(#25) The real Christmas Special
So this may be out a bit late or early from Christmas, I am not quite sure. But I just want to wish you a very Merry Christmas to everyone.
I want to thank you for reading this and for the amazing feedback I have gotten from you. I wouldn't be here without you. I have to say I really have enjoyed the comments left throughout the imagines.
And Wow, 25k reads?! Unbelieveable! I never imagined I would get this far. I hope you enjoy the real Christmas Special, this time with less bizarre things. :) And as I say.
As always, thanks for reading.
"Could you please oh explain to me why is one of our biggest enemies HERE in our Christmas party?" Stephen breathed out after calming himself from almost having a panic attack and exploding in anger. His mind just couldn't completely process at all why you in your right mind decided to invite Kaecilius right there and now.
He was the one who almost killed the both of you. The one responsible in letting Dormammu in by destroying two of the three main sanctuaries. He was the one who betrayed Ancient One even after being let in and taught about all there was to know about sorcery.
It just didn't make any sense why.
His Christmas was one millimeter from being completely ruined, the only thing stopping him from burning the Christmas tree being that you were present there and by his side. And he knew that you knew that he knew that you knew he wouldn't ruin the party for you. He loved you too much to even make you unhappy once in your life.
He has committed mistakes in the past, but he would do anything to keep that beautiful smile of yours in your face.
As he watched Kaecilius arriving to the temple, his hands balled into fists, his face contorted in anger and turning redder every passing second as he pondered whether or not he should punch the guy where the sun doesn't shine. Oh how he wished he could teach him a lesson and destroy the minuscule possibility of him having kids, which was a very small percentage considering Kaecilius had no heart.
He was just about to retreat to a corner and hide throughout the rest of the celebration. Much to his dismay you had other plans in mind as you motioned him to come over and greet the guests, wearing your 'Don't you dare be rude or I'll punch you in the arm so hard you won't feel it for a couple of weeks' look.
Seeing this he mentally groaned, knowing really well that you were capable of doing that, don't ask how, so he took a deep breath and prepared himself so he wouldn't do anything 'undecent'.
He slowly approached the small group that was concentrated on the entrance, those being Mordo, Ancient One, You and fuckstick Kaecilius. As he stopped right besides you, almost in a protective way, he tried to smile. Keyword: tried. His expression seemed as although someone had just stepped on his foot and he had to hold the pain in.
Everyone obviously noticed the tension created between Stephen and Kaecilius, Mordo even moving aside a few steps in fear a fight would break out soon. As he did this, Ancient One cleared her throat and motioned Stephen to Kaecilius. "Stephen... this is-"
"Yeah I know who he is, thank you for the information Ancient One." He retorted almost in a hiss, glaring holes through Kaecilius's face as he tried to control his movements. You merely watched the both, staying quiet as you thought it was rather amusing the both of their reactions.
Stephen scrunched up his nose as he narrowed his eyes at him, sighing as he took a sip of his fruit punch. "You know Kaecilius" He started off, making Mordo and Ancient One perk up as they looked over to see what he would say. Even you were hoping that this party would go well for once without having any insults or fights.
Stephen stayed quiet for a moment. Kaecilius seemed a tad bit intrigued, having responded with a 'yes?' as he now waited patiently for an answer. "Kaecilius pal, I'm really trying to see things from your point of view, but I can't get my head that far up my ass." Stephen spoke nonchalantly, taking a sip of his punch as he started walking away.
Kaecilius stayed still for a moment, his face contorting in anger as he growled and launged forward, catching both Stephen and pretty much everyone in the room off guard as the both of them crashed down on a table in the middle of the living room. The wooden table obviously broke beneath them, but that didn't restrain them from wrestling between one another.
You sighed in disappointment, rubbing your temples as you decided to intervene with the ongoing fight, pulling Kaecilius off Stephen and stopping the both of them from further proceeding into punching each other until of them got knocked out. "Stop it will you?!" You exclaimed in anger, glaring at the both with disappointment. Nothing more than that.
Both men stumbled the opposite direction, staring between each other with such hate and venom. They were too inmersed with each other's rivalry to notice they just ruined your Christmas party. The first Christmas party hosted in the temple since none of the sorcerers had time to plan it. And they pretty much had few knowledge of the celebration.
Before they could engage into another fight, you stepped in between the both, your face cold and your eyes darting in between the both of them. "For once, FOR ONCE, couldn't you just behave for once? It's Christmas for God's sake! Christmas is a celebration were people reunite and have a good time together! It is a time where rivalries, hate and threats are forgotten. We should be happy to have one another and not fighting for mistakes committed in the past!" Their anger seemed to immediately evaporate seeing how disappointed you were. They each stayed still, merely looking at each other and nothing more.
"If you both are not going to forget what happened in the past to have a nice celebration together then I don't want to be here. Shame on you both." You continued, looking at them once more before stepping around the broken table leaving the room. An uncomfortable silence went through the room as everyone processed what you had said.
Well done Stephen, add another mark to your error list.
Stephen rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly in embarrassment and regret, his mind finally snapping into reality and realizing all the damage he had done to the place. All the damage he had done to you.
