He walked me over towards a building far from the party.

   " Garroth face it I'll be frozen in the time I have!"

He gripped my hand tight and turned towards me.

   " No you won't Y/n! There's always something we can do."

  " Garroth with the time I have I won't be able to find True Love in time."

  " Maybe Lucinda can give you more time. Or reverse it or-"

   " Garroth!"

I shouted. He looked at me shocked, but stayed quite for me to talk.

   " Please. Your making this harder for me. I don't have anymore time. Garroth just promise me you'll take care of Ben since I'll be frozen. "

By this point I was in tears. Garroth took notice and hugged me. I hugged him back.

   " Garroth don't make this harder than it already is."

   " But I don't want you to leave me Y/n. Not like that. Not at all. There's gotta be something we could do."

   " Garroth there's nothing we CAN do. My fate is sealed. With the time I have True Love is impossible."

Garroth pulled away and I noticed he had some tears in his eyes. He looked at me for a while and then started looking around. I laughed a little bit.

   " W-What are you doing?"

   " Checking everywhere for people."

   " Why?"

   " So I could do this."

He turned back to me and kissed me. He put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer. I left my hands in front of me which lead to them being pressed against his chest as we kissed. Then he pulled away.

   " That's why I checked."

   " Oh ya. Every time you tried you were interrupted weren't you?"

   " Yes. Yes I was. Finally. I wish it was on better terms though."

" Ya. Garroth we can talk about this later okay? It's better to not ruin the party. Especially when Ben might be around to hear."

   " Right. Let me escort you back."

He held out his arm for me to take and I took it. We walked back to the party and I seen everyone dancing and having fun all around. The music changed from a slow beat to a fast up beat one. I felt myself be pulled away from Garroth and into the crowd. I looked and seen Laurence had taken me into the crowd. He started dancing and I started dancing with him. He smiled and I smiled as he twirled me to go along with the beat we danced until I felt myself being pulled in a different direction. This time I seen Aaron pulling me away. He lead me out of the crowd. I could see Laurence looking all around for me. Garroth I could tell was looking for Laurence.

   " So how's your night been?" Aaron asked me.

   " Good so far. Just wondering who's going to steal me now."

   " Well I'm smarter than you think."

   " I know that's why I said I'm wondering who is going to do it."

He laughed at this.

   " That means your mine for the rest of the night."

   " Not necessarily." Garroth said.

Right as Aaron was going to relax Garroth came in and stole me from Aaron. I ran with him as we both ran into the crowd and out a different way.

   " Now Laurence and Aaron both will be stuck in the crowd."

   " Smart Garroth, but you forgot one thing."

   " What did I forget?" He asked fumbled.

I pointed upward and he followed my finger up.

   " Mistletoe."

He looked down and realized that I was under the mistletoe.

   " I didn't plan for that in all honesty."

   " Lady Irene you work in mysterious ways." I said.

I seen Garroth being pushed out of the way by Laurence, and him being pushed by Aaron. I just stood there and laughed. As they fought Ben came running up to me. I picked him up and he pointed upwards toward the mistletoe.

   " Sneak little kid." I said.

I kissed his forehead. I walked away from under the mistletoe and walked up to the boys. I kissed each of them on the cheek and started walking home carrying Ben.
