Breakfast Before Stress

Levi was first up the stairs. He went into the room and walked up to Eren sitting next to him on the bed. A bit of time had passed and he was hoping that Eren was feeling better and his headache was gone. He moved his hair out of his eyes before lightly saying his name. "Eren?" He whispered.

Eren stirred a bit before his eyes opened. "Levi?" Eren asked looking up at his soon to be husband.

"Hey, hun. How are you feeling?" Levi asked running his fingers lightly through Eren's hair. His hair had grown rather long since they had pushed back cutting it for so long.

"Better than earlier," Eren smiled, "my headache is almost gone," he said sitting up.

"Alright well breakfast is ready if you want to come down," Levi said standing up.

"Okay, coming," Eren said standing up as they headed out of the bedroom.

They got stopped by the kids' room seeing Jean and Marco finally walking in the room to wake Armin. They decided to watch as those two tried to revive Armin.

Marco lightly shook him, but when that didn't work Jean pulled the covers off of him turned on all the lights and Marco shook him again. When he still didn't move they had wondered if he actually had died. Jean walked up and started poking him, "you dead? You dead? You dead? You dead You dead?" He asked over and over again. Armin finally began to stir, but only for a moment.

Jean upped the annoying factor by sitting on Armin and Armin's eyes finally opened. Jean got off him and Armin picked his head up. His eyes lifeless and his headache was so bad you could feel it just by looking at the poor boy.

"You've joined the land of the living?" Levi said with a small chuckle.

"Not quite," Armin groaned bringing a hand to his throbbing head.

"Well, some food in your system should help, especially grease food," Jean said.

"I made bacon," Levi shrugged.

"Perfect," Jean smiled pulling on Armin's arm making him follow him, "let's go eat bacon," Jean said.

When they got down the stairs Hanji gave Armin a round of applause. "He lives," she cheered.

"Ow," Armin said bringing up a hand to his temple.

"Hey fuck face, quiet down. He has a massive hangover no thanks to you," Levi groaned trying to keep his voice low for Armin's sake.

"My bad," Hanji giggled, "I guess I got a little carried away," She shrugged innocently.

"A little," Multiple people said calling her out.

"Okay, a lot," she huffed, "but can you blame me I was just excited for two of my best friends. They are going to have one of the happiest days of their lives today, so I wanted them to let loose the night before, cause man is today going to be stressful," she laughed looking around the room.

Eren and Levi looked at each other. "She's right, today is going to be really stressful," Eren mumbled to Levi, "good kinda stressful, but still stressful," he laughed.

"Well, we'll burn that bridge when we cross it," Levi said laughing to himself.

"Don't you mean we'll cross that bridge when we get to it?" Eren asked trying to correct him.

"Nope," Levi shook his head, "Burn the bridge, meaning when we get to it we'll probably still screw it up," he laughed, "but even our screw ups turn out great so I'm not worried," Levi smiled before draping an arm over Eren.

"Anyways, I'm hungry," Hanji said, "And the zombie over here needs to get some bacon in him," she pointed at Armin before leading everyone into the dining room.

Everyone got their plates together and took their seats at the table. Armin sat in between Jean and Eren. He took a few bites of bacon and pushed his plate away before laying his head on the cool table. The noises of forks on plates were too loud for him and he just needed to lay his head down.

Eren started rubbing circles on his back to try and help soothe him since he woke up with that same headache, except Armin's must have been a lot worse.

Levi looked around the table seeing everyone still in pajamas and about laughed to himself. Despite being winter it had been pretty hot last night. He Eren and Jean were all shirtless and Hanji and Erwin were pantless. The only two that were fully clothed were Ash and Armin. Marco though was mostly clothed the shirt he had borrowed was a button up pajama shirt that no one had ever worn. There was actually only one button buttoned, and it wasn't even in the right hole. Last night he must have been drunker than people realized.

After they finished breakfast they started cleaning up the table and the dishes. Though their wedding wasn't until later they had decided to start getting ready really early knowing they would have a few more things to do even after they were ready.

They had decided that Eren would get ready at the house with Jean Marco and Armin when he finished sobering up. While Levi went home with Hanji and got her and Erwin's help. Mikasa would be coming over to help Eren get ready. Annie would be seeing both Eren and Levi since she was the one doing their hair and makeup. Yes, Mikasa and Annie had talked them into getting makeup done. Ash was going to head over to Peter's house and help the kids get ready.

Everything was going to plan Jean and borrowed Eren's car so he could run home and get everyone's stuff together. While Eren and Marco discussed what tonight would look like. Levi had left taking Hanji and Erwin in his car over to Hanji's where the suit was. They kept their suits at their houses to make sure the other didn't see them before the wedding. That was one tradition they wanted to keep.

Armin had taken a nap on the couch and when Jean got back they had woke him up. He seemed to be doing better than he was earlier. The headache was still there, but it wasn't as bad. The day had just started, but it was already off to a great start, now they just prayed it would stay that way.
