Little Argument

After breakfast, they finished cleaning up the dishes and getting ready before they both left for the school in Levi's car. On the way there Eren hooked up his phone and played some music. Levi gave a little smile as he turned up the music when he heard Eren humming along. Levi nudged Eren's arm and started to sing along urging Eren to join him.

They started off the morning better than the previous ones. By the time they pulled up at the school they were singing to their heart's content to songs that they had listened to years ago, even some anime songs that popped on. A Disney song or two had popped on as well. While at a few red lights they earned some weird looks from other people, but they were too busy enjoying the music and each other to even notice the hateful and questioning looks made by others.

"Ready to start the day?" Levi asked turning off the car and turning to face Eren.

"Yup, but first," Eren said leaning in for a kiss.

Levi smiled and granted Eren a kiss and gave him a pat on the head ruffling his hair. "Alright brat, time to go," Levi said with a smile.

Eren pouted fixing his hair as he exited the car. They went to Levi's classroom and prepared for today's lesson. Levi filled in Eren on what his lesson was so that Eren could help the students with anything he went over.

"Knock knock," Hanji said announcing her presence as she curiously poked her head through the door.

"You know instead of saying knock, you could actually knock," Levi rolled his eyes and questioned his friend for her action.

"What's the fun in that, I could miss something between my otp, like my gay's kissing... or more," Hanji said grinning as she let her imagination run wild and her weird fantasies showing in her mind.

"Hanji, we're at work," Eren said as his face turned a dark red from embarrassment at just the mention of it.

"What the hell do you mean by more?" Levi questioned slightly raising his voice. "Just what the hell are you implying," he said glaring at her as he got a little louder.

"You know damn well what I'm saying," Hanji said crossing her arms with a devious grin. "I'm talking about you two having sex," she said pointing a finger at them.

Levi got up and charged at her as she ran behind one of the other desks to try and shield herself from Levi's wrath.

"Here they go again," Eren sighed, "it's too early for this shit." He walked over to the doorway and leaned against the wall next to the door to get out of the way as he watched the two childish adults go at it once again.

He heard a snicker come from behind him making him jump from the unintentional scare when he realized it was just TJ he let out a sigh of relief and felt a bit of his soul leave with it. "You scared me," Eren admitted with a slight laugh.

"Oh, Sorry." TJ giggled a bit with a shrug. "They really are like this all the time?" TJ asked laughing as he watched his teachers yet again running around the classroom like toddlers.

"Pretty much," Eren nodded with a smile and a roll of the eye.

"What are they fighting over this time," TJ asked watching as Levi almost caught Hanji, but he barely missed her arm.

"Well Hanji said that-," Eren cut himself off mid-sentence remembering what they were actually arguing about. "Nevermind," Eren said face going bright red as his eyes widened. 'Why the hell would I tell a student that,' he thought mentally face palming.

"Awe, I wanna know," TJ begged with a little pout that almost made Eren give him the information he was searching for. "She just said something a little too inappropriate for me to repeat," Eren said saying as much as he could without telling TJ what she really said.

"Ah, got it," TJ laughed watching as they continued throwing insults as they ran.

"You smell like shit," Levi yelled across the room.

"Yeah, well, at least I don't look like it," she yelled back.

The two by the doorway turned as they heard another pair of footsteps coming from behind them.

"Please be Erwin please be Erwin," Eren chanted to himself waiting for the person to enter the room.

"Oh, hello Thomas," TJ said as the footsteps stopped in the doorway.

"Why did you want Erwin?" TJ asked looking back at Mr. Jaeger.

"Because he would be able to stop this before they kill each other, or rip my head off for getting in the way," Eren sighed.

"What the hell is going on?" Thomas asked as he heard the teachers running around and throwing around swear words like it was a competition.

"A petty little argument," Eren sighed before checking his pockets for his phone, 'maybe I can call Erwin,' he thought before noticing his phone across the room on Levi's desk. He let out a sigh of defeat and gave up any hope of rescue.

"Little?" Thomas said with his eyebrows raised at the statement, "man, I'd hate to see them in a real fight," He said looking back at them.

"It's not pretty," Eren said in a more serious tone that made the two students go silent with fear.

'That's right, Mr. Jaeger is speaking from experience. Thomas thought looking back at Levi remembering how the day before he admitted to never losing a fight. He gulped back his next question deeming it too personal. 'But I still wanna know what he's gotten into a real fight over,' Thomas thought before dropping the question altogether.

"Watch this be the one day Erwin doesn't come to check on us," Eren mumbled closing his eyes praying that he would hear the savior's footsteps any minute. He almost held his breath trying to listen over the sound of their yelling.

When he heard the light clanking of shoes down the hallway he let out a breath of relief.

"What the hell are you two doing," Erwin said walking into the room with his arms crossed and an eyebrow raised.
