During Monwell's life as a pet, he hadn't enjoyed being forced to go hunt then not being aloud to savor his catch, when he was only 16 months old he found a way to slip out of his heavy collar and run off, it took seven attempts and about 19 more months to finally escape, first try he was found and a thing in his back brought him back to his owners after a human scanned it, next four times same thing, it was only when he figured out exactly where the thing was and began to claw it out, he had escaped once more thinking it was out, but it took only one more try, he slipped out of his collar, ran into the forest, and proceeded to, painfully, rip it out, after around an hour or two he got it out and ran

Since he was trained and being that his breed was made for hunting, he is considerably a decent hunter, also, he has a broken leg due to a hunt gone wrong, he tried to take down a deer when he was finally free but got kicked in his left back leg
