"Hi, Mags. How are you holding up?" Alec heard sniffing through the phone. "Magnus?" Alex whispered. "Yes." Magnus's voice was meek and soft like he had been crying. Alec cursed. "Magnus I'm coming home!" He said comfortingly. Before Magnus could say anything, Alec hung up. "What's wrong? What happened?"

Alec yelled as he walked into the loft. Magnus looked up. His makeup was runny and he looked devastated. "I don't need you to be here please Alec." Magnus whispered. "What do you mean?" Alec said, looking around to see what happened. Everything looked normal. "I'M TIRED! I'M TIRED OK?" Magnus yelled as he got up.

"I hate feeling like a damsel in distress! You're treating me like I'm made of glass! I can't even go outside because of you!" Alec stepped back a bit. "Magnus if you want to go outside we can go together." Alec started to say. "I don't want to go with you! I want to go outside by myself! I want my fucking magic back! I'm done being mundane. I'm done!" Magnus sobbed.
