I decide to go back to my brother's room and ask him to let me go and have a walk ..

Before knocking on the door I hear something that stops me from knocking ... Lukas is talking to Daniel..

+What are you up to Daniel ..?

-She can't go back to that university..Jack is there

So he is worried about me getting bullied by Jack..?

+But why should he act harshly? You had threaten him with his life!

What..?!

-He's crazy .We can never trust him..

What is he talking about..?

+Nothing will happen..He knows his life would be at risk if he does anything wrong

What is he saying ...? What are they talking about..? Why may his life be at risk ..? ... I should get to the bottom of this..I go to my room

I can ask Jack ..but his a jerk..a jerk whose supposed to be in jail but regarding the fact that vampires identifies must be hidden..Lukas and Daniel can't expose him to police...Mmm..Maybe I can threaten him with something..and force him to spit it out..
But what can I threaten him with...I have no power.. Ahhh...god damn it I don't know what to do..But I must find out what are they hiding from me... Can I ask Lukas directly...? No, although I trust him somehow but I can't ask him...I should find out about that myself..but if Daniel is going to have the bodyguard tagged along..what should I do..? And how am I gonna hide where I'm about to go if he is going to monitor me all the time.... I'm out of ideas...How can I threaten jack?..Maybe a knife will do... But he can use it against me too..also I'm not much of an expert in fighting..
I can do nothing for now..I have to go back to my room,in case they walk out of the room..they may see me eavesdropping ..

I walk back to my room and lie on the bed ...And I soon become drowned in my thoughts..What am I supposed to do now..? How can I find out what are they hiding from me ..? My university..my life ..my future... Damn.. it's all ruined...How did it turn out like this within a day..?
I hear a sound of knocking on the door..I go and open it reluctantly

+Veronica?

-Hm? What brings you here?

+Can I come inside..?

-Mhm.

+What's wrong?

-Don't you know?

+ Well,I do..but I guess Daniel is right somehow..

-You too? Are you asking me to give up on whatever I tried hard for ,just because of an asshole..?

+ Look at it this way, That asshole you're talking about has got you infected and now you are a vampire as you know,Also if you get exposed and everybody be aware of this ..you'll be in trouble..All your brother wants is to protect you.

-I know but how am I gonna get exposed..?!! How many percent is the possibility?? I just don't wanna lose everything,all I have .. *teary eyed*

The way he looks at me.. Do I look pathetic? Or is there guilt in his eyes? Why does he even have to be guilty,What for? Or Is it that he just cares?..

+ *Put his hands on her shoulder ,trying to reassure her* I promise the new uni is not gonna be worse but better than the one you used to go to.. I promise.

I paused for a second thinking about what I heard last night, the Jack thing I mean..

Although I knew he was hiding something from me, but the expression on his face , made him seem trustworthy to me..

There was no respond after that , Our eyes are locked on each other,my heart beats fast. God what is that supposed to mean,do I like him ? Why can't I look away ? It's just I wanna stare in those green eyes for the rest of my life..Damn it, What did I say just now?

He leans closer to me ,only two or three inches apart form my face..
Well I guess I can't resist it anymore.. I lean closer to him, our lips touch, he puts his hand on my cheek and kisses me..after that he keeps looking at me for sometime,I begin to blush, someone knocks on the door..

-Daniel if it's you ,I will kill you right away!

_miss, it's me. I came here to tell you lunch is ready.

Crap,it was the servent..I got mad over nothing..

+Oh,well-

Lukas interrupts me and responses to the servent

-thanks,you can go.We will come ourselves.

After the servent leaves and closes the door, Lukas starts grinning. I blush.

+W-What's wrong?

-l guess I should ask you this, why did you get mad when the servent knocked on the door? *He takes one step closer to me* You didn't want anyone to interrupt us , am I right? *smirks*

+ *takes a step back,blushing* what?.. no, I just .. you know ..she..

- *he laughs and kisses her on the cheek* Relax, It's not an interrogation.

He surprised me with that kiss..Seeing him laugh made me smile, How did I become like this?

+Don't you dare tease me next time..also, don't laugh at me .

-Deal,now let's go. *Smiles,grabs my hand*

Suddenly he starts running,

+Hey,Why are you running ?

-I just like to.

+Are you okay ? I'm worried, Hadn't hit your head somewhere?

-come on, just run.

We run till we arrive at the living room ..Daniel looks at us with a confused expression..

_What are you two laughing at ? And why are you short of breath?

+Nothing..Nothing important.

Me and Lukas share a look. It seems my brother does not care that much.

I go to my room to think of a way to get to the bottom of this Jack thing..Maybe I should just ask Lukas about it? But ..Is he gonna tell me the truth..? Crap I don't know..I guess I should go and pay him a visit in order to get to the bottom of this...I guess I should bring this silver blade with me..

I don't want to have a bodyguard tagged along..so I should sneak out..
