The door at the back of the green-goo room lovely opened to another room: one that was also filled with water - however, this time, it was via a pure-seeming waterfall. In this room, I traveled down yet another bridge that connected to one other - altogether there were four connecting in some mazelike way.

As I went forward, I heard sounds like, "You know I can see you," or "Don't think that I won't find you," and I stepped back, spotting a body above, on the sill of the room.

It moving and searching on the balcony. I gasped at another voice, telling as hard as I could from the acoustics that distracted me in this cavelike area that the voice must've been behind me: a woman's, in fact.

But before I could interpret what she was even saying or to who it was intended, I turned around, resulting a great big slap to my face. A large red mark formed where she hit me and I winced, feeling the blow welt, but was smart enough to dodge the second blow.

I was mad, my face now hurting, and so I swung my battle axe from its hilt in one swift move and slashed her arm. She'd hit me with her axe,  skinning my face, but nothing more. I gaped painfully, and so I decided to give her a taste of her own medicine, dodging when she hit, until she fell onto the ground because I eventually got her good in the neck with my hearty piece of steel.

I searched her dead body, though there was still another bandit to beat. He hovered above me in my mid-scrummage, and I swung at him after retracting my hand from placing loot into my bag.

My fist hit his face, since he was too surprised at my sudden movement since I was crouched on the floor to block me via his sword. As soon as my hand connected his pale flesh, I took the moment to pull his hair back and direct him in front of me now that I'd stood, and then I bared his neck like a lamb, broke his wrist with the flick of my other hand, and slashed his throat with his stolen sword.

I closed my eyes in sweet ecstasy as the gurgling of his blood mixed with the bubbling of the waterfall in the distance - then I let his body slump to the ground. You can bet successionally I robbed him.

After I'd done all of this like protocol, still, something about Lydia surprised me during her battle sequence. When I glanced up from this unlucky camper she was notching her bow: already having downed the man on the sill and two other bandits that had emerged from somewhere. That was from the bridges, and wherever they led, I guessed.

I was amazed at her skill, even tried to talk to her, but she wouldn't listen to me, or respond in her state of hunting heat. I waited for her kill, then when it had been done, I led her to the bridges, searching cabinets, fireplaces. Then, I decided to do something cheeky, forgetting my questioning her skill. I closed my eyes and waited for a purple aura to encompass my hand, then I stretched it out, and let the power explode form my fingertips. The bodies behind us I knew would've turned into animate objects once again. Just a little something to strike my fancy, and act like a secondary armed force for my inner scaredy cat as we progressed through the damp, evil mine.

Need a break? Chew it over with...hey, guys. It's just you needed to break, whew! To take in all that vicious scenery and those even more visceral knockouts (k.o.'s if you didn't know! Explaining the game lingo just in case I slip with some, since idk if everyone plays games that reads this...)!

I posted this while on my little Easter road trip to Arkansas where the rest of my extended family lives! So yeah, more edits in the future, and if I don't get that picture up there, I will!
