed exclaimed.

"I couldn't agree with you more, Frosch..." Lector huffed and began to grab some fish on his plate.

"Alright everyone! Time to dig in!" Sting shouted, enthusiastically.

"Don't be shy! It's a party so let loose, Minna-san!" I added and started to pass the plates to everyone who exchanged their thank you's.

"Truth is we don't know how to party hard like you Fairy Tail members..." Rogue muttered.

"Yeah... ever since we had Master Jiemma... our guild was always so tense and we never got a chance to do these things or even have fun." Lector said, shivering in sadness.

"Fro thinks so, to!"

"It was always about winning and being the strongest..." one of the Sabertooth members confirmed.

"Victory was the absolute from Master Jiemma, and we couldn't do anything about it." Rogue muttered.

"Then that's why we should start off fresh... a better guild just like Fairy Tail!" Sting said. I gave a small smile to everyone and noticed that Sting was staring at me with a troubled look but with hope.

"Then... I'll show you on how to become party animals!"

"How will you do that Cynthia-chan?" Yukino asked shyly.

"Cee-chan?" Sting arched an eyebrow at me.

"Everyone come on out!" I shouted waving a hand in the air. Every Sabertooth members were confused and even Sting didn't know about my devious plan. Behind them, standing in front of the door was none other than my guild members, Fairy Tail who was smirking and grinning.

"Yo! Sabertooth! How are you all?!" Natsu grinned.

"About time you called us in, Cynthia!" Gray chimed nonchalantly and smirked over to the Memory Make wizard whom he fought against during the last battle of the GMG.

"What a memory. This is one surprise that Sabertooth wouldn't forget." Rufus said, bringing his hat down to cover the top of his face.

"Laxus!" Orga chimed with a devious smile, which only made Laxus to smirk back. In the background, I could see Freed who looked uptight, clenching his fists and jaw towards Orga. 'Maybe he's protective of Laxus...' I mumbled in my thoughts, sweat dropping at the sight.

"Cee-chan... when did you...?" Sting muttered slowly, his face written in shock making me to smirk.

"Right after when you invited me to come over for the surprise. I thought that, maybe bringing in my comrades... we can show you guys a thing or two on becoming the bestest guild you want to be! Even if you are starting slow. We are all friends now aren't we? We were rivals before in the games, but that's all in the past. They even wanted to tag along and congratulate all of you. I hope you don't mind..." I said sheepishly, scratching my cheek.

"Of course he doesn't mind! This will be one heck of a party!" Natsu walked over and swung his arm onto Sting's shoulders and lowered him down.

"N-Natsu-san?!" Sting said in bewilderment.

"This is just a sign of congratulations and we heard that you became the Master, kid." says Gajeel, who had his arms crossed and walked over to us with a smug grin, followed by his signature laugh.

"Gajeel..." Rogue greeted.

"Raios... how you doin'?" Gajeel smirked and Rogue to twitch in slight annoyance.

"It's Rogue. Not Raios anymore..."

"Cynthia-chan!" Lucy and Wendy called over to me.

"Hey guys! Glad you could make it!" I beamed.

"Of course we would! We wouldn't want to ignore your request." Lucy proudly said.

"The food looks delicious! Especially the dessert..." Wendy said in awe.

"Wendy... don't eat too many sweets or else you'll get a toothache." I heard Carla to scold from behind her.

"Cynthia, nice party you decorated and got ready for!" Carla smiled.

"Well.. it was all thanks to Sting-kun who did it all." I beamed, gazing over to him which he gave me a small wave and a smile plastered on his face. Later, he was once more tackled by Natsu, Gajeel and Rogue. Turning back to face the three girls, I saw that they gave me grins making me to fluster at their sudden expression.

"W-What?!" I croaked, averting my eyes from them. I only heard them to giggle at my nervousness.

"You likeeeeee him!" a familiar voice chimed in, curling his tongue.

"I-I don't!" I urged to see Happy in front of my face with an evil smirk.

"Liar!" Lucy giggled, much to my embarrassment, my blush deepened in color and felt a pat on my shoulder.

"You did an amazing job with the food! They all look simply delicious!" Erza grinned.

"T-Thanks! Finished all of these in just a day and a half." I grinned sheepishly making all of them to sweat drop and gawk in shock.

"W-What?!" they all exclaimed in unison.

"Y-Yeah... it's no problem really. Just got a little sore from standing for a long time." I chuckled.

"I knew you could do it! That's my granddaughter, Cynthia for ya!" I heard a low chuckle and turned to see Master Makarov who held a proud grin on his face and held a mug in one of his hands. I assume that he was already tipsy from his booze.

