"How many lines are in a Shakespearean sonnet?"
"14!"
"Good girl..." he smirked licking his lips.
For the past two hours George had been helping me do homework, and then decided I needed a pop quiz in English.
"I'm going to go shower and stuff, George." He nodded biting his bottom lip as I scurried into the bathroom and went through the normal routine: shower, fix hair, do makeup.
"Jackie..." George tapped gently on the door.
"You can come in..." I laughed as he peeked his head around the door.
"You're such a goof!"
"Am not!" He exclaimed coming in and hopping up on the sink counter next to me, watching as I quickly put mascara on my lashes.
"Jackie, let's go out today..."
I shot him a quizzical look, "George, how? I'm supposed to be on house arrest basically."
"Come on I'll buy you ice cream!"
"Well gee with an offer like that how could I say no?" I laughed.
"Smartass!" He exclaimed hopping down off the counter, and giving my bum a light smack.
"George!" I squealed, cheeks turning bright red as I looked at him in the mirror.
"Sorry...I don't know...why I did that..."
"Um...let me go get dressed and we'll go out, ok?" He nodded blushing even more than I was. Once I dressed and slipped my shoes on, we decided to wait until mom came home and dropped my food off.
"You want to walk or take the bus?"
"Whatever you want is fine, Georgie." I smiled as he winked at me.
"Let's take the bus, huh? I can show everyone the pretty girl I 'ave with me."
I blushed furiously, gripping onto his arm causing him to lean down and kiss the side of my head.
"I love makin' you blush..." he whispered, pulling me under his arm.
"Why?" I giggled, looking into his deep brown eyes that glistened with love.
"Because yer so cute when you do it..."
"Whatever..." I giggled, as we reached the bus stop.

"Hey, you've got a little chocolate on yer cheek..." George whispered into my ear, his hot breath hitting my neck causing involuntary shivers.
"Get it off, yeah?" He nodded, eyes locked with mine as he gently wiped the spot off my face.
"Jackie, you really..." he stopped blushing furiously as he looked down at his hands.
"Let's to the arcade, huh? I'll win you something..." he grinned widely as I nodded.
"I'll win you something special, if yer a good girl maybe I'll even buy you some more ice cream."
I scoffed, looking at him in mock discontent. "Georgie, my dear boy I'm always a good girl...It's you that can be bad."
He laughed, "see there you go again, being all naughty by calling me out."
"It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it..." I smiled up at him, as his arm wound itself around my waist.
///
"Do you like 'im?" George grinned pointing to the teddy bear he had won for me at the ring toss, before throwing his arm around me.
"Mhm, I love it! I'll sleep with him at night when you go to Hamburg." He grinned widely as he leaned against the docks railing.
"Lucky little son of a bitch..." George muttered, mocking anger as he glared down at the stuffed bear, causing me to laugh.
"You could always come with Y'know? Then he wouldn't 'ave to take me place..."
"George, I can't, it won't be that bad... it's only forty eight days. You can call me everyday, when my parents aren't home."
"I know but I won't be able to look at you..." he whispered pulling me close.
"Georgie..." I mumbled snuggling closer to him.
"Look at the sunset, lovey!" He exclaimed, turning me so my back was pressed against his chest.
"It's beautiful, George..." the orange and red gently melded together, in contrast with the water to make a picturesque sunset.
"Mhmm..." he mumbled gently kissing my ear.
I shivered at the sensation, before remembering my parents got off work at six.
"Shit! George what time is it?" I flung myself out of his hold and started searching for a clock.
"Jackie! Calm down it's only five thirty!"
"How'd you know?"
"Look at the clock on the top of that shop..." he motioned, as my eyes followed to where his hand was pointing.
"Can we go? I don't want to get caught..."
"If that's what you want to do." He smiled taking my hand in his, as we began the walk back to my house.

"Jackie?" My mom knocked on my door, before entering.
"Remember Steven from the other night?"
I huffed instantly rolling my eyes at his name, causing my mother to shoot me a glare. "Yes, why?"
"He just called and wanted to know if he could take you to the movies..."
"Hopefully you said no, because I don't want to go anywhere with him..." I snapped resuming reading my magazine, hoping she would just go away.
"Jackie! He's a nice boy, you're to be ready by seven now you have about an hour to be ready, and your father and I are leaving so lock the door when you leave."
"He's a proper dick!" I shouted, throwing my magazine down on the ground with a thud, causing my mother to turn around.
"What makes you not like him? He seemed to really like you the other night."
"Mother! He is nothing but a pushy pervert and we've got nothing in common!" I replied, before having a flashback of the horrid dinner I was forced to attend.
"Hello, you must be Jackie?"
I nodded as the flaxen haired lady held her hand out to shake mine.
"I'm Mrs. Sheppard, and this is my son Steven." She smiled widely as I glanced over to the overly tall, walking muscle standing to the left of me.
He smirked throwing me a wink, God he looked exactly like his mother, flaxen hair, broad nose, squinty eyes, and thin lips.
'Much different lips in contrast to Paul's which were perfectly soft, and plump, that covered my own lips and neck just the other day.'
