Feeling weight on himself, Shivaay realised that Anika has fainted. He sat down and took Anika’s head in his lap. What he saw, made him shocked. Blood was coming out of Anika’s mouth. He was too numb to react. He carried her in his arms and took her to hospital.

The doctor informed him that it was due to stress that she fainted and blood coming out from mouth during pregnancy is normal. But he should take immense care of her. The doctor left leaving a guilty and tensed shivaay behind.

Shivaay (in mind) : It's all because of me. How could I just do this ? I shouldn't have reacted that way. I shouldn't have ignored Anika. She still cares for me and look at me, who always hurt her. I need to make it up for everything, for every problem I caused to her.

At Maan and Geet's house, Arnav, Maan, Geet and Khushi were sitting together. Geet was telling about Anika’s past to Arnav and Khushi, his fiancee. Arnav was initially really angry at Shivaay but got convinced after Geet and Maan told him how caring Shivaay is for her and how he's repenting and trying to make it up for everything.

Meanwhile they got a call from Shivaay telling them about Anika being in hospital. They rushed towards hospital. When they saw shivaay sitting on the bench outside the ward, they went to him. Shivaay saw them but was more concerned about Anika right now. Seeing Arnav there, the possessive Billu in him woke up. He was giving Wierd lookss to Arnav, which didn't go unnoticed by Maan, Geet, Arnav and Khushi. They were confused and most confused was Arnav because Shivaay was looking at him like he was the wierdest and rarest creature on the planet.

Anika was conscious by then so all of them wanted to meet her. The most desperate was Anika's Billu ji. He was waiting desperately to meet his angel. His face was worth watching when the doctor asked them to wait for an hour to meet Anika. This one hour was killing him. He looked at his watch almost hundered times in this one hour. He paced the floor ten times in frustration as the time was passing slowly.

He went inside to see his angel laying on bed, looking pale and weak. Needles were pricking her soft skin but his heart was bleeding. He went to her and sat beside her. She was conscious but she turned her face to the other side as she didn't want to talk to him.

Shivaay took her hand in his and kissed her knuckles gently. He rested his forhead on her hand while still holding. Anika felt something wet on her hand. She realised that he was crying. She turned face and made shivaay look at her but he denied and just hugged her from her waist. Anika caressed his hair to calm him.

After crying for whole ten minutes, Shivaay looked at her. Their eyes met and they saw the pain in each other's eyes. Pain, of being close yet so far from each other.

Shivaay : Does anyone scare someone lije this ? Tell me, who does like this ? You know how scared I was ? I thought I lost you again.

Anika shushed him and took his face in her palms. She told him that she was fine. He kissed both of her hands. He cupped her face with one hand while still holding the other hand. Their faces were just inches apart. Anika closed her eyes while his hot breathes were fanning over her parted lips. He was about to kiss her when Maan, Geet, Arnav and Khushi came inside the ward.

"We didn't saw anything." They exclaimed together as they saw Shivaay and Anika sitting extremely close to each other.

Shivaay cursed them under his breathe, while Anika giggled and blushed at the same time. They came to her and asked if she was ok. Maan asked her in a teasing manner if someone was troubling her than her brother could help her to tackle that 'someone'. He said all this eyeing Shivaay and also tried to suppress his laughter. They were giggling while Mr. Billu ji  was getting angry and frustrated. First, all of them ruined or to say crushed his and his angel's moment badly and then he was asking her if HE was troubling her. To add more fuel to this already burning  Billu, Arnav poked his nose in between.

Arnav : Are you ok, beautiful ?

Anika was going to answer but Shivaay interrupted her.

Shivaay : She's fine but she needs rest so I think YOU should go now. I... I mean she needs rest so you all should go.

Anika knew that the Jealous bagad billa was there but others were confused. They couldn't understand what was happening to Shivaay and most confused was Arnav. In the meantime a nurse came and asked Shivaay to buy the medicine from hospital pharmacy. He didn't want to go leaving Anika here when that monkey (Arnav) was there but he had to go. As soon as Shivaay left, Maan, Geet, Arnav and Khushi bombarded her with questions about Shivaay’s behaviour.

Geet : What has happened to him ?

Maan : Is he injured on his head ?

Khushi : Is he in some kind of trauma ?