"Thanks Gramps! Of course I would. I wouldn't want to bring Fairy Tail's name in vain. After all we are now Fiore's number one guild!" I chirped.

"G-Granddaughter?!" I heard a voice to pipe up from nearby and saw that it was Sting who looked at us in surprise.

"Y-Yes... you could say that?" I scratched my cheek nervously.

"I didn't know you're the Granddaughter of Fairy Tail's master..." he said softly.

"Really? You're Granddaughter of your master in Fairy Tail?!" I heard Rogue to add in surprise and joined in on the conversation, along with the other two exceeds of Sabertooth.

"W-Well... not technically by blood. But he treats me like his very own." I chuckled.

"I see... that's interesting." Sting grinned.

"You got a problem with that, brats?!" Master Makarov stared a hard glare towards Sting and his comrades who gulped thickly at his darkened look.

"N-No sir!" they shouted in unison making me to laugh.

"Master... you didn't have to scare them so much." I cringed but laughed wholeheartedly after.

"Cynthia..." Gramps stared at me before taking another sip on his booze. Arching an eyebrow as to why he said my name like that, just then a light bulb clicked in my mind. My bad.

"I mean G-Gramps..." I asserted with a nervous look which he seemed to be more pleased about.

"Better. Now if you Master of Sabertooth or should I say, Sting and also... Rogue." Master declared, making me to sigh.

"H-Hai?" they both quivered.

"If you dare to lay a hand on Cynthia or hurt her feelings in anyway. You'll have to say that through us, Fairy Tail or else you'll have to go through a very angry Grandfather...Which I most likely think... you wouldn't want." Master spoke sternly and murderously. Scary.

"Am I clear?!" he stated making the Twin Dragon Slayers to shook in fear but nodded in agreement.

"Too late for that..." I heard Rogue to mumble something as he stared at Sting who had a worried look on his face, but I didn't quite catch it.

"What was that?" Master asked sternly, facing the twin Dragon Slayers.

"N-Nothing!" they squeaked.

"Good! Now on to the party! Let's have one of the best nights together!" Master cheered and chugged his booze, while Sting and Rogue sweat dropped.

"Scary..." Lector shivered.

"Fro thinks so, too!"

"Alright! Let's eat! I'm starving over here!" Natsu bellowed and grabbed various types of food onto his plates and devoured it all in one gulp. I nodded happily and saw that every member of both guilds were finally mingling, eating and laughing together. I smiled at the view that I am very pleased to see all of us unite. Except for two people who stood there dumbfounded. Sighing, I walked up to them and patted their shoulders, making them to turn their attention on me.

"Are you two hungry? Or are you still gonna stand here with terrified looks by Gramps proposal?" I snickered.

"The shorty is right! Come on Rogue go have a bite! Let's leave these two for privacy..." Gajeel smirked and dragged Rogue who tried to fight him from his grip but lost.

"So... what now, Cee-chan" Sting said nervously, averting his gaze from me.

"What do you mean, by what now?... Don't tell you me you're really afraid of Gramps already!" I laughed, only to see him blushing.

"Ah, sorry... I would be scared too but you know he's... kind of joking? Don't let it get to you too much! Just have fun." I smiled and took his hand in mine, taking him one of the tables aligned with the food I cooked.

"They all look simply delicious.." Sting drooled and started to pile his plate with food. "So... much..." I squeaked. He turned to face me with a piece of meat loaf hanging in his mouth and grinned.

"It's all delicious! Like I said before... I would want to eat your food everyday!" he muttered and gulped down the meat loaf that was once hanging on his mouth.

"T-Thanks... you can ask me anytime if you want me to cook..." I nervously said, a blush appearing on my face.

"Maybe I will do that..." Sting grinned and took more bites of his food.

"S-Sure..."

"Cynthia... your food is impressive. I'll be sure to memorize all of this." I heard Rufus to comment with a smile.

"Thanks! I'm glad you all like it!" I chirped.

"Of course we would! Why wouldn't we Cynthia?" Levy added and walked up to me, taking a bite from her dessert.

"J-Just thought that i might've made a mistake or something." I shrugged.

"Well it's good! You should cook more often in the guild with Kinana and Mira!" Natsu grinned.

"I agree!" Droy commented, bring platefuls of food into his mouth.

"We'll see..." I laughed.

"Don't force her too much you idiot." I heard Gray to walk up towards us with Juvia following him behind all lovey dovey.

