Teenage!Who - Paper Aeroplane

A teenage Doctor, clutched his books to his chest, and walked down the crowded corridor. He glanced around the room and his eyes settled on a beautiful, small, bright-eyed brunette. He must have been day-dreaming, since a bouncy redhead tapped him on the shoulder, making him jump.

"Hello Doctor" She said in a Scottish accent.

"Amy! You made me jump" He said sighing. He looked back at the bland coloured lockers, to see she had walked off.

"Still hung up on Clara, are we?" She teased. He sighed. Even her name was perfect. Clara. It fit her perfectly. From her chocolate hair that spiralled just before her shoulders and her swirling gold eyes, to her small, but gorgeous figure that he would like to-

"Oi! Are you even listening to me?" Amy said, rolling her eyes. "I was saying how obsessed you are with Clara!"

"Well, it's okay for you! You've got Rory!" He retorted, flinging his arms at the sandy haired boy who had just walked up to them. Rory snaked his arm around her waist and kissed her cheek. The Doctor grimaced. Everyone was in a relationship but him.

"Hey Doctor, did you hear about Rose? Rose Tyler, I mean." Amy said, trying to brighten the mood. "Well, anyway, she was really into this leather jacket guy in freshman year but he left school and now she's dating a spiky haired complete hotty...!" The Doctor zoned out at Amy's gossip and Rory just absentmindedly played with Amy's hair as she talked.

They turned he corner and the Doctor bumped into someone, making them both tumble to the floor. The Doctor looked up at the girl who was pressed against him.

"Oh um, hi River" The Doctor said. River smiled creepily, showing her braces. She looked up at him with lusty green eyes. River had always been, well, obsessed with The Doctor.

"Hi Doctor!" She practically shouted.

"Um, can you get off me?"

"No" The Doctor pushed River off of him, carefully. River pouted. The Doctor pushed himself off the floor and his eyes connected with the same brunette he had seen moments before. She was chatting with her friend Martha. Martha was pretty, with dark skin and chocolate hair she usually had tied up in a high ponytail, but she was not match for Clara. River looked where the Doctor was staring and scowled. She jumped in front of the Doctor with a smile.

"Do you wanna go out with me sometime?" She said, smiling toothily. Her frizzy hair tickled his face and he wrinkled his nose to stop himself from sneezing.

"Um" She fluttered her eyelashes. "Maybe some other time?" He stated more as a question than an answer. He had found that giving a vague answer is better then giving a straight 'no'. The truth is River was The Doctors stalker. She followed him everywhere, clicking away with her camera. She would process the pictures and stick them in a scrapbook she kept on her bedside table. She was officialy obsessed with him, even Amy had to admit. The Doctor didn't care about her the same way he did for Clara, but he didn't want to hurt her feelings.

"Oh, sure" She said sadly. She hung her head and stared up at him, hoping to change his mind but he ignored her and kept staring at Clara. River shot a deathly glare at Clara. Besides stalking the only other thing River was really good at, was getting revenge. She stormed off, a thunder coud practically floating over her head.

The bell rang, screeaching through the schools corridors. The Doctor sighed and ran a hand through his brown fringe. Amy patted him on the shoulder and grabbed his hand, and dragged him along the corridor towards the green section (which was Sciene and Art). The Doctors mood brightened at the thought of going to Science, since it was his favourite subject, but his mood dropped even lower when Amy pulled him towards the blue block of the school instead (which was the English and Maths department).

The Doctor groaned. He hated English. The poems and stories they gave his class were always so morbid. The only good thing about English he liked was that he sat at the back next to Clara. They always chatted about anything and everything, and that's where he started to learn alot about Clara and when he started to love her personality. Her quirks and ambitions, her wildest dreams and scariest nightmares.

He walked into class and shrugged his galaxy patterned back pack onto his arm. He slumped into his seat and tapped his pen against the desk. Amy gave him a cheery smile before walking to the front of the class and sitting inbetween Rory and a tall, brown haired, flirtatious boy. He flashed a bright white smile in her direction and winked. Amy blushed and he leaned over to her ear, muttering something in it. Her face flushed even darker and he smirked.

Flames of anger flickered in Rory's eyes, and he reached over an arm to wrap around Amy's shoulders. She smiled and leaned back on his shoulder. The boy scowled and Rory smiled victoriously.

"Better luck next time, Harkness?" Rory taunted. 'Harkness' rolled his eyes and leant back in his seat his arms crossed.

"Well anytime you need a real man," He lightly held her hand and pressed his lips to it, "Give me a call" He said with a twinkle in his eye. Rory growled quietly and Amy noticed.

"Sorry Jack, I'm taken" She said motioning to Rory. Jack made a rather rude gesture when Amy leaned into her bag for her book. The Doctor looked at them in amusement, stifling a laugh by chewing his pen.

Clara walked into the room, her skirt rippling around her legs. She walked towards her seat, her brown ankle boots echoeing on the carpeted surface. She gracefully sat down and flicked her brown hair out her golden eyes. He felt blown away by her, and looked dreamily at her with creamy brown eyes. She smiled at him.

