While everyone was waiting for their nails to dry Alex decided to paint her own nails. She painted them a shiny bright red while leaving her ring finger black in order to match her brother slightly.

"How do they look?" She asked showing TJ with a smile.

"I like them," He said noticing the black ring finger. "Especially that one," he grinned knowing she matched him on purpose.

"I thought you would." She smiled before blowing on her nails once more to make sure they dried.

After a little while, TJ got tired of waiting for his parents to show up. He let out a little sigh before standing up. "Anyway, guys I think I'm gonna head home. Alex do you want to come with me or are you gonna wait for them to show up?" TJ asked as he grabbed his backpack.

"Um, I guess I go with you." She said making her decision and standing up grabbing her backpack.

"Would you mind if I walked with you guys just for a little, ya know until we have to go separate directions for our houses," Thomas asked nervously. He knew his parents had forgotten him already and that he was already going to have to walk home. That's how it's always been.

"Sure I don't mind," TJ said with a smile, he enjoyed the company.

"Well, I guess that means it's time for us to head home," Levi said grabbing his bag and turning to Eren. "Ready to go?" He asked.

"Yeah, let's go," Eren smiled before his eyes widened in realization. He turned towards Thomas who was sitting there grinning.

"You don't have to worry I figured out you guys were going out earlier. Your secrets safe with me," He smiled reassuringly.

"Thank you," Eren said to him before turning to Levi who just shrugged.

They all began walking towards the front door. Eren and Levi took a little longer locking up the class, but the kids waited at the end of the hallway.

"Levi, what are we going to do if word gets out?" Eren asked in a fearful whisper for the future.

"We'll just have to deal with it, I mean it's bound to happen one way or another." He shrugged but he could understand where Eren's panic was coming from. They turned and started heading for the kids that were waiting for them so patiently. 'Kids can be ruthless,' Levi thought before grabbing Eren's hand to reassure Eren and himself that no matter what they will make it through.

TJ gave them a bright smile matched by Alex who was trying to hide their squeals. "You guys are so cute," She finally blurted out before covering her mouth with her hands.

"Thank you," Eren laughed with a smile at her eagerness to accept them.

"Man I hope I have a relationship like you guys when I grow up." TJ whispered, "I want a guy who understands me." He whispered more talking to himself before realizing he said it aloud. His face went pale as he stopped in his tracks. 'Well if Thomas didn't know before he knows now,' TJ thought realizing he said a guy instead of a person.

Levi kept his eyes on Thomas as he looked at TJ. "I'm sure you'll find the right guy," Thomas said subtly letting TJ know he accepted him.

"Do-do you really think so?" He stuttered before looking down with red cheeks.

"Yup, there is a person out there for everyone." He said a smile.

Levi smiled knowing that Thomas really has changed since this morning, 'maybe all he really needed was a friend,' he thought watching a totally different person than who he saw earlier.

They exited the school through the teacher's exit. When they got to the parking lot the kids saw the nice car.

"I hear that's what the principle drives," Thomas said pointing at the black corvette.

Levi silently laughed as he nudged Eren. "That car?" He questioned as he pointed and walked up to it. He clicked the button that unlocks the car and when it beeped Thomas's jaw dropped.

"That's your car!" He asked amazed at the cool and expensive car.

"Yeah, It's a little old, what has it been five years since I bought it," Levi said thinking hard to try and remember. "Oh well around there," he shrugged with a faint smile. So many memories had happened in this car. Levi didn't think he would ever be able to part with this car after all it's been through. Levi and Eren's first kiss happened in this car not to mention so many other memories with it.

"Old, but still reliable." He whispered giving Eren's hand a quick squeeze only to receive an understanding squeeze right back

After the kids finished drooling over Levi's car they started to head in the directions of their homes.

Levi briefly thought about offering them all a ride home but noticed that they were heading in the same direction at first.

"I think they'll be fine," Eren said looking at Levi's expression, "they seem to be enjoying the time with each other," Eren smiled.

"You're right," Levi smiled, "It's time we head home," He said opening the door for Eren.

They headed home with the faint sound of the radio in the background.

"Levi?" Eren questioned.

"Hmm," Levi hummed.

"Are you feeling better?" Eren asked looking over at him.

"Yeah, sorry about earlier, I don't know what came over me." He said with a sigh. "One minute I was fine then the next..." Levi's voice trailed off. 

"When we get home would you like to talk about it?" He asked trying not to press him for answers. He knew that if Levi needed to talk about it then he would agree.

Levi nodded silently. Before turning down their street.

It didn't take long for them to get in the house and put their stuff away.

Eren sat on the couch and patted the seat next to him gesturing Levi to sit next to him.

Levi walked over and laid across Eren's lap. If he was going to talk about what's going on he at least wanted to be comfortable. "Alright, where do we start?" Levi sighed looking up at Eren.
