Liam's POV

I knew it. I knew I wouldn't get him out of my head as soon as he would be back.

Theo has been here for only a few days and he already managed to make me question my whole relationship with Hayden. I'm trying to act as normal as possible around her, but my gut is telling me that something isn't right at all ...

Hayden's been acting all weird since Theo is back. She seems nervous all the time, almost like she's trying to hide something from me.

When Theo returned, he brought something back, something that scares the hell out of her.

I know that it has to do with the night in which Tracy died.

Hayden was friends with them all - Tracy, Nolan and Theo. They have known each other since middle school and there wasn't one thing that could've separated them.

Nothing except Tracy's death. But why? Why did they decide to go separate ways instead of sticking together after a tragedy like this, after losing one of their best friends?

They are hiding something. And I'm going to find out what it is.

I look over to Nolan who's opening his locker. Should I simply ask him?

I haven't been very friendly to him since it came out that he was responsible for Tracy's death. So, even if he knows something, why would he tell me?

Maybe I should talk to someone close to him and ask for help. I have to try everything to avoid asking Theo, because I would rather burn Beacon Hills to the ground then look him in the eyes for one more time.

I slam my locker door shut and turn around, just as some lacrosse players pass me by. Suddenly I know who to ask for help.
