Ohm's P.O.V:

I sat down on the floor and adjusted the guitar on my lap.

Then started practicing.

Nanon walked into the room about a minute later and sat down on the chair by the desk.

"Zoloft makes me insomniac so I take sleeping pills along with it" I said as I continued running my fingers over the chords.

"And?" He asked.

"You must think I'm stupid right?" I asked.

"What do you want to say? Just spit it out already I still need to study you know" He said.

I sighed heavily and nodded then put the guitar aside before standing up.

I walked over to the desk and turned the chair so he was facing me.

Then put my hands on the armrests to cage him.

"I meant...That I'm familiar with the effects of sleeping pills...Your sister said you didn't have depression...So why are you taking these medicines?" I asked.

Nanon's P.O.V:

I sighed heavily and rolled my eyes.

"I didn't take anything I was just feeling tired and worried because I still had a lot of studying so I wanted something that would make me stay awake for a bit longer" I said.

Then tried to push him off but he didn't budge.

"Move aside" I said annoyed.

"Ai Non...You can lie all you want but I don't buy it" He said.

"Do whatever you want it's not my business" I said.

He nodded and stepped aside.

"You wanted us to be friends? What a joke" He said.

Then left the room.

I sighed heavily and slumped my head on the desk.

Friends? Yeah right...

(The next day)

Nanon's P.O.V:

I walked over to my classroom.

Ohm slumped his head on the desk ignoring my existence so I rolled my eyes and went to my seat.

Halfway through the class the teacher called him again.

Ohm stood up.

"I don't know the answer because I wasn't paying attention obviously" Ohm said.

I facepalmed.

"Get out of my class" The teacher said angrily.

"With pleasure" Ohm said then put his hands in his pockets and left the classroom.

I took out my phone and started recording the rest of the lecture.

After some time it was time for gym class.

We split into two different teams.

Ohm was in the opposite team.

I took the ball and started dribbling then Ohm came over and we started fighting over the ball then I jumped and scored a goal.

Then he scored one.

We stood across from each other again as we both fought over the ball.

Then he snatched it and scored a goal.

After a few minutes of this my team won.

I jumped as I playfully threw a ball over to the hoop.

But before I could land on the floor...

A classmate threw the ball hoping that it'd get through the ball basket.

But hell no...

It collided with my chest knocking me to the ground.

I felt a strong pain in my leg because of the forceful unplanned landing.

Ohm's P.O.V:

"Ai Non" I yelled to warn him but it was already too late.

I grabbed the guy's collar but the other students rushed over to us before I could punch him.

"If you're too lazy to go put the ball in the damn basket with the others then just don't play instead of throwing heavy leather balls at people you asshole" I snapped.

Then pushed the students who were holding me back away and went to check on Nanon.

Another guy was kneeling down by his side.

"I think he sprained his ankle we should take him to the clinic" The guy said.

I knelt down and stopped the other guy's hand before it could grab Nanon's hand to help him up.

"Ummm...What's wrong?" The guy asked.

"I'll do it myself" I said.

Not really caring if the other students were watching.

Then stood up and helped Nanon to his feet and we started walking to the clinic slowly.

"Wait here" I said after I made him sit.

"You didn't have to do that now everyone is going to ask questions" He said.

"Does it matter? You're my friend aren't you? You're not allowed to befriend anyone else" I said.

Nanon's P.O.V:

I blinked twice then burst out laughing.

"Are you jealous or something? If I didn't know any better I'd have thought you had a crush on me or something" I said trying to humour the situation.

He sighed heavily and kicked the air lightly as he turned his gaze to the ground.

"You were right ok?" He asked.

I frowned in confusion.

"You did help me...And...It's just..." He started.

Then looked up at me and my eyes widened in shock when I saw that he had tears in his eyes.

"We're friends right? But...You're my only friend...My first friend...So if you befriend anyone else I'll be all alone again" He said.

Then wiped away his tears in his sleeve and turned his head to the side as if he was ashamed to be seen crying.

I looked at the floor not knowing what to say.

"It might sound silly but...I'm not mr sunshine and I obviously have anger issues that makes people afraid to approach me...You understand right?" He asked.

Then tried to smile.

I nodded hurriedly.

"Yes...Yes I do" I said.