"Love Rival!" Juvia pointed at me which I sweatdropped.

"Juvia-san... I've told you countless of times that I am not your love rival..." I sighed.

"Don't call me an idiot, you idiot!" Natsu barked.

"Shutup! Flame Brain!" Gray pressed his forehead against the Fire Dragon Slayer.

"They're at it again...." I muttered, pinching the bridge of my nose.

"Cee-chan?' Sting looked over at me with worry.

"Just... get ready..."

"Ready? Ready for what?"

"You'll see."

"That's it! Come at me!" Natsu yelled.

"Bring it on!" Gray growled, getting into a stance. Seconds later, it happened. Just like back at the guild, they started to brawl each other which brought all of the other members from both Fairy Tail and Sabertooth to go all out against each each. Which led to an event of the feast and the room we were in, to be clobbered up with many furniture that were broken and the walls were smashed. Let's just say... it's ordinary. Well at Fairy tail... at least.

"This again...?" Sting twitched at the scene.

"Yup...." I sighed in annoyance but a hint of happiness.

"Natsu-san is so cool and awesome!" Sting grinned, his eyes sparkling in amazement, which I face palmed myself.

I didn't know how long this went for but it felt like it went on for a while. I laughed at the scene and soon I didn't even notice to see that Sting disappeared into the brawl with everyone. We all know how Sting is... he is up for a fight, just like Natsu and he wouldn't let his chance slip up. Lucy, Wendy and the exceeds were chilling at the table watching the scene before them. It was probably best that I would go sit with them too, to catch up and talk.

However, I felt someone to grab my shoulder, hoping that it isn't someone from the brawl to drag me in. If they did, they were in for a big surprise.

"Cynthia!" I heard my name being called and turned to see Mira who was smiling.

"Mira-san?" I asked softly, tilting my head to the side.

"Come come! This way." she motioned me to follow behind the stage. My face drained in blood, hoping that it wasn't what I was thinking she was making me to do.

"You have to do a duet with me! Please!" she pleaded and tried hand me the microphone but I wouldn't even dare to touch it.

"Please don't make me do this Mira-san! I suck at singing! Maybe you can ask Gajeel-san... even if he isn't the greatest..." I said nervously.

"I need a girl to sing with me! Don't say such nonsense, silly... I'll be there with you!" she chirped and pushed me in front of the stage.

"B-But..."

"No butts! We should sing to gain everyone's attention... you wouldn't want them to destroy the whole event, now would you? Especially since you've prepared all of that food in less than 2 days. You wouldn't want all of your hard work go to waste." she sternly said.

"F-Fine... let's just get over with this..."

"Yay! I knew you would listen!" she grinned evilly.

Huffing in defeat that she was right all along, I grabbed onto the microphone and sat beside her on a stool, as she held a guitar in her hands and tapped on the microphone. Everyone was still brawling and didn't seem to notice our presence, that is until Mira spoke through the mike.

"Minna-san! If you would all please take a break from fighting and ripping out each other's throats... I would like to present to you a song which will be sung by me and the lovely Cynthia!" she spoke. Everyone stopped in tracks and slowly let go of each other's grips and stared into our direction, making me to gulp. I gazed throughout the crowd, staring back at everyone.

"Cee-chan?" I heard Sting to let go of Natsu's collar and stared at me in awe, making me to sit there nervously and fidgeted with the microphone in my hands. I felt a hand pressed on my arm and looked to see that it was Mira who gave a soft smile, which sort of made me feel slightly better.

"What song do you want to sing, Cynthia?" she whispered. I thought long and hard about it, shutting my eyes thinking of one of my favorite songs in mind.

"H-How about... Memoria?" I smiled.

"Alright... just follow my lead." Mira motioned and I nodded.

She strummed the guitar lightly and waited for the right beat to come in so that I can start on singing. I felt a pair of eyes lingering on me and noticed that it was Sting who stared at me with compassion and a smile held on his face, making me to flush. But remembered that I had to concentrate on the verse that I had to sing. I took a deep breath and put all of my emotions into the song.

"Within my soundlessly flowing memory from long ago, if I could think about you while cuddling up to my recollections..." I started with a soft pitch, not wanting to destroy the harmony.

"With your sinking face reflected on that window I was so familiar with, your eyes, cold enough to swallow even the sound of tears, were facing at tomorrow..." Mira added in, strumming her guitar.

"Even though I know it's an unchangeable fate, I'm not afraid because I have faith from the bottom of my heart.

Within my soundlessly flowing memory from long ago, there is proof that we went through much together.

