So finally I have come up with my second installment for DDBEDS
I'll be taking through the story (tiny ones though). Though I won't mention it upfront but you'll be able to figure it out like in this part I've taken a leap of 7 months

The whole Oberoi clan knew Riddhima' love for the Oberoi name and wealth of course except her husband who preferred living in oblivion

But, only Pinky was aware of her true colours and today she planned to destroy Omkara's happy married life. It wasn't like she cared for Omkara. Not one bit. She was irked by the way Riddhima was getting importance just because she was in the 9th month of her pregnancy

Like usual Riddhima was out though the whole family asked her not to go out all by herself she was very stubborn and somehow slipped out of the Oberoi Mansion under some or the other pretext

"Main aap sabhi ko aaj kuch dikhaana chaahti hun" she declared. 【I want to show something to all of you】

"Tumhari bakwaas ke liye mere paas waqt nahi hai Pinky" Tej said dismissively and began walking back but Pinky snapped back. 【I don't have the time to listen to your nonsense Pinky】

"Jo main dikhaane waali hun usme toh sabse zyada toh aapko dilchaspi honi chaahiye. Yeh uss ladki ke baare mein hai jiski kokh mein apke bade bete ki aulad pal rahi hai" with a smirk 【You should me most interested in what I'm going to show afterall it's about the girl who's carying your elder son's child in her womb】

"Riddhima ke baare mein aap kya baat karna chaahti hain choti ma?" Om asked getting defensive making Pinky's sinister smile widen 【What do you want to talk about Riddhima choti ma?】

"Khud dekh lo" she said handing her phone over to Omkara 【See for yourself】

Omkara took the phone and clicked the video as his brothers stood behind him seeing what was the reason behind Pinky stirring up all the commotion but they looked away within a few seconds as Om stood rooted to the ground trying to absorb the shock as the phone dropped to the ground. His eyes grew dark with fury. Shivaay and Rudra had to hold him by either sides to keep him in control Anika picked up the phone and played the video with Jhanvi standing beside her. Their faces replicating Shivaay and Rudra's reaction upon seeing the video

"Aisa kya hai video mein jo tum log aise khade ho" Tej enquired 【What is it that allof you look so shocked after seeing the video?】

"Aapki bahu ke karnaame hain aur kya. Aapke bete ko chodkar kisi aur ke saath gulcharre udaaye ja rahe hain" Pinky said sarcastically 【Your daughter in laws deeds. She's having a nice time while your son is here】

"Jhanvi kya hua hai bataogi zara. Pinky kya bol rahi hai!" Tej almot screamed getting restless 【Jhanvi will you tell me what's happening. What is Pinky saying!】

"Riddhima is having an affair with..." Jhanvi just couldn't say anything further 

Tej knew Riddhima was with his son only for the money but he let it be only because it was her who pushed him to be active in the Oberoi industries but he was shocked to know that she was having an extramarital affair but he realized that Jhanvi knew whom Riddhima was having an affair with

"With whom?" he asked, his tone unwavering

Jhanvi didn't know how to voice it out to Tej but before she could do or say anything Pinky said it for him "Siddharth Rana" her voice echoed in the corridors of the Oberoi Mansion

Tej stood numb after hearing that. How could she stoop so low! Carrying the child of an Oberoi and having an affair with their business rival's heir Siddharth Rana!

Pinky walked away with a noxious laugh

"I want her out of the house" Tej said with clenched teeth

"Lekin bade papa bachcha..." Shivaay's voice died down in his throat seeing Tej's murderous glare. Had Riddhima been in front of Tej's eyes at that time he knew pretty well that he wouldn't let her live, he wouldn't have even bothered that she was carrying his grandchild 【But bade papa the baby...】

"Shivaay..." Tej beckoned him to follow him leaving him in a dilemma. Was he supposed to handle Om or follow Tej but he decided to do the latter he trusted Rudra enough to handle Om for that short span of time

"Divorce ke papers taiyaar karwao Shivaay. Pinky se uska phone lo use that as evidence if she wants the child's custody. Om se uske signatures kisi bhi haalat mein chaahiye" he roared before dismissing Shivaay. 【Get the divorce papers ready Shivaay. Take Pinky's phone and use that as evidence of her adultery if she wants the child's custody and I want want Om to sign the divorce papers at any cost】

The next thing that they knew was Gauri, Riddhima's cousin and Riddhima's mother came to the Oberoi Mansion. While the elders dealt with her mother ShivIka whisked away Gauri to explain the whole situation while Rudra took care of Omkara

Gauri was shell shocked would be an understatement. She couldn't believe that her sister could cheat on someone like Omkara but she could only sympathize with him or that is what she thought

While on one hand Gauri agreed to help the Oberois get the unborn child's custody, on the contrary her Chachi had decided to fight for the custody to keep herself linked to the Oberois with the child if not by her daughter and so when Riddhima delivered a baby girl after around 3 weeks, the Oberois had to file for her custody in the court since Chachi wouldn't let go of the baby though Riddhima didn't want an 'unwanted baggage' tied onto her back

Seeing Gauri also speak in her disfavour along with her daughter in the court and she swore to wreak vengeance since she apparently 'lost her granddaughter'

But someone was still in her favour, Jhanvi. Because she could empathize with her. Even she wouldn't want to loose her granddaughter. So she let Roop come over to Oberoi Mansion every now and then to play with Pari. Gauri too accompanied her at times but unlike with Roop, every single Oberoi other than Pinky seemed to like her. Seeing this Roop got the perfect idea to extract her pound of flesh

Though slowly, she convinced Jhanvi that Omkara needed to get someone in his life to take care of him and Pari.

At first though Jhanvi detested the idea, she started 'noticing' how tired Omkara got taking care of Pari all by himself and eventually agreed that he needed a wife to look after him. She tried talking to Ishana, his ex but she denied to marry him to take care of someone else's daughter.

There was a point where Jhanvi accepted defeat that she would be able to find her son a wife who'd be willing to take care of her granddaughter too but Roop came up as her angel once again but the idea she gave was hard to believe

"Bacche ke liye maasi toh ma ki hi parchaai hoti hai" she had said hinting at Gauri but would she be willing to accept Omkara and Pari as her own was the big question and Roop assured her that she'd talk to Gauri about and she was sure that Gauri would agree. Afterall even she loved Gauri and wouldn't want to see the wrong person becoming the child's mother【The aunt is the shadow of the mother for a kid】