Arnav : Do we need to tight the screw of his brain ? I he my enemy from my last birth ? Because whenever he sees me he gets ready to pounce upon me.

Anika laughed and made them quite.

Anika : There's othing like that. Actually.. he's just jealous from Arnav.

After completing her sentence Anika started laughing and after a minute all of them were laughing like anything. In the meantime Shivaay came back. He was mesmerised seeing his queen laughing whole heartedly. Then he saw
Arnav and his smile was replaced by a frown. Everyone knew the reason of Shivaay’s changed expressions. So to play along, Arnav sat beside Anika. They were talking and laughing. Shivaay interrupted their conversation, as expected

Shivaay : Anika you should rest now. Come on lay down.

He made Arnav stand up from his seat forcefully. He literally tried to drag him out but Geet stopped him.

Geet : Shivaay let him say bye to Anika because Arnav and Khushi are leaving for London tonight.

Shivaay : Khushi ?

Arnav : yes, Shivaay. Khushi, my fiancee.

Shivaay's happiness knew no bounds listening to this. He gave an ear to ear smile. Looking at his wierd as well as funny expressions, everyone burst out into fits of laughter. Shivaay was confused but his confusion was replaced by shock with Arnav's next sentence.

Arnav : Seriously Shivaay, you were jealous of me ?

After the funny moment, and embarrassing moment for Billu ji, Arnav came to Shivaay.

Arnav : Shivaay we are just friends and trust me I really appreciate the loce between you and beautiful. (Shivaay glared him) Okay okay, I know  you don't like me calling your dear wife as beautiful but I can't help it. But on a serious note, what you both share is something really beautiful. The glow and happiness I saw on Anika's face after your arrival, is different. So be happy like this always.

Shivaay also felt happy as well as relieved and both shared a friendly hug. Arnav and Khushi left towards airport after bidding bye to everyone. Maan and Geet also went back home. Shivaay took Anika home but she was still not talking to him. Shivaay was wondering what happened to her as she was fine in the hospital.

On the other hand Anika was quite because she remembered how shivaay ignored her in presence of Tanya, so she wasn't talking to Shivaay. Shivaay came with her dinner but she refused to eat it.

Shivaay : Anika I'm sorry. Why are you not talking to me ?

Anika : You were the one who didn't talk to me.

Shivaay : Yes. Thars because  you were talking to that monkey.

He said like a kid whose mom was giving attention to someone else more than him.

Anika : I was just talking but YOU introduced someone else as your wife infront of my eyes. Did you think how bad I would have felt ?

Shivaay bowed his head. He was not able to meet her eyes. She was absolutely right. He kept the Food plate aside and left from there. He went towards the garden and sat there only. Anika said those words in flow but after Shivaay left she realised that she hurted him with her words as she knew Shivaay was repenting for his mistakes. She went out to find him and saw him sitting in the garden.

As she came and sat beside him, he stood up and was about to leave when she caught hold of his wrist and called his name ever so softly. She knew very well that he can't resist her when she calls him like that.

He didn't turn so Anika forcefully made him look at her. He wasn't looking towards her so she made him look at her by holding his chin. She was shocked to see his eyes full of tears. She wiped them off and hugged him with all her might.

Anika : I'm sorry Shivaay, I just said it like that. I didn't mean it. I...

Shivaay : No, Anika. You were right. I did a big mistake, I don't deserve you.

Anika broke the hug and nodded in a no.

Anika : Shivaay I know you are repenting for your mistakes so please don't think like this. You are the only one who can love me this much. You gave me everything, love, care, affection and a family.

Shivaay : But Anika, you suffered so much because of me. I should have told you about my plan to bring Tanya home but I didn't tell you and that caused so much of pain to you.

Anika : Shivaay, when you didn't tell me about your plan, I felt betrayed as I thought You don't trust me enough to share your problems and pain with me.

Shivaay : No no no Anika. I didn't tell you because I didn't want to trouble you and risk your life.

Anika : Until we are together, nothing can harm us. Until You are with me, no one can harm me.

Shivaay cupped her face and pecked her forhead, her eyes, then her cheeks and then, he looked at her lips. Their lips were just inches apart. Shivaay looked in her eyes to get her permission, and his blushing queen gave him her consent by blushing and holding his kurta in her fists.

And then, their lips met. They let the pain go and happiness take over them. The moon and the stars blessed them from above with happiness.
