The Doctor was sitting in his TARDIS, not having anything to do. It’s been about two weeks since Rose was forced into a parallel world. The Doctor is still not over it. He goes through his mind in doubt, trying to see if there was a way to save her. But there wasn’t. In all ways to keep her alive, she would need to be sent to the parallel world. He ran his hand down his face and sighed. Closing his eyes he sat back in the chair that was before the TARDIS’s console. A sudden beeping rang through the console room and he opened one eyes to see what it was. On his screen it read that he had a message, from the Shadow Proclamation. The Doctor stood up with a sigh and went to see what they want. But no. When he clearly read who it was from, it wasn’t from the Shadow Proclamation. But the message came from inside the Shadow Proclamation. The Doctor smiled to himself, now knowing who it was from. It was from a Judoon he saved when he was a calf. This Judoon sends the Doctor inside information without the Shadow Proclamation knowing. The Doctor named him ‘bubbly’. It was a laugh every time they met. The Doctor opened the message. It was a written one, in Judoon. Since bubbly couldn’t speak English, naturally. It was a rather long message though:

Of course the Doctor could read it with ease, understanding each word. But each word only peaked his curiosity further. At the end of the message, he didn’t know what to think. Was he scared? Was he in disbelief? Or was he just plain excited? Now to translate to English, this is what the message said:

A message came through ha few days ago from the edge of the universe. We haven’t been successful in tracking it as far, but I have an idea this will intrigue you, Doctor. The message is as follows: Bad Wolf is a new race, not a person, not an entity, silly aliens.  

His mind immediately went to Rose. She was Bad Wolf. After she looked in to the heart of the TARDIS and had the entire Time Vortex in her head, she became Bad Wolf. She scattered the words all across the universe, future and past. That was why they kept seeing the words Bad Wolf where ever they go. It was graffitied on the TARDIS, Bad Wolf Bay on Satellite 5, everywhere! Because Rose scattered the words. And now a message from nowhere says that Bad Wolf is a specie? What is Rose then? The Doctor had to remove the Time Vortex from her head, in return burning his entire body, killing him and turning him into the Doctor he was now. If Bad Wolf is a race, then is it just a bunch of people who looked into the heart of a TARDIS? Or is people who were born with the Time Vortex in their head, like a curse, who by living it their whole life, don’t feel the effect of it and become immune to it? Was Rose like an artificial Bad Wolf who knew about this new specie and scattered the words to raise awareness? But in that case she would’ve told the Doctor. Then she’s an accident artificial bad Wolf? It all made the Doctor incredibly confused. Another option that popped in to his head was that Rose is trying to send him a message, he just couldn’t exactly figure out what she could possibly want to relay with such a message. A new race? That are aliens? Wait, if there were to be a new race they would be aliens, that’s obvious. A silly race? A race that’s stupid? Entity means something that exists in itself, actually or hypothetically. It doesn’t need to be of material existence. So… maybe this new race doesn’t actually exists? Invisible? Undetectable? Nothing made sense to the Doctor. What could this mean? The Doctor sighed before staring at the monitor again. Sudden words appeared on the screen that made his eyes go wide.
