Doctor: Hello everyone! ... (mumbles) Oh, no... (turns around facing the camera) AHA! There you are! Oh, brilliant! Welcome to the 100th anniversary special of Doctor Who! IN 12D!

(Director comes out and talks to the Doctor)

Doctor: ... What... 3? No... Really? Oh, um... Sorry... oops, in 3D... Whats that about? Is there a budget cut?... Sorry about that... bit confused... time travel... You see, I've just watched the 100th anniversary special... All 57 Doctors... Still, 3D... Thats good too...
