"Well, what's going on?" Eren asked, "what have you been feeling."

"I don't really know, one minute everything is okay and the next one little thing triggers a flashback. I will be sitting there and a horrible thought will pop in my head and it's so hard to get it out of my mind," Levi said turning his head so that it was leaning into Eren's chest. "I don't know sometimes it just feels like someone pulls a bag over my head and reality gets distorted into flashbacks like I'm back in the war.

Eren brought his hand to Levi's hair and ran his fingers through the neat raven locks. "Is there anything that helps you come back to reality?" Eren asked trying to get a better understanding of how he could help him.

"When I'm with you it's a little easier to distinguish reality from nightmare," Levi said snaking his hand to Eren's free one. "Or calming music will help a little," he said, "It helps because no way in hell would classical music be playing during a war," Levi said with a roll of the eye. 'What a stupid reason,' Levi thought almost laughing in his head.

'So is that why he plays classical music all the time?' Eren asked himself thinking that it makes so much sense now. "So next time you get like that you want me to play classical music?" Eren asked.

"Yes, if possible, could you also hold my hand and whisper in my ear that everything is okay," Levi whispered a little embarrassed. He moved his hands up to Eren's chest placing his hand over his lover's heart.

"Of course," Eren said leaning down and placing a kiss on Levi's forehead.

"I feel better now," Levi said before flashing Eren a grateful smile. "I have some time before I have to meet Erwin, do you want to do something to kill time?" Levi asked thinking that he wanted nothing more than to stay home and cuddle with his love.

Eren felt a slight pain in his chest but pushed it away. 'I trust him,' Eren thought trying to force the thought into his head. "Well, what do you want to do?" He asked looking at Levi.

"Well, maybe we could-." Levi was cut off by his phone that had started ringing. He looked at the name to see who was texting him. "Oh, Molbit just texted," Levi said picking up his phone.

"What did he say?" Eren asked trying to look over Levi's shoulder.

"He said he was just checking up to see how we are," Levi said showing Eren the text.

"I told him were doing great and hope to see him when he comes back to town," Levi summarized the message.

"Yeah, it would be nice to see him again," Eren said with a smile.

"Oh, I forgot what I was going to say," Levi said remembering he was in the middle of a sentence before he cut himself off. "Well do you have anything you want to do?" Levi asked looking to Eren.

"I just want to lay here with you," Eren said wrapping his arms around Levi.

"I like that idea," Levi said leaning into Eren's loving arms.

They moved around on the couch to get in a more comfortable position. Eren was laying with his back flat up against the couch. Levi was laying right next to him his face next to his. Their legs were intertwined and their arms holding each other close. They felt at peace in this moment, all the depression of the day had seemed to fade away and was replaced with love.

Eren moved his head so that his forehead was resting on Levi's. "I love you," he whispered looking into his lover's eyes.

"I love you too Eren, so much," Levi whispered back. He moved his arm that was wrapped around Eren's back to his hair lightly running his fingers through the soft brown hair.

They laid there for close to an hour, doing nothing, not napping, not talking, just laying there in each other's arms feeling the overwhelming feeling of love present around them. It was warding off any negative thoughts that even dared to approach their minds.

It felt like it's been forever since the last time they got time like this to themselves. Time where they didn't need to talk to tell the other just how much they loved them because they could feel it. Time where they could look into each other's eyes and read almost every thought in their head. Time to be with the one they loved with no distractions.

When the timer went off for Levi to leave he cursed it and debated just staying home with Eren, even though he knew he couldn't miss his meeting.

"Fucking liar, that wasn't an hour," Levi yelled at his phone pouting as it beeped obnoxiously to get his attention.

Eren giggled at Levi's frustration. "That means I need to get ready to head to Hanji's soon," Eren said as he watched Levi flop back down on the couch.

"I don't wanna go anymore," Levi said, "I just want to lay with you all night."

"As much as I want that, I promised Hanji I would be on time today," Eren said before heading up the stairs to change into more comfortable clothing that he could wear over to her house.

Levi sighed and did the same following Eren up the stairs and changing from his work clothes into something he could be comfortable in while at the bar.

After changing he had to rush out the door after wasting so much time procrastinating and taking his sweet time trying to drag out his time at the house.

Eren had a little more time before he had to leave. He sat on the bed and looked around the room trying to find something to entertain his wondering mind. His eyes landed on the picture that Levi drew of him around four years ago while he was in the hospital. He walked up to the picture and read the back of it remembering that day and how different things were back then.

He walked back over to his side of the bed. He opened the nightstand cupboard door and pulled out the stuffed panda bear Levi gave him years ago. He held it tightly and laid back on the bed curling up with it in his arms.

"I trust him," Eren whispered to himself as tears rolled down his cheeks.
