Nanon's P.O.V:

I layed down on the rooftop of the college campus.

"Move over" Chimon said.

I sighed heavily and rolled my eyes then moved a bit.

He sat down next to me.

I put my head on his lap and looked at him.

"What are you doing?" Chimon asked raising an eyebrow.

"I think I made a new friend" I said smiling.

"That's a good thing I always tried to convince you to have more friends then me" He said.

I chuckled.

"Are you that desperate to get me out of your hair?" I asked.

"Ai Saat" He said then smacked my head.

"You can't get rid of me that easily" I said.

"Yeah right" He said.

I chuckled as he rolled his eyes while trying to hide his amused grin.

"Well...Tell me more about that friend of yours I'm getting really curious now" He said.

I nodded in understanding.

"He...I don't know how to describe him...Hmmm...We're so different but I still think we have a lot in common" I said.

I thought about what happened last night when I found Ohm's medication.

"I felt bad for discovering his darkest secret...As if I took away the only thing that made him believe he's normal from his point of view of course...I don't see anything wrong with him except for his caveman behaviour" I said.

"What are you talking about?" Chimon asked frowning.

"It's not my secret to share" I said.

Chimon sighed heavily and nodded then started playing with my hair.

"You didn't take away anything from him...You just thought so because when people discover dark secrets about each other they become vulnerable...It's normal...You don't have to feel bad about it" Chimon said.

I closed my eyes in deep thought.

If what Chimon said is right then that must mean I unintentionally discovered Ohm's weakness.

I sighed heavily and sat up.

"Just apologise if you still feel bad but I don't think it's necessary" Chimon said.

I nodded again then stood up.

"Thank you...You always know what to say to help" I said.

"Yeah yeah...And you're a clueless child and I'm an angel sent from heaven I know what you want" He said chuckling.

"Well...If you know so much can you help me?" I asked.

Then held his wrist.

"Please please please" I said.

"Nice try I'm not falling for that" He said.

"Oh come on" I whined.

"Ai Non...I'm not going to write you an apology speech you should improvise if you want it to be sincere" He said.

I sighed heavily and nodded.

"Fine fine" I said.

"Let's go back now the morning assembly is over class is about to start" He said.

I nodded and he stood up and dusted his pants.

(Later that day)

Ohm's P.O.V:

I opened my locker and took out my earphones and sports jersey then put them in my bag.

The new guy suddenly appeared in front of me.

"What the hell? Where did you come from?" I asked frowning in confusion.

"Just now" He said.

I sighed heavily and nodded.

"Do you want to hang out today after classes?" He asked.

"Why?" I asked.

"Well...Since I'm still new in this town I'm supposed to at least know basic directions right?" He asked.

"Introducing the solution to every lost soul direction problem..." I started.

Then took out my phone and unlocked the password then showed him an app.

"Google maps" I said concluding.

"Oh come on I was just trying to be nice ok? If you don't want to come with me then it's fine...But you didn't have to mock me" He said.

Then smacked my head.

"Ai Saat" He said.

But before he could smack my head again I gripped his wrist tightly and pulled him over to give him a headlock but he suddenly lost balance and ended up falling on top of me.

And the door had to open right this instant.

"Get off me" I said.

So the new guy stood up hurriedly and I did the same.

The other two guys who walked in looked at us confused.

I cleared my throat.

"Fine fine I can show you the way to the grocery store" I said.

He nodded absentmindly and grabbed my wrist causing me to look at him frowning in confusion.

"I was just trying to do something about the dark circle under his eye" The new guy said to the two boys who looked at us.

"But he doesn't..." One of the two boys started.

"Oh he does now" The new guy said before punching my eye.

"Son of a..." I started as I winced from the sudden attack.

"See you in class" The new guy said then dragged me out of the locker room.

I pulled my wrist away.

"Are you kidding me? Why did you punch me?" I asked annoyed.

"You deserve it you ape...No one told you to pull me over" He said.

I chuckled in disbelief.

"Look...New guy...I don't know what exactly you were thinking...But it's not my fault that your gravitational balance rivals with a freaking feather ok?" I asked.

"Hey...I don't rival with a feather my weight is normal for average you're the one who's a muscle pig" He said.

"Well...Muscle pig or feather weight or whatever...Why did you punch me?" I asked.

