CHAPTER FORTY-SIX: YOU BROKE MINE TOO

Light jazz music was playing in the background as Diego and Klaus was sitting by one of the tables looking over at Stan that was standing by the buffet. 

"Christ, what a dump" Stan said before he took his plate and walked over to sit down while Klaus and Diego was looking at him.

Klaus then looked at Diego "That little delinquent is your son?" he asked "Allegedly my son" Diego said and Klaus laughed "That's so funny!" he said.

Five looked at Stan as he walked over to the others, carrying his mimosa drink in one hand and his other hand tucked into the pocket of his jeans.

He was wearing some black jeans, a white T-shirt with dark blue checked on and a white shirt underneath, he had a light brown vest on and a fedora on his head. The fedora was checkered blue with a black band around it and a small feather on the left side.

"Wait, who's...Who's the mother?" he asked Diego as he looked over at Stan.

"Lila" Diego answered "Excuse me?" Klaus asked as they both looked at him "Whoa, Lila's here?" Five asked "Was. She dropped him off in my lap last night then bolted" Diego said "I don't much care for that one" Klaus said "Don't" Diego pointed his finger at Klaus.

"Technically, she's family" Five said "She was trying to murder us, like..." Klaus said and thought for a moment trying to wrap his head around the time travel "Yesterday" he said "Yeah, like I said 'family'" Five said before he put down his drink on the table.

"Well, Y/n did try to kill me many times, so like I said 'Family'" he said before he looked at Diego "Diego, is Lila coming back?" he asked him before he turned around to grab a chair from another table.

"Well, she goddamn better be, because we got more important things to be dealing with right now!" Diego said out loud causing Stan to look at him "Calm down. Shh" Klaus said to Diego.

"Well you are lucky you have a kid" Five mumbled as he let out a sigh in sadness while he sat down next to Klaus as he was thinking about his son Sam, how much he miss him, he really wish his son was here. If he was, you and Five would still be married and happy and you would have had two beautiful children, maybe even more than two. You would all be together, you would be a happy family which Five hope you two still can.   

Then Vanya walked towards the table "Where's Luther?" she asked "Who cares? Probably out for...a run" Diego said as he paused for a second when he noticed her short hair.

"Mmm!" Klaus said as he swallowed his coffee "Love the haircut" he said as he waved his hand at her and she smiled.

"So, I, uh, talked to Marcus last night" she said "Wait, what? You talked with the enemy? By yourself?" Diego asked her "Somebody had to do something" Vanya said "Who elected you, Vanya?" Diego asked "It's, uh, Viktor" Vanya said "Who's Viktor?" Diego asked.

There was silence for a few seconds before she spoke up "I am" she said and they all looked at her understanding what she meant by that.

"It's who I've always been" Viktor said and no one said anything as they all looked at their sister who was now their brother.

Viktor looked at his three brothers hesitantly as they remained silent while they processed the information "Uh, is that an issue for anyone?" he asked and Klaus let out a chuckled.

"Nah, I'm good with it" Diego said "Yeah, me too. Cool" Klaus said as he put some nuts into his mouth before eating them.

"Truly happy for you, Viktor" Five said and Viktor looked at him before Five raised his brows "But last time I checked, you don't speak for this family" he said.

"Okay, we, it's fine, okay? Marcus totally gets it" Viktor said as he sat down between Diego and Five "He doesn't want a war any more than we do" Viktor said "What are you talking about? He tried to homicide us!" Diego said "So did Lila, and you had a kid with her" Klaus said "That's not the point" Diego said as he turned to Klaus. "Well, Y/n tried to kill Five in the apocalypse and he still married her" Klaus said "True" Five nodded "But like I said love can be a strange thing, Diego and I are proof of that" he said "Hey I don't love Lila" Diego snapped at Five "Yeah you do" Five said.

"Listen, Marcus and I made a deal. He's gonna give back Five's briefcase, then we're gonna get out of the timeline. I'm gonna meet him later today for the, uh, the handover" Viktor said and Five let out a smile while Klaus clapped his hands in relief "Oh, thank God!" he said.

"That's a rookie move. Dude is playing you" Diego said "Oh, really?" Viktor asked as he was looking at Diego "Yeah, but maybe we can use this. And we turn it back on them, and then we wipe them the hell out" Diego said "Diego, stop, please. And you're not gonna, like, do anything today" Viktor said.

"Expect bond with your spawn" Klaus said and patted Diego on the shoulder "Alleged spawn" he corrected.

