Gia:
After we made one we made about 5 more. "Can we please have a break? We made a lot."

Jason:
"I know you do not want a break."

Gia:
"Trust me I didn't, I only ask you that because I know you need a break."

Jason:
"Ok what next."

Gia:
"Can we make sweet and sticky vegemite chicken?"

Jason:
"I think we can what do we need to make it."

Gia:
"Well we need are 1 tbs sesame oil, 8 chicken drumsticks
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 2 tsp Vegemite, 1/3 cup boiling water, 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs kecap manis, 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tbs rice wine vinegar, 1 long red chilli thinly sliced, 1 bunch steamed Chinese broccoli *to serve and steamed jasmine rice *to serve."

Jason:
"Ok what are the steps?"

Gia:
"Well the first step is to heat oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken, turning, for 5 minutes or until browned all over. Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. So I will ping on the oil you get the chicken."

Jason:
"Done." I got the frying pan and the oil and put in the oil into the frying pan. He got the chicken and we let it cook for 5 minutes. "Ok what is the next step?"

Gia:
"The next step is to combine vegemite and boiling water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in sauces, sugar and vinegar. Add to the pan. Bring to a simmer. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. Simmer, uncovered, turning chicken occasionally, for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and sauce is sticky."

Jason:
"Ok I will get the combined Vegemite and you can get the pooling water into a small bowl."

Gia:
"Ok." We wait until it is smooth. We stir the scenes, sugar and the vinegar, add it to the pan, we get the sinner cover for 10 minutes, we simmer undercover then we turn the chicken occasionally for 5 minutes till the chicken is cooked through and the sauce is sticky. "You know the next path and that is to serve chicken with chinese broccoli and steamed rice. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with chilli." We got you a container. We put the chicken with the Chinese broccoli and with the steamed rice we drizzled with sauce and sprinkle with chilli.

Jason:
"Is that the last path?"

Gia::
"That was the last path."

Jason:
"That looks really nice."

Gia:
"I know right."

Gia:
We made 6 more of these then cleaned. After that I ask him if he wanted to make the last dish and he said yes.

Jason:
"Ok, what do we need?"

Gia:
"We need 250g pkt pearl couscous, 2 x 250g pkts haloumi sliced, 1 tbsp Moroccan spice mix, 2 zucchini, sliced, 250g cherry tomato medley, halved, 1/2 cup fresh continental parsley leaves, 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
1 tbsp tahini. 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt, 1 small garlic clove, crushed, 1 lemon, rind finely grated, Juice of 1 lemon, 2 tbsp pomegranate arils or 1 pomegranate, arils removed and the last ingredient is 2 wholemeal pita breads, toasted, torn."

Jason:
"Ok I got them."

Gia:
"First step is to cook couscous in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions. Drain."

Jason:
"I do this next, you do the next."

Gia:
"K." I did it by saying, pat haloumi dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with spice mix. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil. Heat pan over medium heat. Cook haloumi 1-2 minutes each side or until golden. Set aside. Spray pan with oil again. Cook zucchini 1-2 minutes until just coloured. "Ok the next 2 step are to combine couscous, zucchini, tomatoes, parsley and mint in a large bowl. Season well. Combine tahini, yoghurt, garlic and lemon rind in a small bowl. Season. Add lemon juice to taste. And the next one is to divide salad among serving bowls or arrange on a platter. Top with halloumi and pomegranate. Drizzle with dressing. Serve with pita. We did them and we did it and also did this how it looks.

We made a couple of them.

Jason:
"I am making a couple more thing let talk when I make them."

Gia:
"Ok."

2 ½ leaves gold leaf gelatine
200ml buttermilk
200ml thickened cream
2 vanilla beans, seeds scraped
2 tsp freshly ground cumin
Rhubarb Snow

1 cup (150g) chopped rhubarb
½ cup caster sugar
2 small sprigs rosemary, leaves picked
½ vanilla bean, seeds scraped, pods discarded
zest of ½ orange
Poached Rhubarb in Rosemary Syrup

½ cup caster sugar
3 small sprigs rosemary
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp vanilla paste
8 x 5cm batons rhubarb
Cumin Honeycomb

300g caster sugar
80g glucose syrup
50g golden syrup
15g bicarb soda
1 ½ tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp salt
To Garnish

1 stalk rhubarb, finely sliced on mandolin
¼ cup caster sugar

For the Cumin Panna Cotta, bloom gelatine in a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes.

Combine buttermilk, cream, vanilla and cumin in a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

Drain gelatine and squeeze out excess water. Add to the buttermilk mixture and stir until dissolved. Strain through a very fine sieve into a jug and pour into 4 x 15cm wide shallow bowls. Allow to set in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
For the Rhubarb Snow, combine all ingredients in a large saucepan with 1/4 cup water. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb breaks down and is tender.

Process with a stick blender then pass through a sieve into a clean bowl. Cool in fridge until very cold.

Prepare a bowl of liquid nitrogen.

Pour the rhubarb mix into a syphon gun and charge once with a cream charger.

Dispense a small amount into a bowl to prime the syphon gun then carefully dispense the liquid into the bowl of liquid nitrogen. Stir using a slotted spoon to break up the snow. Transfer snow in small batches to a blender or Thermomix and pulse to a fine snow. Set aside in freezer until ready to serve.

For the Poached Rhubarb in Rosemary Syrup, place all ingredients, except rhubarb, into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then add the rhubarb and simmer until tender. Remove from heat and place in fridge to chill.
For the Cumin Honeycomb, line a deep bowl with baking paper and set aside.

