jimin walked in the pet shop, the sound of the familiar bell ringing as he entered. he instantly smelt the aroma of cat food, which smelled horrible in his opinion. his displeasured face disappeared as soon as it appeared, he seen his good friend, seokjin.

"hey jin, did you guys ever get the shipment of the new nail filers for puppies?" jimin asked, putting his elbows on the countertop, head in his hands. "nope, not yet at least, our supplier said 'its delayed' its been delayed for weeks now, I guess I better find somewhere else" jin sighed, taking hamster supplies out of some boxes. before jimin could reply he heard the door chime

ding

looking out of curiosity, he seen a man, he had dirty blonde dyed hair, feline eyes, and height similar to his. he was intrigued until he walked past him and smelt; cat.

"ugh, he reaks of a cat" jimin gagged, not liking the smell at all.

"who? oh, yoongi? he's a major cat person, he's always coming in here for treats for minie" jin explained, bending down to get sanitary supplies.

"I and he definitely wouldn't get along, how can you like cats? they're so lazy, anyways wish me luck walking through the cat aisle to get to the dog section" jimin joked, smiling while he waved seokjin off.

jimin eyes wandered as he passed the discount section, instantly walking into the cat section. his eyes landed on the familiar hair color he saw earlier, not remembering what seokjin called him. keeping his head down he continued to walk, bumping into the said male that had multiple cat toys in his hand.

"fuck, are you okay?" the blonde said instantly dropping all of the toys to give his cat on the floor to help jimin.

"ugh, yeah my bad" jimin says groaning, picking himself up with the help of yoongi

"uh, let me buy you a cat toy, as an apology"

"uh, I'm actually a dog person so it isn't necessary, thanks though," jimin said, rubbing his head while bending down to help yoongi pick up the cat toys

"ew, I mean oh, well sorry again'

"it's okay- did you just say ew to me being a dog person? ill let you know dogs are better than cats" jimin said scoffing, walking off after he shoved the cat toys back to yoongi.

"yea and dogs are cuter, keep lying," yoongi said rolling his eyes, walking to the front of the store

jimin stopped for a second but didn't say anything as he continued to walk to the dog isle

"cats are better my ass" jimin mumbled to himself, getting out the puppy treats and new dog bowl. "holly! come here baby" jimin shouted for his 7-month-old puppy. soon he heard nails touting his tiled floor, and soft breaths. "you look so cute baby, look what I got you!"jimin said while taking the stuff off the couch to show his too excited puppy. "I got you a new bowl and dog treats!" holly instantly went to sniff the stuff jimin got, immediately smelling the dog treats. "sit," jimin said with authority, giving holly the treat after he obeyed. "good boy!" jimin exclaimed while giving holly the treat and rubbing her stomach

"Can you believe a man said cats are better than dogs? never a meanie cat, right holly?" jimin asked the pup that was chewing on his toys, getting nothing but a look.

yoongi entered his small, gloomy, house. smelling cat food and litter, it never bothered him. it actually calmed him, especially when he needed a break from writing. putting his keys on his little grey table, he kicked his shoes off and put on his house slippers. going to his kitchen and putting down the pet store bag on his kitchen island. "minie, pspspps" yoongi called for his small kitten while fulling her bowl with cat food. "hey mini baby, how was your day?" yoongi asked while Minnie replied with rubbing her fur all over a yoongis black sweater. "Minnie I have black on and you shed so much" yoongi faked cry while putting Minnie back on the floor so she could eat. "Minnie guess what, this guy said dogs are better than cats, can you believe that? imagine having a yappy dog" yoongi said while sitting down on his black couch, putting on once upon a time.

"holly! let's go, walk time" jimin yelled for holly while getting her leash. "let's go" jimin spilled after putting on Holly's leash. "isn't it a nice day outside?" jimin asked, not to holly but himself. then it hit him again, he's lonely. yea he has holly, but he wanted someone to have deep conversations with, talk about theories and stuff they don't like. A dog is a man's best friend, but not a soul mate. he walked holly every day, didn't run into anybody, he didn't even see anyone. it's like he's a stinging bee and everyone is trying to avoid him.

while jimin was lost in his thought, he didn't notice he dropped the leash, and holly was gone. "holly! holly come on boy, don't play with me like this" jimin screamed, he's never lost holly before. he could feel his anxiety taking over, thinking much worse than he should be. he decided to walk back to his house, maybe he ran back to the house. jimin was so scared, his only friend is missing. he started to run, what if holly got dog napped, or hit by a car. he tasted the salty tears come into contact with his lips, he tried wiping them off but more came running down. he came in front of his building, not seeing holly at all. his mind went blank, he needed to calm down. he took a couple deep breathes and decided to just stay home, holly will probably come back, he knows his way.

yoongi got his remote to put on his next episode of once upon a time. "the batters are dead?" yoongi asked himself. "ugh" he groaned getting up to go to the nearby 7/11. getting his keys and putting on his outside slippers. "ill be back minie" yoongi told his cat while walking out the door. jogging to his car he put his engine on and was on his way to 7/11

walking out of 7/11 with his new pack of batteries. he was walking towards his car when a pup ran up to him, jumping on his legs.

"uh hey little guy, where's your owner?' yoongi asked looking down at the dog awkwardly while rubbing his head. obviously not getting a response, he looked around looking for his owner. not seeing anyone, he bent down to look at his collar. "holly huh?" yoongi asked the dog. "well, let's get you home holly' yoongi said while picking up holly and walking to his car.
