After everyone finished eating cake Eren and Levi had disappeared getting ready for their first dance. They had remembered the promise they made a few months back and no matter how silly they refused to break a promise.

They had Alex meet them where they were helping them get ready. She sat down and quickly did their makeup before they changed. She waited for them outside the room and when they came out she gave them a big smile. "You guys look so pretty," she said with a huge smile across her face.

They looked at each other for the first time since they changed and each of them busted into laughter. "Oh my god," Eren laughed, "You look fabulous," he giggled.

"You look stunning no matter what you wear," Levi chuckled looking Eren up and down. Before letting out a little whistle, "that dress shows your ass nicely," he smirked.

"Gross," Alex whispered letting them know she was still there before their flirting progressed.

"Sorry, my bad," Levi laughed giving her hair a light ruffle before thanking her for doing their makeup and putting up with their shenanigans.

They had each changed into dresses for their first dance like they said they would. Alex had helped them with their makeup. She gave them a pretty blue eyeshadow with a shimmery lipstick. Eren was wearing a white dress that ended at his shoes, Levi was wearing an identical dress to his except in black. They remained in their colors without even trying.

When they walked back out to join the rest of the party they watched as people did double takes. So many confused looks came at them along with surprised, even some giggles, but they didn't care. They brushed it all off and kept walking with their heads held high.

"I never thought they would actually do it," Hanji said practically on the floor in tears.

"I never thought Levi would do it," Erwin said trying to hide his laughter.

"I say we do that for our wedding," Jean said to Marco while laughing.

"I'll hold you to that," Marco said and Jean immediately felt regret for opening his mouth.

Mikasa just ran up to Eren and hugged him, "You look better in a dress than I do," She said with a big smile.

"Thanks," Eren said with a huge smile taking the compliment.

Audrey ran up to them and giggled as she excitedly pointed at their dresses then back at hers. She was thrilled that they were in the same kind of attire. In her eyes, her blue dress, aside from color, looked just like theirs.

Levi gave her a pat on the head, "we match," he smiled happily.

"Matching," She nodded with a cheery voice clapping a little before heading back over to her mom who had called her.

Eren and Levi took to the dance floor as a song began to play. They danced in each other's arms not really caring how they were dressed or how they looked. All that mattered was their love for each other, not the stares people were giving them, not the laughter, just love.

Once the first song ended they quickly headed to change out of their dresses and took off their make up since they only agreed to dress like that for their first dance.

It was almost time for Eren's surprise so he knew they had to hurry, but Levi seemed to be in a hurry for his own reason. When they came back out in their suits with the makeup washed off their face Eren had come out to Levi's surprise.

Levi pulled him in for a dance before it started and waited as the song began to play. Eren immediately recognized the song and the band, it was their favorite one, and they had both listened to most of these songs already.

"This is-," Eren started.

"My surprise to you," Levi said with a smile. "I wanted to find a song that fits our relationship so perfectly. This song is dedicated from me to you, because, any time I hear this song I can't help but be reminded of our relationship, what we've been through, and what is to come. I hear this song and think about our future together," Levi said before humming along with the lyrics to Eren. Eren gave a little laugh.

"What?" Levi asked.

"You'll see," he giggled before letting himself get swept up in the music. 'We must have had the same idea, but with different songs,' Eren thought to himself.

"Through every tear run down your skin, Maybe when your sky comes crashing down, I can be your angel on the ground," Levi sang to Eren putting his hand to his face caressing his cheek lightly before pulling Eren into a gentle kiss. His one hand remained up by Eren's cheek while his other hand held Eren's waist as they slowly danced to the music.

Eren leaned his forehead up against Levi's and they closed their eyes listening as the music filled their hearts and said what words couldn't. There was this silent connection where Eren knew exactly what Levi was trying to say by playing this song.

"Some words can only be conveyed by music," Eren mumbled to Levi who started singing the song again with a light nod agreeing to Eren's comment.

"Had to walk alone no hand to hold. But those lonely days are gone, cause I am right beside you," Levi said and Eren opened his eyes as Levi moved his forehead away from Eren's to give him a light kiss on the cheek.

"I'll stay by your side until you tell me to leave," Levi whispered to him.

"Then I guess you're stuck with me forever because I will never send you away," Eren said leaning his head so it was buried in the crook of Levi's neck.

"I can be your angel on the ground. If you get tired and can't go on I will carry you along, when the rocks below your feet wear out your shoes, when your barefoot and bruised," Levi sang quietly.

"No matter what happens I will stay with you, through the good times and the bad, whether I have to carry you to the finish line, we'll make it their together," Levi said as his hand moved to brush a hair out of Eren's face that had come undone.

Eren felt a smile form on his face, but he also felt the tears prick at his eyes. Levi's words, the song. Levi was right, it had perfectly applied to their relationship. He couldn't help but remember all the times Levi was there helping him through the hard times, and vise versa. He couldn't help but think that his song was perfect too for them, he couldn't wait for it to play so he could show Levi he felt the same way.

"I love you Eren," Levi said pulling Eren out of his thoughts.

"I love you too Levi," Eren said giving him a smile as a few tears slipped down his cheeks.

Levi brought a hand up and wiped the tears away. Before leaning in and placing a kiss on Eren's lips.

"Maybe there are angels watching us," Levi sang before breaking into a huge smile, "I am the luckiest guy in the world. Do you know why?" Levi asked.

"Hmm?" Eren hummed already knowing where he was going with this.

"Because I have you as a husband," he said before hearing as the song came to an end.

"I love you," Eren said back throwing his arms around Levi.
