dominique I can't wait to be your mom. I can't wait to see you with your big sister. I can't wait to see your father hold you. (He's one heck of a dad, little one!) I can't wait to teach you things, to watch you grow. I can't wait to welcome you to this side of the world and to introduce myself as "Mama." Soon, I will be able to tell you how much I love you—face-to-face. Soon, I'll hold you in my arms and I'll feel like you were always supposed to be there. Soon, I'll have the privilege of looking into your eyes and I'll realize you were always meant to be part of our family. Soon, we'll say your name out loud and it'll feel like we've been saying your name forever. Soon, I'll experience the miracle that is giving birth. I'll prove to myself that I am a strong, capable woman. Soon, I'll meet my child for the first time. Soon, you'll be showing me who you are—your likes and dislikes, your quirks and preferences. "Lauren, this is cold." I said as Lauren placed the strips on my nipple area.

"Hey, you wanted the belly casting." Lauren said as she finished covering my boobs.

JJ and Julian walked in.

"We're here to help." JJ said.

JJ and Julian both put on gloves and grabbed strips.

"Make sure her belly is covered so the casting doesn't cave in." Lauren said.

Julian put on the last strip and Lauren took a picture.

"This feels really heavy." I said.

"Did you really need this?" JJ asked.

"I'm almost done with my pregnancy and this is a perfect way to celebrate this next chapter." I answered.

"It's so cool though." Lauren said.

"And where are you going to put it?" Julian asked.

"The nursery, of course." I replied.

"It's going to be a great memory." Lauren said.

"Yeah, it is." I said.

The timer went off.

"Okay, it's time to take it off." Julian said.

Julian and Lauren carefully removed the cast from my body and placed it on the table.

"Ta-da." JJ said.

"Oh my God, my boobs look so big." I said.

"Do you want to decorate it?" Lauren asked.

"Yeah, let's do...mosaic." I answered.

"And you could put it in a picture frame." Julian said.

"That sounds cool." JJ said.
