LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLLLLLEEEEEE!!!!

The crowd went wild as they were ready for a new season of boxing from the DNCN league! And of course, what better way to start this league then the match of the week, LUNA vs YUMI!

"THAT'S RIGHT FOLKS, THIS MATCH IS GONNA BE ONE HELL OF A MATCH BETWEEN NUMBER 3 RANKED LUNA LOUD AND NUMBER 19 RANKED YUMI YOSHIMURA!!" The commentator explained, with the crowd roaring with cheers following suit. "BUT FIRST, WE WERE ABLE TO GET A FEW WORDS OUT OF THEM FIRST BEFORE THE MATCH!"

With Luna...

The scene cuts to a basement gym as we see a girl with a huge, muscular body and a purple rock and roll workout outfit and long brown hair in the form of a pixie cut. She was currently doing bench presses with 320 pounds on her barbell when a camera crew came in. She stopped working out and sat up, her face revealing to be Luna Loud, and watched as the entire crew began to surround her with cameras and a microphone.

"Luna Loud, this is your first match of the year, and you're facing a tough opponent! How do you feel?" The man with the microphone asked her.

"Well dudes, all I can say is that I feel confident in myself for this upcoming match! I'm so pumped up to face a fellow rock star like me!" Luna explained as she did a rock and roll symbol with her hands.

"Do you feel like you're strong enough to take on her might?" The microphone man asked this time.

"Strong enough? Pfft, please! I think for sure I'm strong enough to take her on!" Luna exclaimed as she flexed her powerful left bicep in front of the camera, watching it bulge with power before she released the flex.

"One last question! This is your first match of the year, what do you have to say to Yumi?" The microphone man finished up before Luna turned towards the camera view.

"You better not disappoint in this match Yumes!" Luna finished off with a smirk.

With Yumi…

The scene now cuts over to a much larger gym filled with a bunch of weights and equipment. We see a girl who was around the same age as Luna was, but with a slightly smaller and less muscular build. However, she had purple hair flowing instead of brown, and she had on some light purple rock and roll workout clothes, along with her light purple gloves. She was throwing quick and accurate jabs right at a punching jab when a different camera crew ran into the gym, making the girl stop punching and turned around. The girl was none other than Yumi Yoshimura, Luna's opponent, and the 19th best boxer in the league from the list.

"Yumi Yoshimura!" The microphone man began. "It looks like you're preparing for your first match of the year! How do you feel about Luna as your opponent?"

“Lunes is an amazing boxer! There’s a reason why she almost beat Mabel to head to the championship match!” Yumi exclaimed as she picked up a bottle of water and drank from it, taking a few huge gulps.

“Well, do you think you can withstand her might?” He asked next as Yumi stopped drinking her water.

“Yeah, of course I can. She may be bigger than me, but that’s just her size.” Yumi answered next as she got a towel and tossed it over her shoulder.

“Any last words to say to Luna?” The man finished as Yumi was heading towards the exit.

“Better give me your all Lunes, because I’m not holding back!” Yumi finished off as she left the gym.

Weigh in

At the weigh in, Luna and Yumi were side by side, both in purple bras and shorts with white skulls on them. Luna looked taller and more muscular by Yumi, but Yumi looked faster and more agile than Luna, thus balancing them out as they posed a few times for the photos. When they both faced each other, they reeled their arms back, Luna’s left and Yumi’s right, and clapped their hands together for a handshake, using a ton of grip strength as the other saw their arms pump up a little.

“Rock and Roll baby!” both of them said at the same time with a smirk as the camera man took many photos of them.

The match

The day finally came as Luna and Yumi came from the tunnels, greeted by their hundreds of thousands of fans as they both waved and high fived their fans. When they both entered into the ring, they took off their robes, revealing them in their purple bras and black shorts. Luna began to hop around in the ring for a bit as she and Yumi took their mouthguards and put them on before putting on their boxing gloves. Luna’s was a dark purple color while Yumi’s was a light purple color. The ref came into the middle of the stage and held a microphone in his hand. He points to Luna’s corner first.

“IN THIS CORNER, RANKED 3RD IN THE LEAGUE FROM LAST YEAR, AND COMING OFF A LOSS TO MABEL PINES IN THE SEMI-CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH, IT’S “THE ROCK HARD RUMBLER”, LUNA LOUD!!!!!” The ref said as the crowd roared with more cheers. Luna smiled and flexed her biceps for the crowd with her gloves on before raising only one arm in the air. He then pointed at Yumi.

“AND IN THIS CORNER, RANKED 19TH IN THE LEAGUE FROM LAST YEAR, AND COMING OFF A FIRST ROUND LOSS TO GAZ MEMBRANE, IT’S “THE JAPANESE ROCKIN’ RUMBLER”, YUMI YOSHIMURA!!!!!” The ref finished as the crowd went wild with more cheers again. Yumi smiled and waved towards the crowd while pumping her gloves in the air, bringing the crowd to their feet as well. After a few minutes, the ref motioned Luna and Yumi to the center of the stage.