"I will get the briefcase and we'll be out of here. We will all go back and fix the timeline" Viktor said.

"Hey, we're not going anywhere! This is a perfectly acceptable timeline" Five said "Yeah, why don't you tell that to Allison, who's upstairs grieving her daughter, who doesn't even exist here!" Viktor said to him.

"Not to mention, we've been replaced by a bunch of blobs and cubes and birds and shit!" Diego said.

 "News flash, geniuses! It's not about us! Take a look around. If you hadn't noticed, there's no doomsday. There's no apocalypse. The sun is shining. Birds are doing whatever the hell birds do. That's all that matters. We're done messing with time" Five said before he grabbed his drink "And I'm officially retired. So if you guys excuse me, I have a date" Five said before he turned in his chair and Klaus sniffed at Five as he got up from the chair before walking to the buffet.

"Is he wearing aftershave?" Klaus asked the two "I'm concerned" he said.

"Did he just said that he had a date?" Diego asked "It's probably with Y/n. Five is gonna get some" Klaus chuckled.

Five arrived at the hotel suite before knocking and then opened the door "Hello!" he called out as he enter your hotel room.

"You" someone hissed and Five turned "Hello Love" he smiled "What are you doing here?" you cut your arms on cross in front of your chest.

"Here for the date" he smiled "For the first it's not a date, it was more of a catch up, and for the second it's cancelled" you said "Why?" he tilted his head before he stretched a bouquet of flowers towards you.

So have you got the guts?
Been wondering if your heart's still open and if so I wanna know what time it shuts

You rip the flowers out of his hands before throwing them away "Was it the wrong flowres. It was your favorites flowers" he said a little confuse. 

Simmer down and pucker up

"Cut the shit" you walked towards him "Where is Marcus?" you asked as you pointed your finger at him "You're gonna be more specific Love" he said.

"The Sparrows Academy Number One. Marcus. Those people you fought against yesterday. Ringing any bells?" you asked "Maybe you should ask one of the Sparrows" he said "Wish I have thought of that" you said sarcastically.

I don't know if you feel the same as I do
But we could be together if you wanted to

"Wait, I did, and they said he have not return since he talk to Vanya" you said "For the first, Vanya is Viktor now" Five said "Good for him" you said "And for the second, if you think we have him, you are wrong, we don't. I haven't seen him since yesterday when they attack us" he said "You attacked them. I saw the security footage and you attacked first, so just give him back" you said "We don't have him" Five said and you rolled your eyes "The hard way, huh" you said before you kicked Five in the stomach causing him to stumble back.

"Y/n/n, I'm not trying to hurt you" he said calm "I have no idea what you are talking about" he said.

Was sort of hoping that you'd stay

"You are not gonna hurt me. I'm going to hurt you. So therefore I'm going to ask one last time" you walked close to Five, pressing his back against the wall before you pulled up one of your daggers and put it on his throat "Where the fuck is Marcus?" you hissed as you stared cold and angry at him.

"I don't know" Five hissed and you press the dagger closer to his skin causing some drop of blood to appear.

"Why do you even care about The Sparrows?" he asked "'Cause I have know them since they were kids" you answered "What?" Five asked "What do you think I have being doing for those fifty years I have being waiting for you, which I regret now" you raise a brow.

But then Five push you away before kicking the dagger out of your hands and onto the floor before kicking it away.

He then grab your arm and brushed a string of hair out of your face so you were looking into each other's eyes.

You scanned his face carefully, staring from his strong jawline, his dark brown hair pleasingly falling onto his forehead, down to his beautifully gleaming green eyes, straight nose, and narrow lips.

You took a deep breath, fighting the growing urge to taste those alluring lips of his again. He leaned down even farther so your lips were parted by nothing but your warm breaths. He rested his forehead on yours, trapping you with both his arms.

Then all of a suddenly, you both pressed your lips against each other.

You grab Five's jacket before taking it off causing it to fall to the floor. 

He lifted you up and you wrapped your legs around his waistline before he carried you to the bedroom.

What is wrong with you? You really can't keep your hands from Five. You have a problem.

He pulled at his tie as you made the next move, slotting yourself over his thigh while tearing your jacket off your body. He tossed his fedora onto the floor, letting it fall by the bed next to your jacket before winding his hand into your Y/n/c hair to tilt your head back.

His lips explored your throat as he pressed kisses from your jaw down to your collar bone, using his hand which had been sat on your thigh to pull your shirt to the side to expose more of your soft and pale skin. You closed your eyes, sinking further into his searing touch with your fingers threading through his dark brown hair.