Because you taught me what these overflowing feelings were, even if this world should disappear, I will still remain in our memory.

We used to talk about how we wanted to go see the ocean... Together we had dreams that would never come true...

You, wandering about in the heavy snow and becoming injured, are no longer alone...No matter how far apart we become, I will never forget.

Because you taught me what light was, these overflowing tears are my thanks to you. The sky of our vow exchange on that day will never dim." I sang out wholeheartedly.

I had a feeling that Mira stopped singing with me and only for the first part. Looks like her plan worked, only to get me to sing by myself. But I guess it's fine...? I'm sort of comfortable singing now and sang out all of my content, dripping every word with feelings.

More towards to a certain someone...

I looked over to the crowd, repeating the chorus and saw the familiar blue eyes peering back at me. Sting stared at me in awe, like he was capture in my spell. His smile was making my heart to skip a beat... a million of miles per second and felt my cheeks to rise in blush but still kept my posture on singing.

"Within my soundlessly flowing memory from long ago, if I could think about you while cuddling up to my recollections...then no matter how far apart we become, I will never forget.

There is proof right here that we went through much together.

Because you taught me what these overflowing feelings were, even if this world should disappear, I will still remain in our memory.

The sky of our vow exchanged on that day will never dim." I sang out the last part of the song at ease and gently.

I looked over to Mira who held a Cheshire grin and and I smiled nervously. Bringing my gaze back to the crowd, everyone stood still and stared at me with open mouths, huge eyes and silence peaked throughout the room.

Not a single movement. Did I do really bad? Did I make a fool of myself singing? I knew this was a bad idea! I shifted my weight from side to side, averting my eyes away from everyone and stood there awkwardly on the stage until I heard a huge sound of claps, whistles and shouting.

"Cee-chan! You're amazing at singing!" I heard the first person to shout out and knew in an instant that it was Sting. I brought my gaze back up and smile at him to see his huge grin on his face.

"Cynthia... that was sooo good! Where did you learn to sing like that!?" Natsu gasped but later grinned.

"Cynthia-chan! I didn't know you can sing like that!" I heard Lector say.

"What talent!" Erza commented proudly.

"I knew you could do it." Mira smiled in my direction and I exchanged back a smile. Staring back once more at the crowd of both guilds, I could heard almost everyone cheering out for me, calling out my name and asking for another song which I really didn't want to... but in the end I did, not wanting to spoil their fun and make them upset.

Making my final bow, I walked off the stage leaving Mira to sing her own song. Just before I could even walk towards Team Natsu, I felt a pair of warm muscular arms wrapping around my waist and turned slightly to see the grinning Master of Sabertooth.

"You were incredible out there! Since when did you sing?" Sting asked.

"Err... not too long ago? I took a few singing lesson with Mira-san before the games... but thanks!" I chuckled as he unwrapped his hold on me, and feeling the cold air to hit me. Which made me feel sad about.

"Your voice was really something... you can put up a good fight, clean, cook, and sing! What else can you do?! You amuse me in many ways Cee-chan!" he acknowledged, not leaving this grin on his face. I blushed deep red and he seemed to have notice my face and saw a tint of pink appearing on his cheeks.

"S-Sorry... it just came out.. but what I said is all true." he stammered, rubbing the back of his head.

"I-It's fine... thank you though.. I'm glad you liked it." I smiled.

"N-No problem..."

"Cynthia-chan! Over here!" I heard Lucy beckoning for me to go over to their table. I gave a small wave followed by a signal for her and the others to wait. They looked confused to what I signaled, but as they look over to the person I was talking t, I could see that their faces immediately held smirks. Greaaat.

"You can go over there, Cee-chan. I don't mind. Besides, we have all the time we need to chat." he smiled and patted me head.

"Are you sure?" I asked worriedly.

"It's fine! I'll look for Lector, Rogue and Natsu-san!" he grinned, pushing me to go to Lucy and them.

"Alright..." I gave a slight nod facing him, then back to the others.

"If you need me or something... I'll be here!" he whispered gently in my ear. Feeling his hot breath to crawl over my skin and felt the goosebumps to rise up. It was almost like the time when he gave me a hickey at that night when I was trying to comfort him a while back ago. I blushed a deep red and walked over to the table trying to hide my blush but it didn't work out so well.

"Cynthia-chan! I didn't know that you and Sting were that close..." Wendy pondered, trying to submerge the moment that happened between me and Sting a few minutes ago, as I sat down on a free chair.

"You have the hots for him?!" Lucy grinned, bringing herself closer to me nudging my side to get the 'information' out.

