It was sleepless night for Ananya today, after 3 years she was under the same roof with Nikhil. She was given the guest room and the balcony was located just next to her guest room.

Somewhere in Ananya's heart she was starting to develop and soft corner for Nikhil .... she felt as if she wanted him back but regrained as she wasn't aware of his relationship status now.

No matter how much she tried she wasn't able to sleep, so she decided to go to the balcony and watch the stars and moons and the rain hoping it will calm her mind.

Slowly she walked to the balcony hoping not to disturb anyone from their sleep but when she got closer to the balcony she saw Nikhil standing there deep in his thoughts.

I want to talk to him .....

Ananya confidently went upto Nikhil breaking his trance.

Nikhil - 'Did you not sleep ?"

Ananya - "for some reason I'm not able to sleep today "

Nikhil - "Oh"

Then the moment went into a long silence ....

After finally gaining the courage Ananya finally managed to say these words "I'm sorry Nikhil ......."

Nikhil felt strange and with a confused expression he looked at her face

Ananya - " I apologised for taking a hasty decision that day. Sorry Nikhil ....."

Nikhil didn't say anything, he remained quite

Ananya then spoke up again and said "Priya told me everything ... never ever did I think that Shreya and Vijay will become this low .... Even though it wasn't intentional I'm sorry for hurting you that day as well Nikhil "

Nikhil just remained quite, he didn't know what to say.

"Nikhil please say something" Ananya said

Nikhil turned around facing Ananya and said "neither did I think they'll do this Ananya. Sometimes the people who you thought were the closest betray you like hell !!! I've got over all that Ananya and I've forgiven you ages ago even though I was one who was partially responsible for creating a scence like that day"

Ananya - "Nikhil ..... ?"

Nikhil - "Yes Anu ?"

Ananya - "I know were divorced now but can't we start all over again ? And make it work this time ? Nikhil I'm asking you openly Do you still love me ?????? " Ananya finally blurted it out but regretted it the next second because she thought he never loved me !!!

We aren't divorced Anu .... nikhil thought ....

Nikhil was rejoiced hearing what Ananya had just said and the word LOVE just created butterflies in his stomach.
But to Ananya he said "I am sorry Ananya, I've given up on love. I don't ever think I'll ever be able to fall in love again or trust anyone. Also since the beginning we've had troubles in our marriage, at the beginning it was me being arrogant as hell and being a jerk to you and then various tragedies followed after we decided to make our marriage work making our marriage crumble into the thousand pieces so frankly speaking Ananya I don't want to give it another go and then be disappointed. I don't think were ever meant to be together, it's nothing personal against you !!!"

Ananya's heart sank after hearing what Nikhil said, she then controlled the tears that was ready to come out any second.

"Its fine Nikhil, I can understand" Ananya said and decided to leave from the awkward moment.

"Ananya before you go I wanted to let you know something " and Ananya looked at Nikhil questioningly.

"I don't know how this this will affect you  but I'm still going ahead and say it because I feel as if this is the tight time to say it and if I don't tell you it i won't have peace" Nikhil said

"What is it Nikhil ?" Anu asked calmly

"Few weeks after you left that day I got a call from the police saying that they have doubts in your parents and brothers accidents so they are planning to open a case and seeked my consent for it because they couldnt reach you" Nikhil said making Ananye feel shocked.

"What ??? Are you telling me that there accident was created by someone ? Where did they get the idea all of a sudden" Ananya screamed

"Yes !! Because the nurse who was observing Varun when he was in hospital gave a statement to the police saying that someone came to visit Varun just before Varun died. Apparently there were two people and their body language didn't seem right, also just as they left Varun's blood sugar and even cholesterol rised unbelievably which were some of the reasons for his sudden cardiac arrest. The nurse informed her doubt to the hospital authority but they didn't take any action making the nurses doubt increase which is why she directly went to the police station and gave her statement. " nikhil said unsure of how Ananya will digest this information.

"Noooooooo !!!!! Who would do such a horrendous act to Varun and my parents who can't even imagine hurting a bee ? " Ananya said leaning onto the balcony and crying at the same time covering her face.

"Ananya what I'm going to tell you may shock you but please remain strong. Shreya and Vijay was behind it ..." Nikhil said and paused to see Anu's reaction.

" Nikhil ??? Why did they do that ??? Nikhil answer me !!" Ananya said clutching onto Nikhil's shirts collar. Ananya wasn't able to digest this news well !!!

"Ananya please calm down !!!

Shreya's sister was a heart patient and it was advised that she does a major heart transplant, Varun was Shreya's sister Ameya's cardiologist and he was the one who was going to undertake the transplant. Shreya had talked to me about this before so I had given her the money at that time for the transplant but some people prioritise money over lives.

Vijay and Shreya took the money to themselves and decided to overdose Ameya with some kind of drug and blame it on her doctor who was Varun for medical errors so she will die quickly and a responsibility will be taken of their shoulders.  Unfortunately Varun witnessed them overdosing Ameya and threatened them that he will inform the police about it.

To prevent from it they created the accident to kill Varun, unfortunately your parents were too involved in it. When the saw that Varun hadn't died and he was recovering Shreya  and Vijay visited Varun and informed about his parents death and threatened to kill you, all these factors increased stress in Varun which lead to his sudden cardiac arrest." Nikhil said not knowing what to expect from Ananya now. 

After a long gap Ananya finally stopped crying, Nikhil too removed his hands from her back after comforting her whilst she was crying.

"I want to kill them Nikhil !! They both did so much to make my life a hell. NIKHIL I WANT FU***** KILL THEM !!" Ananya screamed !!

"I can understand your pain Ananya !! But they had been arrested few months ago. They now have a few charges against them, one for pretending to carry my child, two for creating that accident and three for what they did in hospitals with Ameya and what they did to kill Varun. The trials were happening recently and day after tomorrow the final court decision will come out regarding what's happening to them" Nikhil breathed finally saying all this.

"I should've known all this before Nikhil not at the last moment !!!" Ananya said

"Well we had no contact with you to inform you all this, I had been trying my best to track you over the last 3 years but nobody knew where you were, finally 2 months ago my team finally traced you and informed me that you were in Bangalore and were working in a event management company. I booked the company to coordinate my event all the way from Banglore  just to bring you here, I had specially requested the manager to give you the task so I can finally tell you everything." Nikhil said

"So bringing me here was your idea ?" Ananya with a creaky sound.

"Yes in a way !! I was preparing myself to break the news to you since you came here but I didn't have the courage. I thought I wont be able to as it was nearly time for you to leave but somehow I managed it to do it now." Nikhil replied.