I made a mental note, the thought causing me to blush.
"Jackie! Sit down..." my father's voice immediately pulled me out of my thoughts which I would've much rather stayed in, as he motioned for me to sit next to Steven.
"Yes dad..." I mumbled as I moved for the seat next to the 6'4 walking muscle now known as Steven. He looked up at me smirking, as my parents and his mother continued their conversation as they waited for Mr. Sheppard to arrive.
"Hey cutie..." he whispered leaning in a bit too close to me for comfort. "Please sit back you're currently invading my no-no square."
"Come off it! Girls always love it when I'm this close to them..." he replied, placing his hand under the table and on top of my leg.
"I'm not even remotely interested..." I hissed shoving his hand off my leg.
"Come on baby..." he replaced his hand on my thigh, this time using his thumb to rub small slow circles on my inner thigh.
"Please fuck off, thank you very much." I whispered once again shoving his hand off my leg, but digging my nails into the top of it.
"Ouch..." he mumbled, as I flashed I him a halfassed smile.
"Excuse me Mrs. Sheppard, mom, dad I've got to run to the ladies room." I smiled, secretly wanting to kill somebody as I scurried off.
When I got into the bathroom I immediately washed my hands, and zipped George's jacket up more around me. I was thankful I had worn it, as it gave me a form of comfort. After I had been in there for quite a bit I decided it was time to go back. I sighed heavily as I peeked out the door, and low and behold Steven stood outside the door.
I opened the door the rest of the way and decided to just ignore him and walk right on by. "Hey!" He shouted as I kept on walking, "you're a feisty little bitch you are, I have half a mind to teach you a lesson."
He grabbed my arm, jerking me towards him and pinning me against the wall. "Please d-don't..." I pleaded as he grabbed my jaw with his free hand, and laughed.
"Oh shut up you know you want to..." he whispered, his lips brushing against my ear making me cringe. All I could think of was how much I wished George was there, he'd save me if he was.
"Please just let me go..." I squealed as he increased his grip on my jaw, and smashed his lips down on mine, instantly pissing me off. Adrenaline started coursing through my veins as I connected my knee cap with his balls, and brought my hand down on his cheek, causing it to instantly redden.
"You miserable little bitch..." he gasped out leaning against the wall as I smirked,
"Touch me again, and I swear I'll scream bloody murder so loud everyone in this place will run back here, understand?
He nodded, as I turned going back to the table.
"Mother, I'm not feeling too well may I go home?" I lied biting the inside of my cheek hoping she would say yes. "Is it your stomach?" I nodded as she gave me the go ahead and said my goodbyes before leaving to go home.
"Jackie, that is enough! I have to go now. So get ready and meet him downstairs at seven." I stood up as she slammed the door shut, and listened to her storm down the stairs.
Walking over to my closet and pulled out a black skirt with black nylons, and a simple red sweater, I really was not in the mood to try.
While contemplating not answering the door, I had a even better idea. Why not invite George and his bandmates to tag along?
This would guarantee my safety, and also allow me to hang out with my friends. I peeped out the door making sure my parents were gone before running down the stairs to the phone, and dialing George's number.
"Please pick up...please..." I whispered to myself as the phone continued to ring.
"Hello?" His mother answered, as I exhaled a nervous breath.
"Mrs. Harrison, is George around? I have something really important to ask him."
"Just a second, dear..." she paused yelling out for George in the background.
"Jackie? Something must be up because yer not even supposed to be on the phone."
"Georgie, remember that Steven guy I told you about?"
"Yeah...Why is he at yer house?" He raised his voice.
"Not yet, bu-"
"I'll be right over, ok? Don't answer the door until I get there."
"Wait George! Don't hang up yet..." I shouted, as he breathed into the phone
"What? I'm puttin' me shoes on now."
"Call Paul and John too? Please if something happens I don't want you to get hurt."
"Jackie, there's no time I want to be there before 'im, and I don't have time to wait for 'em to get over 'ere to me place.
"Paul knows where I live, just call him and tell him to get John and come to my house."
"Alright Love...." he sighed before hanging up the phone.
This was destined to be a hellishly long night.
///
"Jackie! It's me Love..." I heard George's voice echo through the thick wood of the closed door.
"Coming!" I yelled running to let him inside, and swinging the door open.
"Did you call the others?"
He nodded pulling me into his chest, as I wrapped my arms around him.
"George, I don't want to go..."
"I won't let 'im hurt you ok, love."
I nodded, as he pressed his lips to the side of my head leaving gentle kisses.
"The lads should be 'ere any minute now."
I nodded, as he smiled down at me
"You look really pretty tonight...not that you don't look very pretty every single day."
I blushed, "same to you, Georgie..." I glanced into his eyes, dark brown orbs, that glistened in the light.
"Jackie, I..." he paused moving his calloused fingers under my chin and lifting it higher as he leaned his forehead down to touch mine.
"What is it, Georgie?" I mumbled, the breath he exhaled from his nose hitting my cheeks, caused a shiver to go up my spine, and goosebumps to form on my skin.
"Do I..." he paused, lips just barely brushing against mine, as he brought his hand up to cradle the back of my head.
