"Does that mean there are books about everything from a very long time ago?!" Dobb said with excitement and joy of finding a clue. "Yes...?" the mayor responded awkwardly.

He suddenly threw the broom and went deep into the library to look for interesting books and clues. He wanted to look at the books about roses specifically. Who knows, including Dobb himself, why. It was just the thread that was leading him there.

(Dolls have personalities that are given to them by their makers or owners, which means Dobb's maker had something to do with roses.)

He went to the fifty-seventh aisle and started looking at the books on the shelves. He found books about monsters, guides to make a Frankenstein, diets for vampires and etc, but there were no books about roses. Then he came back to where the mayor was, "Mayor, why aren't there any books about roses?"

"Roses? What are those? Some kind of food?" the mayor said, clearly not knowing anything about them. Dobb sighed "Why doesn't these people in Spoohallow know anything?" he murmured, "Then, um... do you have any books about flowers?" The mayor looked like he didn't know what flowers were either.

Dobb didn't find any hope in asking the mayor about these things, so he just went along with continuing to clean the library, "Nevermind then, let's continue cleaning this dusty library!", "Of course!" the mayor said with excitement.

After a while, Dobb got bored of wiping stuff and decided to arrange the books, "I'm going to start arranging the books!", "Okay, good luck with those Dobb! There plenty of books in this library." the mayor giggled.

But Dobb didn't care, he just wanted to look for interesting books and other stuff.

It had been almost 7 hours since they started cleaning the library and Dobb was still arranging the books. He found books about passed empires, weapons, festivals, the solved mysteries of the murders and specially legends.

Dobb discovered the aisle where the legends were kept, "Cool! This library has books about legends from every nation and the truths behind them! I wonder what other legends I can find here." He looked around the shelves and saw a tower of books on the floor because of the broken shelves.

First, he examined the tower by going around it. Then he dived in the book tower, literally. He climbed a bookshelf and jumped into the book tower. Dobb slided down from the tower and all of the books fell on him. He was covered.

But he hilariously stick his head out and wiggled to get rid of the stuff on him, but as he stood there, sitting on the floor while looking around at the books, he felt something on his head.

It was a piece of paper, ripped off of a book.
