History/Quick backstory: Juliet was fortunate enough to have a good childhood. Her parents didn't really understand her powers but they did their best to help her. From visions of the future disguised as dreams/nightmares to helping her practice her telekinesis. Eventually she scrapped together enough money to get an apartment by herself. She was scared that her parents might become targets because of her. By day she's a normal citizen. At night or when danger calls, she becomes Oracle. A superhero protecting the city she lives in. It's a tough life, constantly balancing the two halves of her. But she wouldn't change it for the world.