He nodded and opened the medicine cupboard and took out some ointment and bandage.

Then walked over to me and sat down on the chair next to the bed.

"Here" He said.

Then handed the ointment to me and I rolled up my pant side then started rubbing the ointment on my ankle before wrapping it with the bandage.

"There all done" I said.

He nodded.

We sat there awkwardly not knowing what to say or do.

"It's almost lunch hour...Do you want to eat here or at the canteen?" He asked.

"Can we even eat here?" I asked frowning in confusion.

"Not really but it'll be fine as long as we close the door" He said.

"There's surveillance" I said.

He took off his jacket and hung it over the camera.

"Now there's a no surveillance" He said chuckling.

I burst out laughing again.

"Oh my god" I said trying to stop laughing.

"It won't be that big of a problem really...If we tell the nurse that you hurt your leg and I'm staying here to make sure you eat everything" He said chuckling.

"I'll have to leave the clinic after lunch hour anyway so just help me up and let's go to the canteen ok?" I asked.

He shrugged and nodded then took his jacket off of the camera and put it back on.

Then extended his hand to me.

I looked at him first then his extended hand then back to him again before sighing heavily.

Then I decided to just come out and say it to clear my conscious.

"I'm sorry about yesterday" I said.

He lowered his hand.

"Look...Everyone has a secret ok? Some even have ones that they don't like to share with other people right?" I asked.

"Fair point" He said.

"When you first meet someone you don't dump all your secrets on them...And I..." I started.

He looked at me obviously curious.

I sighed heavily and brushed my hair back.

"I just...Have a lot I don't think I can share with anyone...So just don't worry about me that much ok?" I asked.

"Strange...I thought you said you had nothing to tell me" He said.

I opened my mouth to say something but he cut me off.

"It's not fair...You already know everything about me" He said.

I was at loss for words so I stayed silent.

"Or is it that you don't trust me?" He asked.

"Why? Don't you want us to be friends?" I asked.

He sighed heavily and nodded then stood up.

"It doesn't matter...I'll stop talking about it" He said.

I nodded in agreement.

Then he helped me to the canteen.

And honestly I appreciated the silence.

(Later that night)

Ohm's P.O.V:

I layed down on the bed and Nanon layed down next to me.

"Move aside freeloader you promised to take the wall side of the bed" I said.

"So childish" He said rolling his eyes.

I stuck out my tongue.

He poked my side then stuck out his tongue too.

Then we started poking and tickling each other as we laughed hard.

We fell silent after a few minutes and stared at the ceiling side by side.

"Ai Ohm" Nanon said suddenly.

"Hmmm?" I asked.

"Do you have a dream? Or something you want to do after graduation?" He asked.

"Not really...I'll be fine with anything as long as I can pay for necessities" I said.

"Really? That's too bad" He said.

I turned on my side and pushed up on my elbow.

"What about you then mr perfect?" I asked.

"Me? I wanted to join the architecture not maths and computer engineering" He said.

"Why didn't you go then?" I asked.

"A friend of mine is there so I thought we should go together" He said.

I smacked his forehead playfully.

"You gave up on your dream because you wanted to be with your friend? What are you? A martyr?" I asked chuckling.

He chuckled and shook his head.

"Tell me more about that friend of yours I'm all curious now" I said.

"He's a computer genius...He likes mathematics it almost makes him nerdy...He's more confident then me...And certainly way smarter...We've been friends for as long as I can remember...So yeah he knows pretty much everything about me" He said.

I sighed heavily and nodded then layed down again.

"Sounds nice" I said.

"Are you angry?" He asked.

"Nah...I'm fine" I said.

I stood up and went over to my drawer and took my medication.

"I thought you said you were fine" He said sitting up to look at me.

"Yeah right" I said rolling my eyes then went to the mattress on the floor.

"You can use your bed" He said.

"Nah...You have it...Good night" I said then turned off the lights.

But then I heard a sigh then felt a weight on the mattress next to me.

"That's your ear right?" He asked then put his hand over it.

"Yes?" I asked frowning in confusion.

Then winced when he suddenly pinched it hard.

"If you don't use your bed...I'll feel bad so I'll just use your mattress instead" He said.

Then removed his hand away from my ear.

"Good night ape" He said.

"Good night freeloader" I said smiling.
