Taylor's pov:

I go into my newly painted room and set down the last of my boxes.

I had it painted a dark purple and the floor is patted with a black fluffy rug.

I have a window, closet and even my own bathroom I also have a desk with my laptop on it and other random stuff.

I have half of my stuff put away but most of it is just clothes that I still need to hang up.

I start putting the rest of them away but I here my little brother Cory scream from his room.

I run across the hall into his room and see him stuck under his dresser.

"JACK DAD HELP!" I scream and try to lift it up a little

I hear them come running up to Cory's room.

"What going- oh god Cory!" Jack and dad both run over and help me lift it up and I help Cory out

"Cory are you ok" I ask

"My arm really hurts" he says holding onto it

"We should go get him checked out just incase, Taylor I want you and jack to stay here and finish unpacking" my dad says and takes Cory to the car

Dad leaves and then jack turns to me "I'm going to go out with some friends" jack says

"What friends? we just move here yesterday" I ask confused

"You know those people I would talk to over online?" He asks

"Yea.."

"Well they live around here, so I'm going to go hang out with them" he say walking off

" but dad said!- forget it" I sigh and head into my room to finish hanging up my clothes

I finish and decide to make my bed. I put a black bed sheet on it with different pillows and a black converter.

*knock knock*

I hear someone at the front door and run down the stairs almost falling but I land safely.

I go to answer it and see two girls standing at the door with a couple guys at the end of the drive way.

"Are you jacks friends?" I ask

"Umm no, we just wanted to come over and say hi" one of the girls says

"Ok well hi, I'm Taylor" I say with a smile

" hi Taylor I'm Jamia and this is Alicia" she smiles

"Soo.. Do you guys want to come in?" I ask not trying to be rude

"No we have to get going in a little" Alicia says

"Ok" I say

"Wait you look like someone we know" Jamia says "if you don't mind me asking what's your last name?" she asks

"Scott" I say and she goes wide eyed then looks back at the boys who are looking at us too

"Well like Alicia said we must get going it was nice meeting you" she says and runs off my porch with Alicia

"So there goes making friends" I sigh and shut the door