Place the sugar and syrups into a deep saucepan. Bring to 140°C then remove from the heat.

Working quickly, add the bicarb and whisk until dissolved and the mixture is very foamy. Immediately pour into lined bowl and set aside to cool.

Combine cumin and salt in a small bowl and sprinkle lightly over the honeycomb. Break into small pieces then store in an airtight container until ready to serve.

For the garnish, combine the rhubarb ribbons and sugar in a bowl and set aside to macerate slightly. Drain well before using.

To serve, remove panna cottas from the fridge. Arrange rhubarb batons over the panna cottas, along with a few spoonfuls of the rhubarb snow and pieces of cumin honeycomb. Serve with a small jug of rosemary syrup, pouring over just before serving.

He is making Cumin Panna Cotta with Rosemary and Rhubarb from MasterChef. We made a couple more dishes and we were done.

Jason:
"Do you mind opening the door where I go and washing my hands?"

Gia:
"I need to wash my hands as well, sorry."

Jason:
"That ok I will wash my hands then I will open the door ONE MOMENT PLEASE." When I was done washing my hands I went to answer the door. "Hello Mr Styles she is just washing her hands please come in."

Harry:
"Thank you and sorry to come down but my mum and my sister just left."

Jason:
"Don't worry about it, we'll just finish cooking anyway."

Gia:
"Hey where is.. oh hi Harry."

Harry:
"Hey love."

Gia:
"Wait, did they leave."

Harry:
"Yep and I got the aprons for us."

Gia:
"Yay you for everything right."

Harry:
"Yep I did."

Jason:
"Thanks for a fun day thanks for helping me."

Gia:
"Anytime bye."

Jason:
"Bye."

Harry:
"Did you really have fun?"

Gia:
"Yeah I did, we made a lot of food making food and groceries shopping is fun when you are with him also what time is it?"

"Here you guys go."

Gia:
"Thank you."

At home

Gia:
"Harry, can I please have the aprons?"

Harry:
"Of course but why love?"

Gia:
"Because I am going to use my cricut machine to put our team names on them."

Harry:
"Of course now let go and out in our team name."

Gia:
"And done with the aprons what do you think."

Harry:
"They are nice."

Gia:
"Thanks Harry."

Harry:
"Come on love, let's watch a movie."

After a couple of movies later

Harry:
"Love you know I was upset when I saw you not in my room last night."

Gia:
"Why?"

Harr:
"I don't know, I just wanted you to sleep with me."

Gia:
"Aww Harry you shouldn't have just like me that I wouldn't have mind."

Harry:
"Really."

Gia:
"Yeah really if you want I will sleep with you."

Harry:
"Yeah I would thank you so much."

Gia:
"Anytime Harry I love you I just wish you called me mum."

Harry:
"I know but I am not just ready for that yet."

Gia:
"I know you are not and you don't have to be ready for that yet."

Harry:
"Good now, let's get you some warm milk and let's go to bed."

Gia:
"But you know I don't like warm milk."

Harry:
"I know love but warm milk will help you sleep."

Gia:
"Actually Harry, where are you wrong?"

"What do you mean?"

Gia:
"I have had warm milk before and it just keeps me up but when I have cold milk for some reason it just makes me sleep."

Harry:
"Ok love we will go and try something you get 2 bottles one cold and one warm milk."

Gia:
"Fine I will get it.. Harry, why are there a lot of dishes I thought you wanted to eat today?"

Harry:
"Only with you I did."

Gia:
"Do you want me to do the dishes?"

Harry:
"Sure love."

Gia:
"Ok." I did the dishes and I got 2 bottles of Harry milk, one warm and one cold.

Harry:
"Thank you for doing the dishes, love ok now give me the warm milk. We will try that first then we will try the cold milk."

Gia:
"Ok." Now I started drinking the warm milk and I am not tired from it for some reason.

Harry:
"Ok love my question is did you have any other family?"

Gia:
No I did I had to people to me who were like my dad after he die but they wasn't really my family so they really couldn't have taken me in

Harry:
"Aww love ok it is your turn."

Were you ever in a band before you started signing by yourself

A halfway to the movie

Gia:
Harry milk is done

Harry:
"So love, are you tried?"

Gia:
"Nope, I don't think I'll get tired from any of them."

Harry:
"Aww love o am sorry but I am tired so let go to bed."

Gia:
"Yeah I am just going to change. I will meet you in your room." After I went to change I saw Harry already to sleep.

Harry:
"Are you ok love."

Gia:
"Yeah just thinking."

Harry:
"We'll come to bed and tell me what are you thinking about."

Gia:
"But I don't know if I should say it."

Harry:
"I think you should."

Gia:
"I ever got to sleep with anyone the last time I did it was when me and Nathan were homeless and it just bought back some memories."

Harry:
"Aww love I am so sorry."

Gia:
"I know you are Harry it was when we were cold we would cold we will just sleep with each and no matter what we were always with each other it just bough back some real memories that I miss."

Harry:
"You miss being homeless?"

Gia:
"No Harry, I miss having the feeling of sleeping with people."

"Oh well now you can now let go to sleep tomorrow we have things to do at night love."

Gia:

The next day Monday afternoon

Harry:
"Love, did you get everything? Come on, we have to be there before 7 at night."

Gia:

"Did you get the aprons?"

Gia:
"Yep I did don't worry now let go I don't want to be late."

Gia:
