Here is a request from madrytovaa following the events of Avengers Infinity War with the Soul Stone and the fight with Thanos.

With a flick of your fingers, the stone collided with the rocky cliff, exploding in golden nuggets while you waited for Thanos to show up in Vormir. You knew he would come here one day or another, but you had an immortality to wait for him.

You were the Guardian of Innocence, or in other words of the Soul Stone as you could deliver the power of the infinity stone to worthy people.

Out of sudden, the echo of voices snapped you out of your training, your telekinetic powers coming to a rest as you spotted two figures at the top of the cliff.

« Thanos » you muttered dangerously.

You watched as the Titan after debating with his conscience, threw his ' daughter' into the void, letting her fall to her death.

As you were the Keeper, you could decide who was worthy of the Stone, and the moment you saw Thanos gave up the last straw of love he had in his heart, you knew he couldn't fulfil the gauntlet.

Gamora's body slowly fell into the abyss while Thanos didn't even have the force to watch the woman die which was the perfect moment for you to strike.

You closed your eyes and muttered an incantation as a bright blue light glowed from your hands. The illusion slowly come to life, encompassing the falling body of the alien while you used at the same time your telekinesis to stop her fall. The scream left her throat as she embraced her fate, but your voice snapped her eyes open :

« This is no day to die, Gamora ».

She immediately started to move in the air, while you landed her carefully on the ground, the blue magic ball releasing her.

« H.. How? Who are you ? » she asked, dumbfounded by your presence.

You slowly smiled at her, taking a step forward but she tensed.

« My name is Y/N, and I am the Keeper of the Soul Stone. »

You looked up to see Thanos looked at the illusion of Gamora laying dead on the rocky environment, her motionless body leaving no doubt to her state. Red Skull played along the trick, knowing he was just the distraction while the real action was undertaken elsewhere. You sighed, released as the illusion tricked the titan who was suddenly teleported to the other end of Vormir, a bright light blinding him from seeing what was going on. He blinked the darkness out and sees the sparkling stone waiting to be picked up which disappeared the moment he came in contact with the illusion.

He screamed in frustration, slapping the water as he looked for it everywhere.

« Where is it ?! »

His furious gaze landed on the hill where Red Skull waited for him to return. He teleported himself there, grabbing the red man by the throat and asking in a very threatening tone :

« Where is the Soul Stone? I did everything it requires to have it, why do I not have it ? Answer me , filfthy pawn. »

Red Skull merely flinched at Thanos'outburst of fury and managed to say :

« The sacrifice truly wasn't fulfilled. »

Groaning, Thanos threw Red Skull to the wall and rushed to the top of the cliff, his eyes frantically searching for Gamora's body but one his forehead vein popped out as he noticed there was no body.

His scream of anger echoed in the valley and you quickly grabbed Gamora's hand to teleport yourself to Titan as she had revealed to you Thanos' plan to head for the Time Stone next.

You appeared in Titan with Gamora at the moment the group was making the plan.

« I think it's good but it sucks »

Gamora rolled her eyes at Starlord's behaviour while muttering under her breath « Peter ». You slowly eyed the newcomers, noticing the man in the red suit, the teenager looking at the men with no idea what was going on, the shirtless alien laughing loudly as he stated proudly « Kick names, take ass » which made you widened your eyes and a chuckle to escape your lips. Then your gaze landed to the one carrying the Time Stone, and before you had the chance to react he threw his burning whip at you. Instinct immediately kicked in and you raised your hand up, your power stopping the whip in the air.

« I am not your enemy, Time Stone Bearer »

The group of men and the woman looked at you, setting in a defence position.

« Who are you ? »

You looked at the iron man and tilted your head to the side. He had a valiant heart, you could tell by the spark of despair and flickering hope in his amber eyes.

« I am Y/N, Guardian of the Soul Stone. I am here to warn you Thanos is on his way, mad that I tricked him and I am ready to help him stop his genocide. »

To prove your point as you could see the uneasiness on their face, you show them the Soul Stone.

Gamora stepped in to support you :

« She saved me when Thanos threw me up from a cliff to get the Soul Stone. He was ready to sacrifice me to get it. »

Peter Quill rushed to Gamora's side, taking her in his arms as he cupped his face, looking at her lovingly. You looked elsewhere and asked ;

« What is the plan? »

They all looked at each other before nodding their heads and revealed their masterplan.

The fight was at first well played, as Tony even managed to cut Thanos' cheek but it went horribly wrong when the titan grabbed Gamora by her throat and threw her violently against one of the abandoned spaceships.

Peter Quill lost his focus and collided with the other Peter. You barely had time to stop the three landings with your power before Thanos came at you, ready to kick the life out of you. However, a blazing shield blocked his attack and you sent a grateful nod to Stephen who landed next to you.

« Ready ? » he asked.

You took a deep breath, took the Soul Stone from your pocket, put your hands around it and focused our power on it. You freed yourself, letting your telekinesis which was very similar to Scarlet Witch hit Thanos in the chest.

As he stumbled, Peter shot webs at him to hold him down while Drax tackled him, or rather tried to tackle him as Mantis jumped on his back to land on Thanos ' shoulders and activated her power.

« Sleep ».

Gamora got up and rushed to the Gauntlet, as well as Tony and Peter Parker who tried to remove the Gauntlet from Thanos' hand.

« Hurry, I won't hold him long » Mantis stated, as her face winced in pain.

You rushed to their side, grabbed the gauntlet and pulled it with all your strength. With a pop, the golden iron glove swiftly slipped from Thanos' hand and Peter grabbed in his frail form.

« We did it » he repeated, blinking in surprise and happiness.

However, the fight was far from over as Mantis was suddenly thrown in the air by Thanos who wake up. He freed himself from Drax and Peter's web and walked towards the kid who tried to step back. Tony stepped in, ready to fight the Titan again but Stephen used his mystical powers to open a blazing portal in which Thanos rushed before he had the chance to realise what he stepped into.

The titan disappeared into the portal which was quickly closed by Stephen.

A dread silence lingered as everyone took their breath back.

« We won » stated Tony, patting Spiderman's shoulder in victory.

Gamora approached Stephen and asked :

« Where did you send him ? »

Stephen smirked and stated proudly :

« In the burning centre of the sun. He won't survive that. »

A sigh escaped your lips and you looked at Stephen who was also looking at you.

« Good, my job is done. I should go. »

Stephen jumped from his rock and walked to you.

« Wait »

You spun around facing Stephen while Tony sighed :

« Lovebirds »

« Y/N, come to Earth with us. »

You raised an eyebrow at him.

« As much as I appreciate the invitation, you should try to ease your world in peace and then I'll come if you still want me too. »

You leaned forward and kissed his cheek, patting the Cloak at the same time. Then you waved goodbye at the group.

« You know where to find me, Stephen »

And with these last words, you teleported back to Vormir where your heart swelled with hope and a blossoming love for the Time Stone Bearer.