“Alright girls, I want a clean fight! No cheating, murdering or anything that makes the fight unfair and out of control, understand?” The ref told the two of them.

“Got it dude!” Luna and Yumi said at the same time. The ref nodded and backed away as they both went back to their corners, waiting for the bell to ring.

DING DING

The match began with Luna and Yumi heading towards the middle of the ring and tapped their gloves together before circling each other, trying to find an opening to strike. After a few seconds, Yumi attacked first by throwing a few jabs right at Luna's stomach. Luna blocked the jabs and made sure to keep her guard up for when Yumi strikes again.

ROUND 3

Luna was in the midst of an onslaught at Yumi when she weaved away from her punch and threw a left hook right at her rib cage. The hit was connected as Luna stumbled back, grunting in pain. Yumi held back for a second to catch her breath, then went for a streak of her own, throwing a ton of jabs at Luna’s guard to try and break it. Yumi, with success, not only broke her guard, but sent a huge blow right to Luna’s abdominals, sending her a few inches back as grabbed her stomach in pain.

“GAH! Man that hurts!” She exclaimed as she shook it off and went for a left hook to Yumi’s temple.

“OH HO and what a hit by The Japanese Rockin Rumbler!” The commentator stated while the crowd continued to roar with cheers as the fight continued on. “I have said it once before and I will say it again, this will be a fight for the ages!”

ROUND 6

“OOOF!” Was what Yumi said next as she got punched right in her gut as well. Luna, who was now on the offensive, delivered a right hook to Yumi’s arm next, which made her howl in pain for a bit. The massive blow had forced a timeout by Ami, who was her coach for the game at the time.
“Timeout! Timeout!” She shouted as the ref blew the whistle, the two girls going to their respective corners. Yumi still held her arm in pain as she walked over to Ami while Luna took out her mouthguard and went up to her coach, being Lynn Loud.

“Yumi, are you okay?” Ami asked as Yumi stopped right in front of her and showed her arm, revealing a medium-sized bruise.

“Yeah, I just need to rest for a little bit. Luna got me good there.” Yumi answered as she sat down and got a drink of water.

“Man you delivered one hell of a hit there Luna!” Lynn exclaimed as she tossed Luna a bottle of water, which Luna caught without her gloves on and drank it in a few gulps.

“Yeah, though that hit delivered some pain into my wrist as well. She’s tougher than she looks.” Luna told Lynn as the bell rang again, signaling the end of the timeout as they both got back in the ring to continue the match.

ROUND 10

An 'OOF' sound was heard as Luna got punched in the face by Yumi, who used a left hook to counter attack. Luna felt the hit and stumbled back a bit, putting her right glove to her cheek. A bruise was there, along with many others on her body and on Yumi's body as well. Time was ticking, and Luna wanted to finish this match soon enough. So, with all of her power, Luna reeled her fist back and lunged right at Yumi, who at the same time reeled her fist back and lunged at Luna as well. Both of them yelled out loud, which was drowned out by the cheers from the crowd. In an instant, both of their hits connecting into each other's cheeks. Their hits were so hard that it knocked their mouth guards out of their mouths. They both did a 180 before they fell on the ground, with the crowd going silent. Seconds passed by, and not a single boxer moved, until everyone saw Luna, slowly but surely, try her best to stand up. Eventually, she did, albeit with a lot of struggle. Yumi however, stayed unconscious. Everyone started to get worried, and the ref went up to the unconscious Yumi, with Luna behind, and checked her pulse. Thankfully, her pulse was still beating, signaling that she was alive.

"Phew, looks like she's alive. Just unconscious." The ref said in relief, which made Luna sigh in relief as well. The ref then grabbed her arm and rose it in the air. "Due to being unconscious, the winner, by KO, is Luna Loud!" He finished, making the crowd roar in cheers. Luna tried to smile her best, but was still heavily injured from that last blow that she took from Yumi.

Speaking of Yumi, she was slowly starting to open her eyes and regain conscious. She struggled a lot but managed to sit up and watch the crowd cheer for Luna, who was pumping her fists in the air.

"Dammit! I lost the match." Yumi said as she looked down in defeat. Suddenly, she saw a hand reach out to her, which caught her by surprise. She looked up and saw that the hand belonged to Luna, who looked down at Yumi with a smile. Yumi smiled back and grabbed her hand, both of them helping her up together. As soon as she got up, she took off her boxing gloves, which was then followed up by Luna pulling her in for a hug. Yumi was surprised at first but hugged her back. After a few seconds, they released each other from the hug.

"That was a rockin' match in here today!" Luna began to tell Yumi. "Even though you lost, you lasted a lot longer than most of my opponents. And for another thing, you delivered a deadly blow to my cheek dude!"

"Thanks Lunes, I just wish I was more durable next time. I feel so much pain through my body right now!" Yumi replied as she held out her hand. "Rockers for life?"

Luna smirked and held out her arm, clapping her hand with Yumi's hand and making her bicep bulge.

"Rockers for life."
