I couldn't believe she didn't show up for our date the other day.
My plan was ruined when that fuckhead Farhan showed up.

Alif....

"She has no parents, relatives, sisters, or brother," I said as I sat down on my bed. "I'll get you, Alif. I noticed you the instant I saw you. I longed to take a bite out of her lips.

I've fucked up and lost my patient. I've been wanting to have sex with her for a long time.

Every day, my desire grows stronger. I've waited four years and this bitch has refused to give in. I considered marrying her and using her as a toy, as this would put her under my control.

Last week of school

Yusuf walks inside Alif's office. Alif gives him a friendly smile.
"Salam Alaikum, my favorite doctor," Yusuf exclaimed as he ran up to her. He held her tightly when Alif bent down and opened her hug.

"Wa Alaikum Salam my Yusuf" alif replied kissing his cheek.

Yusuf giggled. "How are you today" alif ask with smile. Yusuf nodded. "Good"
"Love, you say Alhamdulillah "alif said touching his hair. "Alhamdulillah" Yusuf replied.

"I brought some rice and chicken for lunch" alif said passing him a plate.

When Yusuf returned home. Farhan was waiting for him outside the door. Yusuf had noticed him. He began sprinting towards him.

"Salam Alaikum Baba" Yusuf said with bright smile. Farhan hugged him tight. Farhan look at him. They usually say hi, or hello. But he replied "wa Alaikum Salam " kissing his cheek. "How was my son day in school today"

"Alhamdulillah good" Yusuf replied.
"Alhamdulillah" Farhan said.
"My doctor today teach me the word Alhamdulillah"
"That's really good. Let's eat" Farhan said going inside Yusuf in his arms.

"I am full today, my favorite doctor brought rice and chicken today it was so good Alhamdulillah"
Farhan smile, "was it that good, I want some" Farhan said.
"Don't worry baba, I will ask her to bring some for you" Yusuf said.

Around 9pm

Alif was in her room when her phone rang, and she recognized the caller as Farhan.
She picked up the phone.

Alif: salam Alaikum

Farhan: wa Alaikum Salam.

Alif: Yusuf okay?

Farhan: yes, I have call you to complain about Yusuf. He's sitting next to me, he doesn't want to brush his teeth. He's listening to you.

Alif: Yusuf, what am I hearing... if you don't brush your teeth, I will get upset.

Yusuf: sorry, my doctor... don't be upset.. I will brush my teeth now

Alif: ok love

Farhan: thank you

Alif: your welcome

Alif POV

Morning

I discovered I have a health checkup appointment today, so I called the school to let them know I would be absent that day.

I finished around one o'clock and was walking out when I spotted Saif. He looked at me, then ignored me and walked away.
I understand why he was upset; I didn't visit him the other day. I got into my car and dialed his number, which he answered after three rings.

Saif: don't talk me I am mad

Alif: listen sorry

Saif: sorry?!

Alif: meet me in the same restaurant now

Saif: really

Alif: yes love

Saif: did you call me love?

Alif quickly disconnected the call

She gives herself a little smile.
Saif was waiting for her when she arrived.
"Wa alaikum Salam my soon-to-be Wife," he pull a chair for her.

After they were done both got up. "You look so beautiful love?" Saif said stepping close to her.

Alif smile "this is like the sixth time you have inform that I am." "Because you are...today you are going to my apartment I have special news for us." Alif smile disappeared

"Saif look you know me, I can't go to you apartment plus your parents are not home."she said taking a step back "So what you don't trust me....huh? What happened to that alif who would trust me talk to me...look at you making distance everyday and spending all your time with that fucking Farhan While I want to marry you...love you have children with you"

He hold her hand in his, she pull her hand back "what happen to that Saif who would know my uncomfortable and comfortableness who was kind and trusted me?...and I have told you before please not to touch me. I understand your love that's why I agree to your proposal. We are getting Married soon inshallah. and I don't know if you remember I have told you that after married I need some to take our relationship to the next level....I-I need time....please try to understand me."

'Just once we are married, I'll have rape you every night and show you your place....about not not touching." He smile and step forward

"I'm so sorry love......I understand...I'm sorry for hurting you...I love you" she sadly looks at him

He gave her innocent look and step back to walk away. "Wait" Alif walk in front of him.
"The special news is that I have got our wedding card   And I wanted to make it extra special by bring you to my place." She smile at him "really our wedding card is ready."

"I have some guest list to give you but it's my apartment."

"Okay let's go let me get it then I will go away."

She gave him look 'if I say something else....he's definitely going to be more mad."

Author POV

Yusuf went to Alif's office, but when he couldn't find her, he became upset and left her office.
Yusuf returned home soon after. He walked into his room without speaking to anyone, ignoring his Baba.
Farhan entered his room and discovered him near the window. He approached him closely and knelt at his level.

"Yusuf dear, what happened" Farhan said turning him around. Yusuf look at him. "Today, my doctor didn't come to school" Yusuf said looking down in a hurt tone. "Wait, why... ohh wait yea she did call me to let me know she wasn't going to come to school. She had some important work to do"  Farhan said looking at him. Yusuf quickly look up "really" Yusuf said
Farhan nodded. "Go fresh up" Farhan said sending him to the restroom.

Farhan exited Yusuf's room. He called his own bodyguard. His bodyguard keeps a close eye on her. He discovered she was at a restaurant with that man Saif. He flung his phone in the ground as his blood boils. He's trying to figure out a method to separate them in any way possible.
His phone began to ring again at that same moment. He picks it up off the ground and responds.

Farhan: hello

Guard : sir, they both arrived at her apartment.