"Is it true Cynthia-sa...chan! Are you and Sting-sama, I mean Master together?!" Yukino gasped with a blush to form on her cheeks but held excitement at the same time.

"You two are so good together!" Levy chimed.

"N-No! We're not together! Just good friends, like I said before..." I blushed a deep scarlet red, brushing my arm in embarrassment.

"But I saw how Sting... hugged you from behind..." Carla smirked.

"It was just a friendly hug! N-Nothing else!" I argued back seriously but to my avail it didn't work at all.

"Didn't look like a friendly hug... more like a couple's..."

My face was probably really red right now, sweat beads were forming on my face, I felt the shivers running along my back and my tummy to turn over. This is not good. I didn't like Sting like that... only as a friend. He even said it himself... right?

But for some reason, I like being in his arms... His warmth against mine, our bodies being pressed... even that kiss before made me giddy about. I covered my face with both of my heads trying and averting my gaze at them. Someone kill me, please! Or at least someone intrude us! I groaned out in frustration, to hear the girls to giggle and chuckle at my embarrassment.

"I'm gonna go sing up next!" I heard a deep masculine voice to shout. 'Finally! Thank you to whoever that was!', taking my hands away from my face I looked around the room from where I was sitting and tried to find out who said that. But I made eye contact with the girls who were still smirking.

"You guys!" I groaned.

"What?" Levy chimed.

"Stooop."

"We did stop?" Lucy said with a grin.

"Stop your smirking... wipe them off, please!" I whined like a little kid.

"Fine... but we will have to talk about this later!"

"Fine."

"Good! Glad that you agree!"

"More like dragged into it..." I mumbled softly, making sure that they wouldn't hear me.

"How is everyone tonight?!" I heard the same voice to shout, and looked over to the stage to see Sabertooth's Orga who held the microphone in his hand.

"Don't tell me..." Lisanna started.

"He's going to..." Lucy added.

"Sing...?" I ended.

Yup. He did sang. Everyone covered their ears, well almost everyone. A few others were laughing and chugging down their booze with Cana our drunkard. I even covered my ears and watch him singing, but that didn't help since he practically shouted through the microphone. Talk about singing.

"We are one of thee best in Fiore! Sabertooth and Fairy Tail, come together as one! Wahoo! You can't stop us! We are the strongest in Fiore!" he sang out and then repeated himself again over and over.

"Get off the stage! Let me sing instead!" a gruff and stern voice complained.

"Who said that?!" Orga said impatiently.

"I did. Your making my ears to bleed." the voice said in annoyance.

Guess who that person was?

It was none other than the Iron Dragon Slayer.

"G-Gajeel?!" Levy bursted out in shock.

"What did you say?!" Orga argued.

"I said, your voice is scrawny! Let me sing instead! I got my guitar with me! Ah Shobedobedoo!~" he sang out the last bit.

"Shutup! you suck too!" Orga sighed and continued to sing.

"That idiot..." Levy facepalmed.

"Sooo... Levy... you and Gajeel... you must really likeee him!~" I said with a sly grin, mimicking Happy.

"I-I don't! W-What are you saying?!" she flushed.

"It's written on your face..." Carla added.

"Just like you and Happy!" Levy barked, which Happy heard and flew over to us eating his fish in his paws, making Carla to blush faintly and averted her gaze from us.

"Okay you two... that's enough!" Lucy clapped her hands trying to break it off... but it didn't.

"Lucy has a crush on Natsu!" Happy wailed, nibbling on his fish.

"Shut up, cat!" Lucy sneered and saw a blush to rise on her face and flicked Happy out from our group. Talk about a love fest here.

"How about you, Yukino-chan?" I asked the say and quiet celestial mage, other than Lucy.

"I... I um... don't have anyone..." she blushed full red.

"Liar!" I heard Happy to say, somewhere near us which I sweat dropped and grinned taking her hands in mine.

"Whose the special guy?!" I winked, only to see her blush deepened in color.

"R-Ro..gue...sama..."

"Huh? I couldn't hear you Yukino-chan... sorry! It's two loud with these two idiots shouting about singing first!" I yelled, hoping that they would get the message but it seemed like they were too busy still. I puffed my cheeks in annoyance and leaned in closer to Yukino to hear.

"It's... R-Rogue-sama..." she said softly, that I was the only one to hear.

"Oooohhh... that's cute!" I grinned and she jerked back, fumbling with her shirt. "Y-You think s-so?"

"I know so!"

