Lucy's POV

After I had finish feeding both Natsu and Happy, Natsu ended up falling back asleep in my bed while Happy was still enjoying his fish as I was writing on my novel.

"Hey Happy, you said Natsu as had a cold before right?" I asked, as I couldn't let it go from what happened before.

"Mmh, Natsu has!" happy mumbled as he nibbled on his fish.

"Does anything change on how he acts or whatever?" I ask turning around on my chair looking at happy.

" Well last time he started to get frustrated if you tried to wake him, and his body heat is really hot if you touch him to long you get burnt" Happy casually said acting like it was natural.

"Oh ohkay" I started to get out of the chair, but I had tripped on my feet and smash my stomach on the chair.

"Agghh.." I screamed through my teeth falling to the floor clutching to my stomach lightly.

"Lushiee!! what wrong?" Happy panicked yelling a little loud which could wake up Natsu."Shh" I shushed as I held a shaking finger to my lips " I'm fiinnnee" I tried to say with a forced smile.

"Lushhiie...?" he innocently spoke. I knew I should tell him, if I don't he will worry and tell Natsu. " Ohkay, but don't tell Natsu!" I pleaded with a instant reaction.

"What's wrong?" happy asked confused.

" It wasn't Natsu's fault, when you guys were sleeping I had already made food, and when I asked the last time how he reacts when sick was because I had tried to wake him and like you said he got frustrated" I slowly explained through the burning pain that agonised my body.

I lifted my shirt revealing the bandaged injury while I spoke " I had a bowl of rice porridge extra hot for him" I smile wide " But I tried to wake him up and it got hit out of my hands and onto my stomach"

" I'm so sorry Lucy, why haven't you got Wendy to heal you?" happy mentioned in a worried tone.

"Haha it's fine, someone needs to take care of you guys! plus I'm not letting my apartment get ruin" I cheerfully said slowly standing " If you can, may you get Wendy to come and heal Natsu!"

"Aye!" Happy excitedly said dashing out the window towards the guild.

"Lucy" I heard a mumbled which called my name gently. I turned to see Natsu fidget around. I walked closer to him sitting on the bed near his face, I stroked his hair gently as my fingers glided through.

" People are so weak when they get sick, but of course you're different" I spoke softly as I continued stroking his hair " If you know about the burn it would hurt you " My eyes gently gazed at his face as tears flowed down mine, making every drop evaporated that fell from his body heat. 'Ehh why am I crying?' I thought until I saw my hand. ' Eh, another burn? must be from his over high temperature'

" Lucy-san can I come in?" A sweet voice echoed behind the door, I quickly wiped any tears away " Yeah it's fine"

Wendy walked in with happy in the air behind her. I wave with my burnt hand as she react. "Oh what happened Lucy-san?" she jogged towards me grabbing my hand, I pulled it back slowly.

"Oh happy must of told you Natsu is sick. Well if you touch him to long he will burn you, so be-careful when healing him" I smiled as Wendy nodded and quickly healed my hand then went over to Natsu

"If I heal him without touching him, it might take a little longer" Wendy announced hovering her hands over. After a little while Wendy had left saying he should feel better tomorrow at the latest. Taking that in count, I asked happy if he could watch over Natsu, due to I had to take a job to pay my rent.

"I will be back tomorrow morning, so don't wreck my room!"