"Hi Doctor" She said politely.

"H-Hi" He stuttered, almost slapping himself in the face.

"We didn't have any homework, did we?" She asked flicking through her book.

"No I don't think so" He said, trying to sound normal. The second bell rang before she could answer and a tough looking, slightly rounded, red headed woman walked into the room with a pile of textbooks in the crook of her arm.

"Good morning class" She said cheerily, setting down the pile on her desk.

"Good morning Miss Noble" The class said in a monotone voice. She smiled as was about to do the register, when the door creaked open.

"Sorry we're late, Miss" The tall boy said. The short blonde haired girl giggled and swung their entwined hands. The Doctor recognised the blonde as Rose Tyler, the one Amy was mentioning that morning. He didn't recognise the other man but he guessed it was the boy Rose was dating. Both their lips were swollen, their hair messy and bushy and their faces flushed. They couldn't stop giggling and smiling at each other. The Doctor realised they must have been snogging, and very messily by the looks of it.

Miss Noble pursed her lips. "Alright, you are excused. Just sit in your seats."

They ran to the back in the corner and no doubt started kissing again. Miss Noble rolled her eyes and sat at her computer.

"Amy?"

"Here miss"

"Martha?"

"Miss" A voice said next to him.

"Rose?"

Rose pulled away from the spiky haired man and said "Miss" before making out again.

"Rory?"

"Miss" He said still glaring at Jack.

"Harkness?"

"Miss" Equalising Rory's glare.

"Clara?"

"Yes Miss" She said dreamily doodling in her notebook.

"Master?"

"Yes Donna" He said cheekily. The Master sat back in his seat, his feet on the table and his hand at the back of his head. Miss Noble sighed deeply and carried on, ignoring The Masters usual comment.

"Ten?"

"Miss" The boy Rose was kissing muttered, not even stopping kissing. Oh his name is Ten? , The Doctor thought, Curious name!?.

"And Doctor" She said finishing the register.

"Miss"

"Right, so yesterday we were discussing Shakespeare's use of lanugauge in Romeo and Juliet. Now -" She was cut off by Ten putting his hand up. "Yes Ten?"

"I wasn't here yesterday so I made need some help" He admitted. Rose could have helped him, but unfortunately she was the sharpest knife in the block.

"Why was that" She asked.

"I was ill. Frankly, I didn't want to go... home that is. But I was to suck to stay at school."

"Very well." She scanned the room her eyes brightening at Clara. "Clara. Can you help Ten with the work?"

The Doctors heart dropped. He was hoping he could talk to Clara that lesson. Maybe even ask er on a date...? Now, the lesson would be completely uneventful and boring.

"Yes Miss" She said, grabbing her book and book. She gave a sympathetic smile at The Doctor but he just smiled sadly. Rose stood up after giving a quick peck on the lips to Ten, and walked over to Clara's seat. She flashed a smile at The Doctor and a sad smile at Ten.

The lesson was completely boring as The Doctor had expected. Rose said some fairly funny things to The Doctor, trying to lighten his mood, but he just gave a dry laugh and nodded his head. He stole at glance at Clara, who was working away with Ten, explaining Shakespeare and letting him use her notes. Martha noticed The Doctor staring at gave him a knowing look. She reached over and tapped him on the shoulder which snapped The Doctor out his thoughts.

"Clara huh?" Martha asked cockily. She looked around the room and saw Miss Noble had retired to her desk and everyone was talking and doing work. "So?"

"W-what? NO!" He said blushing.

"Go for it! Clara really likes you" She said tapping her pen on her desk.

"Really?!"

"Duh! I mean how have you never noticed how much she stares at you! Plus she had you name and 'Mrs Doctor' doodled all over her books!" She said giggling.

"Wow!" He said dreamily looking at her.

"Here! I have an idea!" Marthe exclaimed suddenly. She ripped a piece of paper out her book and folded it. After a couplde seconds she held up a perfectly made paper aeroplane. "Here you go! Just write something and I'll throw it"

"Why can't I throw it?" He asked taking the aeroplane.

"Because I've seen you in P.E. you have as much hand-eye co-ordination as a person with no hands AND eyes!"

"Okay! Point taken" He scribbled down something:

Do you want to go out sometime? - Doctor

Tick yes or no

Yes [ ] No [ ]

He passed it to Martha. She took aim and threw it. She was right. He would have never made it to the other side of the room. The aim was perfect and it landed in front of her. The Doctor looked away, too embarrased that he would make eye contact. Clara giggled and wrote something with her pen with a grin and tossed it back. I hit The Doctor on the head and Martha laughed. He slowly opened it. The paper didn't have a tick on it and The Doctors thoughts turned bad. What if she had ignored it completely?

However in blue letters at the bottoms it said "On the back! <3"

He flipped it around and it said in her neat curly hand writing:

Took you long enough! Of course!

- Clara x

The Doctor smiled. Things were starting to go his way.

***********

So yeah I've been kicking this round for a while and I just finished it so here you go!