"T-Thanks... but I don't think that's gonna happen..." she muttered.

"You never know unless you try and confess."

"Then.... if you confess to Sting-sama... then I will confess too!" she stammered, making me to go red this time at her suggestion.

"Wha-What?! I-I don't think that's uh... going to happen soon.." I mumbled.

"Now you know how I feel about it." she giggled and I chuckled back.

Soon our attentions were back to the two 'singers' of both guilds who were still fighting over the microphone. They made a huge commotion and were acting like kids about singing. Can this get any worse?! But at the same time... I'm glad that all of us were talking as friends and not enemies back at the GMG.

I felt relieved, glad and pleased of all of the guilds ... well most of the guilds in Fiore to acknowledge each other properly and think of each other as comrades. But something seemed missing to me... Two things felt missing in my heart and mind. One of them was the lost memories that I still couldn't regain, and the other...

I wasn't too sure about...and I hope I know the answer sooner than later.

Sting's POV

I couldn't believe that Cynthia could cook all of those delicious food within less than two days! It was something that really fascinates me about her. That's what I love about her. I smiled in my thoughts. She was full of surprises and she just amazes me everyday. Since the first day we met, I loved being with her at every moment to be by her side.

She even surprised me and my guild of her fellow nakamas to lighten up the party for us. It was shocking but I didn't mind. To see her smile like that in front of me. I would do anything to make her happy, to see her angelic smile. She is my prized treasure and best friend.

Hearing and seeing her to sing in front of everyone, it shocked all of us! I even noticed that her fellow Fairy Tail were even in shock too. Did they not know about her amazing talent of singing? Well, except for that white haired girl sitting next to Cynthia... I think her name was Mira? I am slowly learning their names, since we weren't on great terms before but that's all in the past. But I too, didn't even knew that Cynthia knew how to sing like that!

She's always told me when we were young that she never sang before... but now I guess she does. I chuckled at her embarrassment when she took the stage. She was adorable and beautiful. I couldn't take my eyes off of her for a minute. She was pure, kind, just perfect in my eyes.

After she got off the stage, I made sure to hug her in surprise and make sure that she was feeling great about herself. To feel special and that she's amazed everyone. Her very scent was mixing with mine, it was intoxicating and I didn't want to take off my arms from her, but I had to force myself since we weren't together... yet.

Her breathing pattern, her soft tingly touch brushing on mine, my chest against her back. It felt right. I felt like a whole new person. But letting her go from my arms and sight, it saddened me. My heart struck in pain.

That's why I've decided...

To make her mine. To be my girlfriend tonight.

But sadly, I couldn't at the moment. I've stepped out from the party, before Orga and Gajeel-san could even brawl anymore.

Here I was alone in my office, away from all the noise and from the fun. I sighed in annoyance as I peered over a tower of paper waiting to be signed. This is what I get for being a master. I could just slip out to the party to talk to Cynthia and ask her to be my girlfriend in front of everyone and not do these paper signing. I probably have to ask for permission first from her Grandpa... the short old guy.

It sent shivers down my spine, remembering his malicious tone about touching Cynthia. Sorry old man. I've already touched her and I want her for myself. Did I sound too selfish? I hope I didn't. Either way, I would have to tell her Gramps, maybe afterwards? I hope.

Better get started on writing these papers. They are due tomorrow for the Magic Council. Why did they need these papers now?! Why not the day after tomorrow?! After I ask Cynthia to be mine? This was just tough luck and it's frustrating!

I hope Cynthia doesn't notice my presence that I was missing and gone from the party. I just want her to have a good time with everyone, even though I'm not there to be with her. Even if it pains me and kills me on the inside.

-

Time skip~ 3 Hours Later.

"Just 375 papers left!" I sighed out in annoyance, and spun around in my chair.

I was hoping that if I finished all of these papers before the party ends, maybe I can ask her out. But probably I don't. I stared at the clock on the wall and noticed that it was already 2 am. Just greaaat. She probably even left. What a great way to ask her out. Sighing again, I heard a knock on my door. Wonder who's that? Probably it was Lector, or Rogue.

"Come in!" I said, rubbing my temples and went back to signing the papers without staring up at the person. After hearing the door to be shut behind them, I heard them to step forward, which was mostly not likely to be Lector.

"What do you want Rogue?" I huffed.

"Hey there Master, I was looking all over for you." a calm and sweet voice said. This voice! It couldn't be! Why was she still here? Isn't the party over by now?! I glanced up to see the beautiful Cynthia to peer down at me, standing in front of my desk.

