An: inspired by this prompt I found
   I peered into the bio dome curious why the scanners picked up life form. I shone the beam of light from my flashlight on it, hoping to get a better look. Suddenly there was a swift movement coming from inside the dome. I jumped back, startled. I knew the movement was too fast to be a human's. I put one of my hands on the dome and shone a light on it again, putting my face closer to see if I could get a better look at what moved.

   Suddenly the glass gave in, sending me in after the glass.. I landed in the pile of the glass. Tears formed in my eyes from the pain of the glass piercing into my skin. I stood up to examine the wounds. There were multiple cuts on my hands and legs, where the glass sliced through through the jeans I was wearing. I blinked back the tears and examined my surroundings. I saw I was in a forest and there was a hut like building in front of me.

   "Why is this here?" I muttered to myself, moving closer to the hut. I put my hand on the wooden door and pushed it open. Inside I saw a makeshift bed, chair, and other furniture. I then look back forward to see a human like creature. It was seriously deformed. It had a droopy eyelid, yellow cat-like eyes, claws on its hands and feet, fangs, and black leathery wings. It looked into my eyes, even though it was deformed I could recognize the person.

    "Stacy," I shouted. The creature looked at me questionably. I could've sworn it looked like my best friend who had disappeared years ago. The creature started growling at me as it slowly inched towards me. I backed up, ending up backing myself into a corner. "D-don't you recognize me," I question her. She continued to move closer to me acting like she didn't hear what I asked her. She moved her head, so that it was buried into the crook of my neck once she got close to me. She had her mouth slightly open, so I could feel the tips of her fangs on my neck. 'How will I get out of this?' I questioned myself as I felt the fangs dig in deeper into my neck.
