"He's all the way down, you're fully dilated, If your body is telling you it's time to push, it is time." Doctor Combs said, checking her.

She nodded, and moved herself into position.

Julian and Kehlani stood by one side, Nicole and Brie, took the spot on her other side, being encouraging to her.

When she started pushing Julian counted for her, and didn't even flinch as she squeezed his hand as hard as she could.

When he made it to ten, Brie immediately encouraged her to breathe. She took a couple breaths, then went into the next push.

Five minutes turned into ten, then twenty, then thirty.

Dominique was starting to look exhausted.

"I can't do this." Dominique said as she panted after a push, tears streaming from her eyes.

"His head is in the birth canal, it won't be long now, I promise." Doctor Combs said, encouragingly.

"No, I can't. I don't have any more energy." Dominique said.

"Just a few more pushes, Mini. You can do this." Nicole said, rubbing her sister's hair.

"I don't want to. It hurts. I'm tired." Dominique said as she panted.

"Push!" Doctor Combs ordered, and reluctantly Dominique obeyed.

"You are doing wonderfully," Julian muttered in her ear. "It will all be over soon." He added.

"I can't do this anymore!" Dominique groaned.

"Come on, Dominique, push." Julian said.

Dominique pushed twice more, and a strangled cry and baby JJ was fully out.

Two nurses grabbed him, cleaning him off quickly and performing a fast diagnostic test as he cried out. Within seconds he was bundled, and they placed him in Dominique's arms.

She couldn't speak, tears were falling from her eyes as she ran her fingers over the tiny face, causing him to turn towards her.

"He's so handsome." Kehlani said as she smiled.

"Definitely Julian's twin." Nicole said.

JJ looked like Julian but with Dominique's eyes.

"He is." Julian said, reaching over to rest his hand on his son.

"He's perfect." Brie said.