"That's Stinstin-kun to you Cee-chan." I scolded playfully making her to roll her eyes and cross her arms.

"Why are you here? I thought you went home already?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Go home without saying goodbye to you? Or that you even left the party that you organized?" she muttered.

"I-I can explain!" I brought up my hands in defense, hearing her to sigh.

"Sting-kun... If you wanted help with your Master duties, you could've just asked silly." she stuck her tongue out. 'So cute when she's childish...' I thought.

"There's no way I could do that! It's not fair to you! You should go out there and have fun! I have to stick with my duties and responsibilities as Master..." I argued.

"And it's not fair to you to, either Sting-kun. I'm gonna help you! Whether you like it or not!" she said as she took a few papers in her hand. I stared at her long and delicate fingers as she held onto the papers that i needed to sign and watch her face intently as she read through the papers.

"W-What is it Sting-kun? Is there something on my face?" she cocked an eyebrow.

"N-No! I was just thinking of stuff..." I muttered a lie.

"What kind of stuff?" she tried to provoke me.

"Just Master stuff!"

"M'kay... whatever you say Spiky."

I heard her to say the nickname that she called me earlier at the grand ball after the battle with the Dragons and GMG.

"H-Hey!" I spat childishly.

"So.... what would you like me to do?" she asked softly, placing the papers back down on the pile. 'I want you to be my girlfriend, to be my everything and mine.' I thought, my stare piercing her very soul.

"Sting-kun?"

"Huh? Oh! Sorry, I spaced out for a minute... well um... you can help me organize the files...?" I spoke as she started to make her move and started shuffling through the papers to organize, like I told her to.

"Oh yeah Sting-kun... just to let you know.. the party already died down. Everyone in Fairy Tail and Sabertooth already left home. Lector went with Rogue since he was too tired to do anything else. All who is left is me and you..." she spoke softly, like music to my ears.

"Why didn't you go home?" I asked.

"I already mentioned why. I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to you. You just disappeared without telling anyone." she shrugged as she placed some papers in a file.

"I see... is that all?"

"And... I-I just didn't want you to be hung up by yourself in the guild. You shouldn't overwork yourself... I was simply worried." she muttered.

"So, you're worried about me?" I grinned mischievously before signing another paper.

"W-Who said that?!" she sputtered.

"You did Cee-chan." I snorted making her face to go red.

"Shhh... anyways. Im done with the files and organizing. Is there anything else you want me to do?" she asked as she got up and placed the files on another desk that wasn't too far from mine.

"No there isn't but thank you Cee-chan! You helped me lifted up a burden on my shoulders... you can have a seat on the couch if you'd like." I offered, holding my gaze at her purple orbs that I really love.

"You sure?"

"I'm sure. All I have left is to sign these annoying papers and I'm done."

"Alright... but you need need my help, I'll just be over there..." she pointed towards the couch before walking towards it.

It was quiet between the two of us. Not an awkward silence, but very peaceful. Her sitting on the couch but now lying down facing up the ceiling playing with her long sand brown locks and me sitting at my desk signing the papers away. What a killjoy these papers are.

If only I didn't had to do them, then I would be with Cee-chan and having fun right now. Only 56 papers left! Yes! Maybe Cee-chan was bored already? Was she impatiently waiting? I fiercely ran my hands against my blond spiky hair, hoping that this would be over soon.

I looked over to her and she was still playing with her hair. I lingered my eyes over her, watching her every movement. She looked over at me with a small smile tugging at her lips. I felt really bad and guilty of her to wait for me and be bored on the couch.

"What's wrong Sting-kun? Are you having troubles to sign the papers?" she asked softly.

"Nothing... it's under control." I huffed.

"Sting-kun."

"Fine... I just feel bad that you're waiting for me and I can tell that you're bored." I said disappointedly.

"I'm not at all... I like the silence. It helps me to think and relax... knowing that you're doing your job and that you're fine.. makes me feel at ease." she mumbled.

"Alright... I'm almost done in 10 minutes! I'll sign these really quickly so we can get out of here!" I said hurriedly.

"No need to rush Sting-kun. Take all the time you need." she yawned. 'I don't want to ruin your time though... our time.' I thought sadly.

Around 15 minutes later, like I've told to Cynthia... actually 5 minutes later. I've finally signed the last stupid piece of paper and dropped my pen to make a small thud and I huffed in slight cheer.

Finally! Finally we can get out of here! Wait... since she did told us that it was only the two of us alone... maybe I can ask her out right now? Would it be more special like that? I didn't want to make her feel embarrassed or anything. This was my chance! I'll say it form my gut and tough it up.