Ancient One had her arms crossed, shaking her head as she approached Stephen. "Perhaps you and certain person should discuss about it. I'll be with (Y/N) if you need us. I expect to see this place fixed and the both of you behaved like the adults you supposedly are." She informed, stepping around the debris as she followed the same direction you had gone to.
Everyone had dissipated to their own way, and the least they could do for you was continue on with the party and try to pretend none of the fighting had happened. Stephen and Kaecilius looked at each other without speaking any words, knowing really well what could happen if they did.
Stephen pondered whether he should just walk away and look for you or stay there, fix the table and apologize to Kaecilius and actually have a good time. He probably should do the second one if he wanted you to be happy and for everyone to have a good time where they can relax, forget for a moment about all the problems involving sorcery world and just enjoy Christmas.
He looked over at Kaecilius and approached him with hesitant steps, catching his attention as he set his hand on the man's shoulder. "Listen. Why don't we he just continue this fight sometime later and we just have some fun right now?"
Kaecilius narrowed his eyes at him. "How am I sure you won't just insult me once again and make me punch you and start another fight?" He asked him with a furious face, turning around and starting to walk off. Stephen rolled his eyes and stopped him once again. "Stop being a drama queen and just pretend I never insulted you ever. If someone plans to have a good time they usually forget and just live in the present. Why don't you try it out, remove that sourtwat expression from your face and sit your àss down on that couch over there and enjoy some hot cocoa?"
Kaecilius kept his glare on him for a moment before sighing and nodding slowly. "Fine, but I am merely doing this for the fact that (Y/N) was the only one nice enough to let me come over wihout kicking my àss alright?" He cleared out, taking a seat on an individual couch and staring off into space as someone started playing Christmas songs with a violin.
Stephen let out a sigh of satisfaction as he poured some hot cocoa on a cup and handed it over to him, taking a seat on the couch next to it as he tried to start off some conversation.
After some time of Ancient One trying to convince you to go back to the party, you gave in, not really expecting to see the table fixed and both Stephen and Kaecilius actually having a decent conversation. You were surprised to even see some laughs and smiles shared between the both rival enemies. A wide smile spread across your face as you took a seat next to Stephen and joined them in drinking some hot cocoa.

"Alright! Alright everybody! It is time to open the presents. Don't worry if you didn't bring any to share, there are plenty of them to be given out. Now, shall I start?" You questioned, taking a seat next to the Christmas tree as you picked up a box wrapped in red wrapping paper with a green bow sitting on the top of it. You passed it over to Ancient One with a smile and watched as she opened it to see its contents.
Everybody watched with interest, some gifts being exchanged between sorcerers as everybody animatedly talked in between their friends. Stephen was the next to receive a present from you, tearing the paper off with excitement as he got out the gift inside the box. He thanked you, kissing your cheek as he lassed over his own gift to Ancient One who thanked him in return.
Many gifts were exchanged throughout all the sorcerers living in the temple, and by the end of it everyone was a happy and celebrating mess. The music began once again and some took off to dance together, leaving their presents on a spot where they could remember where they were left off.
As Ancient One, Mordo, Stephen and you started chatting, you saw Kaecilius's disappointed and sad expression seeing he didn't receive any gift from anyone. Some people still held grudges on him, and it was no surprise he got nothing this year. But you did remember, almost facepalming at how forgetful you were since you were still wrapping his gift just earlier that day.
You quickly went off to fetch it, handing it to a sad Kaecilius as you sat down next to the Christmas tree once again and smiled at everyone. No one noticed this as they were too engrossed in what they were discussing about to see when he opened the box and took out a beautifully wooden carved figurine of a reindeer.
As you watched him, he merely stared at the figure in shock, observing the figurine with wonder and amazement. The hated enemy for once seemed happy, wearing a warm smile on his face as he told you a soft thank you as he admired the detailed carving of the reindeer.
You felt a tap on your shoulder, turning over to see a standing Stephen who offered you a hand to stand up, which you gladly took as you were pulled off to the training grounds which had been turned into a dance floor.
He set his hands on your waist, swaying slowly to the music playing over the crowd of dancing sorcerer couples. You both swayed side to side in synchronization, Stephen twirling you around every now and then as you both stared at each other with a smile on your face. It truly felt like the perfect Christmas for you both.
As he twriled you around once more, stopping right at the entrance of the training grounds, he kissed your forehead. "Have I told you that you look absolutely stunning today (Y/N)?" He asked you with a smirk, knowing well that you blushed easily at his compliments.
You opened your mouth, ready to reply with the perfect comeback when someone in the crowd exclaimed. "They are under the mistletoe!"
You both looked at each other before Stephen started leaning in.
Merry Christmas everybody!
I can't believe how far we have gotten with this book! I never thought someone would get interested at all in clicking on my book and reading my imagines. Considering this being my first time going serious over writing chapters, I thought this book would be a screwed up. But you guys have showed so much support! 25k reads and 1k votes?! Amazing!
You guys are the best. I wouldn't be were I am now without you.
I wish you all have a good time and enjoy the last days of this year. I may post a chapter before New Year, but I am not certain.
Also, get ready cause 2017 will be the year I will post a book of Sherlock imagines. Of course, if you guys like the idea of me writing imagines about him.
Anyways! See you on the next couple of days or after New Year! Peace out my fellow readers.
