Connie giggled as she fed Steven another french fry. "You're so cute, Biscuit."

"I'm starving." He grabbed a few more and ate happily, munching away and completely oblivious to the others smiling at him.

Steven was huge, it only made sense that he was a big eater and it was fucking adorable. He'd eat anything set in front of him save for meat, and he'd eat the entire thing.

Anna raised a few french fries too. "I wanna feed him!"

He chuckled and let her, pleased when she patted his head. "Are you guys muckbanging me?"

"Nope, but keep eating." Hazel leaned back in his seat, expressedly happy with his puppy boyfriend.

He eyed them, going for a vegan nugget this time. "I feel like you guys are."

They probably were. Steven had been visiting the gems and they'd all eaten, so they banded together to make Steven a feast. Anna told them she liked feeding him vegan nuggets because of how happy he'd get. He'd do that cute little flush of bliss.

When he did it this time, they aw'ed, enamored by his cuteness.

Jacob slapped his back appreciatively. "Our hungry boy. He needs his calories."

"All 6,000 of them," Alex added with a laugh as he snuck one and Steven sulked. "He's too big to survive off of a puny 2,000."

Steven ran a hand over the pink undercut of his hair and hummed. "Is that why you made me every faux nugget in the bag, a bunch of french fries and probably the biggest salad I've ever seen?"

Adam lifted a forkful and he immediately went for it. "This is intensely satisfying. It's more for our pleasure than yours."

Jasmin wiped at his face with a napkin, eyes sparkling. "Don't worry about it, just keep being cute."

He ate half of the food before he tensed and started chewing slower. "Come on, what's the occasion?"

They burst out protesting, insisting that they just liked to pamper and spoil him.

He wasn't having it. "Who's back inside?"

Connie wrinkled her nose. "The Diamonds? We were gonna tell you when you finished."

"Hm." He continued eating, perfectly content to take as long as possible. "Why?"

Anna sighed dramatically and threw a hand over her forehead. "Have you seen Steven recently? He's not returning our messages!"

Jacob fanned at his face and fake sniffled. "We just miss him so much!"

"We'll just wait here, Steven will be so thrilled by a surprise visit!" Hazel said in falsetto.

Steven chortled and shook his head. "It's like they can't be bothered to read between the lines. I don't know how White manages to miss that I flinch away from her every time she tries to touch me. And they're so clingy. Worse than me even, though now I'm kinda wondering if it's not hereditary." He frowned. "Oh god. Am I as clingy as White?"

Connie smiled. "Yes, but you're cute. She's insufferable in all of the worst ways. For example: here they come now."

He clenched his fists in rage but let it boil away to play nice as he turned to regard them all. They'd since learned how to appear "Earth style" and look at least more humanoid than giant women that radiated light so bright you mildly went blind. Whites hair however, tumbled down her back in straight perfection, but it was still glowing at full force. She needed to let people know she was important apparently.

"Steven, why are you eating outside?" Blue asked worriedly. "Is something wrong with the dinner table?"

He chuckled. "No, I just like to be outside sometimes. What brings you guys here?"

"Well," Yellow started, an annoyed look on her face that oddly enough reminded him of Connie's late mother. "We were just talking and—,"

White as always, could not keep her mouth shut or her voice at all near a reasonable level. "We wanted to see you so badly but you must have been busy with music or your... p-partners."

Steven narrowed his eyes, then flickering to pink diamonds and staying. "Be very careful, White."

She nodded quickly. "I wasn't saying anything! I was just nervous! Your human customs are so strange." Apparently, White just couldn't resist pissing him the fuck off.

Connie cleared her throat and White turned her attention to her. "Hello, Moonlight."

Jasmin couldn't help it, she scoffed.

Connie's face twitched hard but she replaced it with an amiable smile. "White, remember what we talked about earlier?"

"Right. Connie."

They chatted tensely, trying to keep Steven at a reasonable level of irritation at their presence before they gave him hugs that made him turn pink and excused themselves happily.

Steven watched the warp go off and shoot a beam into the sky before burying his head in his hands and blowing out a low breath. "Can we go back to when you guys were feeding me food? I'm still hungry and I want to be loved on some more."

Connie hopped up to hug him from behind. He turned, finally giving an authentic smile and started bouncing up and down on his tip toes. Steven scooped her up and they fused, leaving a giggly Stevonnie in their place.

"You know what this calls for?" Jacob proclaimed, poking Alex's suddenly red face. "I say we make a bunch of fucking food and spend all day snacking and being fat asses."