"Cee-chan!" I peered over to her who was still lying down on the couch.

"I have something to tell you... I've been meaning to tell you this and I can't hold it back in anymore. Ever since I've found you.. or no... ever since when we were young, I've always set my eyes on you. You're beautiful, exquisite, kind, loving and amazing in every way. I... love you. I want you to stay by my side, and so I know this may be a shock to you but I hope you return the feelings... All I wanted to say is that... Will you be my g-girlfriend Cee-chan?" I croaked nervously.

Spilling out all of my feelings and love for her, waiting for her to reply. But to my avail, there was no answer. Was she ignoring me? Getting up from my seat, I walked over to Cynthia whose back was facing me... I softly touched her arm and peered down to see her sleeping face making me to chuckle.

"Cute.." I mumbled with a blush forming on my cheeks. Her sleeping face made me to calm down from anything else. Her lips were full and I just wanted to give her little pecks and cradle her in my arms right there and then. I knew I couldn't. That would be freaky to her and she might hate me for it. I probably have to ask her out again, due to failing of telling her on another day. I sighed.

What if she doesn't love me back? Despite her losing her memories, I can't force her to love me or anything. Whatever answer she has... I will accept and respect her decision and always remain by her side... even if we weren't more than best friends. But the thought of it hurts deeply in my heart. I saw her to shift in her sleep and curled herself up even more. I'm guessing she was cold.

Shaking off the thoughts, I slowly carried her in my arms trying to not wake her up into bridal style and walked out of my office and out the guild of Sabertooth. I felt her to cling onto my feather boa on my jacket and snuggled herself closer to my chest. Feeling her warm breathing against my skin was ticklish.

I stared down at her sleeping figure in my arms lovingly. She's just simply amazing in every way. I hugged her closer which she much enjoyed and was pleased... after seeing her sleepy reaction pressed on my chest. It was already too late to take her back to Fairy Tail, since no one else is here and I was dead tired from work. It was already 4 am...?

If I remember from the time back in the office. Might as well bring her over to my place for a sleepover. I hope she doesn't mind... more like she doesn't have a choice. I would protect her and made sure that she's all right. It's better than staying at the guild alone or sleeping there.

Finally reaching my house, I opened the door with my hand that was holding onto her arm, then closed it behind using my back. Then walked in towards my bedroom without turning on the lights to place her down on my bed. I didn't have to turn them on since my perks of being a Dragon Slayer gave me somewhat a good vision in the dark which i am happy to gain.

Trying to pry her off from my arms, it seemed that she didn't want to. I sighed and slowly took her grip off of me, making her to fidget slightly. Slowly walking to the end of the bed, I took off her brown boots slowly to place them down on the floor, I made sure to bring up the covers on her body so that she wouldn't feel cold anymore. Making sure that she was okay with everything and that she was snuggled up in bed. Taking a last glance at her, I took a step towards the door and was stopped by a sudden tug on my pants.

Confused if she was awake, I turned slightly to see her sleeping face and her hand on my pants, gripping them tightly. Was it her consciousness making her to tug at me? Was she too sleepy to even know? Or was she slightly awake and grabbed onto my pants by accident and fell back to sleep? Confused of whatever it was, I smiled and took her hand off from my pants but it didn't seem to work.

Her grip was freaking strong.

Sighing in defeat, I turned my body around fully to face her, slowly and carefully picking her up once more to move her over on the bed a bit, just for enough space. Setting her down and satisfied with the space, I placed a pillow beside her in the middle of the bed, knowing that she wouldn't like the idea of me being too close to her when she wakes up in the morning. That is, if she can still wake up early... I chuckled remembering at the thought that she would always wake up late and hate waking up in the mornings. 'Silly girl'.

I laid myself down on the bed beside her and made sure that the pillow fit properly and made myself comfortable, before taking my shirt off. I brought up blanket to cover both Cynthia and me, so that we couldn't get cold in the morning.

Facing her, I placed a hand gently on her cheek and caressed it softly making sure that she wouldn't wake up. She leaned into my touch, making me to smile. I leaned over just a tad bit to kiss her forehead of hers, which she snuggled even more into the blanket.

"I love you Cee-chan..." I whispered, lifting my lips away from her forehead and stare at her gently.

Then I forced myself to turn my body around to face the other side, avoiding to gaze at her sleeping face for that whole night. Or even staying in that position before I could do anything stupid. All of my thoughts were just about her, and soon, I felt my eyes to droop in sleep and dozed off.