"I needed an excuse for the situation and this was the only one I could think of" He said.

"They saw you punching me so what difference did it make?" I asked.

Then smacked his head.

He smacked my head as well.

"We should go to class" He said.

Then suddenly gave me a headlock and started walking me down the hall before I could protest.

I pushed him off and walked into the classroom then slumped my head on the desk as soon as I took my seat.

"Ohm Pawat" The teacher called.

I contemplated whether I should ignore him or answer then sat up startled when I felt a hand on my knee from under the desk.

Then looked in front of me and saw the new guy holding out two fingers from behind his book just for me to see.

So I stood up awkwardly.

"Which choice is the right answer?" The teacher asked me through gritted teeth.

The board had a multiple choice question written on it.

I looked down at the new guy's hand which made a number two sign then made a show of looking down on my book to see the question again.

"Two" I said looking up at the teacher.

The teacher raised an eyebrow then cleared his throat.

"Correct but don't you dare sleep in my class again" He said.

Then turned back to the board again.

I sat down again.

After classes were over I went to the parking lot to get my car.

There was a knock on the window so I rolled down the glass.

"You forgot I need a ride too" He said.

"Get in" I said.

"Aren't you going to say thank you?" He asked raising an eyebrow.

I sighed heavily and nodded then started the car.

"1...2..." I started.

He immediately rushed over to the passenger seat and sat down.

And I started driving immediately.

"Well...Personally...I think that being friends with you isn't that bad...After all we have so much in common" The new guy said.

"Who said I agree? I never said I'd be your friend" I said irritated.

He sighed heavily and nodded then turned to look through the window.

I made a stop by a grocery store and bought some juice.

"Here" I said then threw one of the packs at him.

It hit him right in the face.

"Hey...What was that for?" He asked.

"The thank you gift it's not my fault you couldn't catch" I said shrugging.

"Cave man" He muttered.

"Dummy" I said.

Then took the driver's seat.

"Brute" He said.

"Princess" I bit back.

He nudged my shoulder so I did the same.

"Ape" He said.

"Feather weight" I said.

"Asshole" He said a little louder.

"Bitch" I said louder then him.

We arrived home after about fifteen minutes.

"So...You still didn't say thank you...Or is it too painful for your pride?" He asked.

I walked into my room and he walked in right after me and slumped down before I could do so.

"Your bed is mine now" He said then stretched on top of the bed like a cat.

I sighed heavily and layed down next to him.

Nanon's P.O.V:

I frowned in confusion when he slumped on the bed instead of the mattress like usual.

"Hey..." I started.

"Thanks" He said.

"No problem...I wasn't going to let my roommate get ridiculed in front of the class again" I said.

"That's not what I meant" He said.

I pushed up on my elbow to face him.

"What did you mean then?" I asked.

"What you said last night" He said.

I blinked at him twice.

Then reached out and started playing with his hair.

"What are you doing?" He asked chuckling.

"If you allow me to be this close to you when we're alone then I don't see why you should keep pushing me away" I said.

He removed my hand and turned on his side.

"I'm using my bed today" He said not facing me.

"Ohm...I'm talking seriously here...I really hope we can be friends" I said.

He sighed heavily and turned back to me.

"I'm not used to having friends...You should understand that" He said.

"So...You don't want to be my friend?" I asked.

He stayed silent.

"A friend can be a listening ear...I can be that if you want" I said.

"Tell me a secret about yourself then...Something that you can't share with anyone else" He said.

I could understand where he was coming from...

Within two days only I turned his lifestyle upside down and took away his chance to pretend that everything was ok.

"Something I can't tell anyone else..." I started.

Then took a moment to think.

"I don't have much to say" I said.

He sighed heavily and nodded.

"You said we were the same...But we're not" He said.

I opened my mouth to say something but he cut me off.

"We have nothing in common...You're a brilliant and talented student...Teachers praise you for everything and you have a perfect life...I grew up while constantly hearing that I'm a good for nothing idiot...I had no one because of my violent behaviour and everyone looked down on me whenever I tried to fight back...How are we the same? Nanon" He said.

"Forget it" He said.

Then turned his back to me.

I leaned on my back staring at the ceiling as we both stayed silent on his bed.