"Will you let us in? 'M freezin' me balls off out 'ere!" George snapped his head away from mine, mumbling something incoherent, striding over and opening the door, leaving me quite flustered by the previous events.
"Ello, George!" John cheered pushing himself into the house followed closely by Paul.
"And there she is Paulie! The dazzling lady of the evening who has requested our services, the lovely Miss Jacqueline, from the ever smiling America!"
I laughed, "hello to you too, John from Liverpool."
"Hello Paul..." I blushed kissing his cheek as he wrapped an arm around my waist.
"Hi..." he replied smoothly, kissing my nose and winking.
"Why didn't I get a hello like that?" John whined jokingly.
"Sod off John, you've got Cynthia."
"Alright, alright Paulie...what time does this fellow arrive Jackie?" He questioned strolling into the living room, and plopping down on the couch, kicking his feet up on the table.
"He'll be here at seven right, Jackie?" George interjected, I nodded as Paul, George, and I went into the living room to join John.
"Sit with me?" Paul whispered, raising an eyebrow as he pointed to the plush green chair that sat next to the sofa.
"Paul there's no room..." I giggled starting to move to sit next to George.
"Sit on me lap then?" He tugged at my wrist, looking up at me with his big doe eyes.
I blushed, glancing over to George who rolled his eyes and let out an annoyed sigh.
"Alright Paulie..." he smiled widely causing the corners of his eyes to crinkle, which I thought was adorable.
"Relax, I'm not gonna hurt you..." Paul whispered, placing his arms around my waist and pulling me towards him until my back was firmly against his chest.
"See? Nice and comfy..." he whispered, resting his head on my shoulder, and reaching for one of my hands to hold.
Paul's hands weren't nearly as large, or warm as George's hands. "You look nice in red Jackie, you should wear it more often." Paul winked,
"Thank yo-" a knock sounded on the thick oak front door, causing all of us to perk up. "I'll get it." George volunteered, standing up only for John to push him right back down smirking.
"Sit down, and let the master take care of this, boy!"
I giggled as all eyes were now locked on John, as he shuffled over to the door with his chest puffed out.
He let out a strained laugh, as he slowly opened the door and looked up to see a now very confused Steven.
"Ello! Yer quite the large specimen aren't you?"
I giggled silently, burying my face into Paul's shoulder to keep quiet.
"Who the hell are you?" Steven asked pushing John over to the side slightly, and looking past the doorway.
"Naughty boy you are! So handsy and you haven't even bought me dinner yet!" John squealed mocking a feminine voice.
"Is Jacqueline here? I'm supposed to take her out."
"Oh silly boy! There's been a change of plans."
"What the hell are you talking about?"
"Look young Steven, I'm yer date tonight and me friends-" John motioned to the three of us in the living room.
"Will be accompanying us to dinner and a movie."
"That's not what I had p-"
"Hush, hush now Steven! Time is ticking and we've got to get going if we're to be on time!"
John winked enthusiastically, motioning for us to follow him as he looped his arm through Steven's, earning a laugh from Paul, George, and I, and a glare from Steven as he jerked his arm away from John.
"Steven! Aren't you going to open the door for me?" John mewled, impatiently waiting by his side of the car.
"Yeah! A gentleman always opens doors for his date!" I chimed in, earning a smile and wink from John.
"Are you being serious? You're a man open it yourself." Steven hissed, getting in the car and slamming the door with such force the car shook.
John smirked devilishly before opening the car door, "well yer most certainly not getting lucky tonight with that attitude."
"With your ugly looking mug I should hope not." Steven shot back, as George opened the back door motioning for me to climb in, as he followed behind me.
"Well at least me mug, ugly as it may be, doesn't look like a baboons ass." John shot back, causing me to laugh.
"George, I wanted to sit by Jackie..." Paul whined, glaring over at George before getting in.
"Shut it Paul, you had 'er on yer lap fer awhile." George said darkly, narrowing his eyes at Paul, who slid in next to George.
"Steven? Take us to The London Carriage Works, I'm craving the blackened chicken leg." John winked.
"No, we're skipping dinner and going straight to the movie, I just want to get this over with."
"Fine, but you better pay for me ticket, also I'll take the extra large bucket of popcorn, but with extra butter and those milk dud thingys."
"My god, do you ever just shut the hell up?" Steven sighed obviously annoyed with everyone surrounding him.
"Hey, Jackie Baby..." he paused adjusting his rear view mirror to see me better.
"Spread your legs apart a little more aye?" He winked as I turned bright red, and looked over at George who looked back at me, his beautiful brown eyes clouded with anger.
"Say another fucking word to her, or even look at her and you'll never be able to speak again!" George growled lunging forward, and grabbing the back of Steven's collar.
"Are we clear?" George pressed, as Steven nodded.
"Crystal clear" Steven let out a strangled breath, as George let go of his collar shoving him forward in the process.
"Fucking A, let's get this godforsaken show on the road then..." George ordered, as Steven nodded and started the car, the ride to the theater completely silent, but George held onto my hand giving it a tender squeeze, and never let it go.