Farhan: okay, keep on eye I am going there now.

He set off on his journey and arrived after 15 minutes. Saif appeared just as he was going to knock on her door. In his hand, he has card designs.

"What are you doing here?" Saif asks, his tone solemn. When Alif arrived, he discovered Farhan.

She looks at Farhan. "I needed to speak with Saif regarding Yusuf's health. Keep in mind that I am a doctor" Looking at Saif, alif said.

Saif look at her and back to him. "So you called him?"

Alif nods.

He sigh "I'll see you later okay love"
he glare at farhan and walk away.

Alif look at Farhan. "Salam Alaikum" alif said
"Wa Alaikum Salam"

"Is it about Yusuf" alif said

Farhan nods taking a deep breath.

"I am so sorry....I forgot to inform Yusuf he must be upset" alif said in a worry tone. Farhan smile looking at her, he forgot everything. "Do you want me to come with you" alif said looking down again. "please" Farhan replied with smile. "Give me two minutes and I'll get my things."

She got out, located him near his car, and apologized as she approached him. Farhan slid the front seat open she slowly got in.

Later

Alif broke the stillness as he was driving, stating. "How is Yusuf? I'm sorry, I had an appointment this morning and forgot to notify him yesterday." Farhan gives her his full attention.
"I came to check on you because he was really upset today," Farhan explained.

Looking out the window, Alif remarked, "I see, I'll make it up to him."
Farhan calls out, "Doctor Alif," and she turns to face him.

"Did you think About my offer" Farhan said

"In fact, I'd like to accept your offer," Alif remarked, smiling.

"Wait, really," Farhan replied as he shifted his gaze to her side. Alif nodded and grinned.

"Thank you so much; you know what a lovely smile you have." Farhan remarked

Meeting her eyes "We can go to a nearby restaurant if you agree... I am ecstatic that you have accepted my offer. It's a treat from me to you." Farhan remarked. "There is no need for it," alif says, looking at him.

"Please" Farhan said in soft voice.

"Farhan look straight on the road. You might cause an accident."

"Pretty please" he made the innocent, hurt face.

"You father and son know how to make a face that will get anyone to agree," alif said, smiling. "I'll take that as yes then."

Later

They began to enter the building. Alif and Farhan ordered dinner and were seated at a VIP table. The food arrived shortly after that. They began eating and Farhan inquired, "How's the food?" Alif replied with a nod.

As they finished eating, a comfortable silence fell between them.

Later

Farhan paid the bills and walked out of the restaurant slowly.

"This restaurant is nice isn't it?" Farhan said trying to start a conversation. "Yes"

When they looked up, they saw Saif glaring at them.

"I'll explain," alif replied as she approached him.
Saif shoved Alif out of the way and moved closer to Farhan.

"Stay the fuck away from her," Saif said as he hit Farhan.

"Please listen first, Saif," alif murmured as she drew him back.

"It's true that you're going on a date with a millionaire? I thought you were different, but have a look at your cheap character " With a disgusted expression on his face, Saif stated.

Alif gasp. Farhan's bodyguard came running.
Saif turn to Farhan. When Saif tries to punch Farhan again, Farhan twists his hand. In anguish, Saif shouted.

Farhan's bodyguards grabbed Saif. And when they began to beat him, Alif dashed over to Farhan.

"Farhan... please tell them to stop," alif begged, tears streaming down her face.

"Leave him" Farhan orderd.

The guards take a step back. Farhan grabbed him by the collar and hit him. "That's what you get for disrespecting her. Don't you ever dare talk shit about her don't even take her pure name from your disgusting mouth." Saif was unconscious blood was coming from noise.

"Farhan please leave him" Alif said pulling Farhan.
The guards hold saif.

She hold Farhan hands "Please Farhan stop" alif said
"Take him to the hospital"
Farhan ordered, they immediately took him.

Alif left his hands and turn around not wanting to look at him. She sobbed hiding her hands in her face.

He wanted to pull her in a hug. But he knew she wouldn't like it slowly he stood in front of her.

"Doctor" alif look at him he couldn't help but wiped her tears.

"Do not waste your precious tears..." he step forward. "You do not Have a cheap character...trust me. He does not deserve you. You're like an pure angel...understand"

'Just hug her already'

'I can't.....'

He was looking at her with love in his eyes.

Alif notices his nose is bleeding. She pulled a napkin from her purse and wiped his blood away.
"Let's go to the hospital" alif suggested.

"It's nothing, I mean, you're a doctor, and all I want is to be treated by you," Farhan smirked.
"You sound like Yusuf," Alif said, laughing.

"Now this is the smile I want....you have beautiful smile." Alif smile looking at him.

'Why do I feel different when I'm with him....'

Let's go home," Farhan said, Alif nods.

Farhan was driving and his gaze was drawn to her.
"Because school is ending this week, you'll have to start working next week." Farhan remarked

"Ok, when do I have to arrive, and when do I have to leave?" alif inquires. "When he wakes up in the morning, and when he goes to sleep at night, weekends are yours."

They arrived shortly after, and Farhan instructed her to go to Yusuf while he changed his clothing.

alif walks inside Yusuf's room.
"My baby. I've arrived "Alif remarked as she knelt to open her hug. Yusuf quickly turned around and hugged her tightly. Yusuf leaned down and kissed her.

Farhan approaches them from behind. "Wow, I'm jealous; there's no kissie for me," Farhan replied.
Yusuf embraced her once more. "I love my doctor the most, Baba," Yusuf responded.

Farhan gasp "Yusuf"

Alif laughed while Yusuf hugged her again. "I missed you soooooo much....." Yusuf said closing his eyes.
