You were following Mordo in the ocean of people, trying to keep an eye on the stranger which was asking for Kamar-Taj to persons. You glanced at Mordo who was deeply focussed on the stranger who looks as if he hadn't eaten or slept for days. You recognised the signs of the remains of last hope and your heart ached at that. You knew far too well what it was like to count on someone or something which could change your life. You had been once at the place of the stranger until Mordo found you, brought you to the Ancient One and taught you the secrets of the Mystic Arts. You watched the stranger walked in a lonely street and be harassed by some bad guys.

The moment they tried to take his watch, it was your cue. You jumped from the roof and landed on one's of the boy's back, knocking him out. Then you raised your head up to see a fist thrown in your direction, you quickly blocked it with your arm and punched the guy right in the nose, hearing a crack. Then you saw Mordo took managed the two other guys. You dusted your hands off and introduced yourself to the man with striking blue confused eyes:

" I'm Y/N. You're looking for Kamar-Taj, right?"

He slowly nodded, his eyes focussed on you.

" Are you okay?"

He asked, tilted his head. You smiled warmly at him.

" Yeah, I'm fine thanks. Ah! Let's me introduce to Mordo.", you grabbed Mordo 's arm, " Mordo this is... what is your name by the way?"

He chuckled at your attitude which was warming him up compared to the despair his heart bears.

" Strange. Stephen Strange."

You nodded and turned to Mordo, smiling.

" So this Stephen Strange, Stephen this is Mordo."

Mordo watched Stephen closely and murmured something to himself before he announced:

" Follow me."

Immediately, Stephen straightened and started to follow him when you grabbed his arm. You held the watch the thieves had tried to take.

" Here, this belongs to you."

He delicately took the watch from your hands, his eyes softening at the  sight of his beloved watch and looked at you, a new spark shining in his storming blue eyes.

" Thank you, Y/N"

Since that day, your heart doesn't keep on speed up when your eyes locked for more than five seconds.

Once Stephen was presented to the Ancient One and accepted in Kamar-Taj, you both started to be close. You trained together under the severe watch of Mordo, studied together for hours in the library, tried to prank Wong a few times but nothing more has happened. Your heart aches for him, however, you couldn't tell him. So you kept your feeling hidden and acted as if he didn't make your cheeks reddened or your heart pounding in your chest each time he touched you to grab something. Nevertheless, that day, you were both in the library, you looking for a very specific book while Stephen had raised up from his chair and grabbed the eye of Agamotto and the forbidden book.

" Hey, Stephen, do you know... what the hell are you doing?"

You froze when you saw him holding the eye of Agamotto above the book. You had heard of the power of the eye from Mordo and read it in the books. However, Stephen had never read the property of the eye and so he didn't know what he was doing.

" Stephen, wait, don't!"

Your eyes locked with him when the eye activated as a green light was spread around you. You saw Stephen's face straightening and focussed on the book while he activated something he shouldn't. You roughly pushed him and the spell wore off.

" What the hell did you do? Have you any idea of what this artefact can do?"

He looked at you, confused while the last piece of the puzzle geared in his mind.

" I know how she did it."

" And I know your secret, " he added, smirking at you.

You didn't have the time to respond that Wong and Mordo burst out in the room. You stepped back and watched the three men started to argue about the danger and the mess Stephen had made. While in your mind, thousands of thoughts were crossing your spirit " What was he talking about? What was that sexy smirk? Did he found out what I feel about him? Oh my God! What do I do?" you pondered, looking at the ground, frowning.

A gentle tap on your shoulder woke you up from your thoughts. You raised your head up to be met by the mesmerising blue eyes of Stephen. Standing in front of you, he looked at you and you took the time to admire his features. The elfin cheekbones which glistened at the glimmer of candles, the crimson kissable lips and you noticed he had let push the same beard that Tony Stark . You gazed at each other for a while, Mordo and Wong already gone and silence wrapped the both of you in an atmosphere in-between friendship and love. That was unbearable!

" When you called me while I was using the eye of Agamotto, I involuntarily turned towards you and it revealed me your secret, or should I say your previous thoughts about me"

( PS: I invented this ability of the eye, I have no idea if it is possible or not. It is for the continuity of the story I added this feature. Hope you don't mind, my dear readers)

You felt your cheeks heated up and you stuttered;

" I...I don't know what to say, Stephen."

Your heart was pounding in your chest as if it wanted to get out and bounced everywhere. Your breath stopped when you saw Stephen leant on , whispering " I feel the same too." His lips touched yours and you quickly melted into the kiss. Your lips moved in sync and you felt him cupped your cheeks, holding you tighter against him. You both broke up panting for air. And when you looked at him, you saw a faint blush on his cheeks and you smiled.

" Good to know. Now, kiss me again Stephen."

You wrapped your arms around his neck and your lips connected for a new dance.

What you didn't know was Wong who held his phone and took picture of the two of you thinking for later " Blackmail" he muttered, chuckling slightly.