Working his way up to your throat, his free hand found the back of your thigh and with a tug of your body against his own, his lips found yours in a quick kiss.

You broke apart from him and dropped your hands from his hair, in a near breathless gasp. You ran your hands down his chest, finding the buttons of his shirt as you pressed your forehead against his.

You then started to pull open his now unbuttoned shirt.

You pushed your hand underneath the back of his shirt, you pulled him against your chest, with your face inches from his.

He pressed a kiss to your cheek before lifting you both off the bed, holding you close to him with one hand against your back and the other gripping the back of your thigh.

You then wrapped your legs around his waistline and he turned before lowered you onto the bed first, pressing your back against the sheets.

His hair hung messily in front of his eyes, as he kneeled above you and quickly finished unbutton your shirt before you threw it off.

Five smiled as he noticed that you still had his initial tattooed on your left shoulder, just like he had your initial tattooed on his left shoulder. Even after all those years. He also noticed that you still had the three letters R.T.C tattoo right shoulder. R.T.C was an abbreviation of the phrase 'Reason to Continue'

"This will not change anything" you said as he was kissing your neck "I know" he kissed your ear and he brought a smile to his face as he tossed his shirt to the floor, keeping his other shirt on and captured your lips in a breath stealing kiss.

"I hate you" you said "I hate you too" he put one hand to the side of your head and the other one on your right cheek as both of you kept pushing each other in the opposite direction, trying to lean into each other.

Five bit down on your lower lip, pulling back and you let out a shaky breath.

It didn't take long before the rest of your clothes were laying on the floor while you were in bed, both of you fully naked.

You leaned more back against the bed while he was on top of you, kissing you passionately.

You then spread your legs and he immediately enter you causing you to let out a moan as you felt him enter you. You both moaned with intense pleasure and your legs wrapped around his waist.

As he kissed you over and over again, he thrust into you slowly and your body rocked with his.

After the hard and wild but also amazing round with you, Five walked out of the elevator and over to his two brothers that was still sitting by the table.

"Back already?" Klaus asked as Five approached them "How did your date go?" Klaus asked "It was not a date, just a calm talk" Five said "Right" Klaus wink to Five who rolled his eyes.

"Do you know where Marcus is?" he asked the two and they shook their heads "No" Diego said "Why do you ask?" Klaus asked "'Cause Y/n told me that The Sparrows told her that Marcus was making a deal with Viktor and he have not return" Five said "What? Y/n is siding with the enemy?" Diego asked and Five looked at him "I knew that she couldn't be trusted. And to think I actually started liking her" he said.

"For the last time Diego, she is not the enemy" Five said "Then how did you get that cut" Diego pointed at the cut on Five's neck "Y/n didn't believe me at first" Five replied "I thought you two were fine now" Klaus said "We're divorced for a reason, Klaus" Five said to his brother "But I thought you want to clear things out with her" Klaus said "I do. But not right now, I will wait till she have cool down" Five said before he turned around and walked over to he buffet.

Then the lights in hotel suddenly switched off all at once before it flickered back on a minute later.

Klaus walked over to Five that was standing by the buffet looking around as he think that it was weird about the lights.

"Hey. What do you say we get outta here, huh?" Klaus asked him and he looked at him "Take a little...road trip" Klaus said "What are you talking about?" Five asked "I'm talking about a sojourn to the countryside. You and me, the wind in our hair. Thelma and Louise, on the open road" Klaus said and Five let out a scoffed "You know they die in the end, right?" he asked.

"Holding hands, living our best life, my little cherub!" Klaus said before he leaned closer to Five as he crouched down to his height while Five scooped a spoon of fruit on his plate.

"Listen to me. I nearly died from Luther's sleep farts last night. We need to get out of here, get some fresh air!" Klaus said as Five walked around the buffet before he turned to Klaus.

"Okay, I'll bite. Why me, Klaus?" he asked "Because you said...you said you're retired, and that's what retired people do. And don't you deserve some fun? Maybe it can help you come with a way to clear things out with Y/n" Klaus said.

But then Five spotted that in the thank in the middle of the buffet there was no lobsters, like there was just a minute ago.

"There's no lobsters" he said "Excuse me?" Klaus asked "There were three lobsters in that tank a minute ago" Five said "Yeah, well, you know, maybe Chet blended 'em into a morning smoothie" Klaus said.

Five tried to hide his smile as he looked back at Klaus "You're an idiot, but I'm in" he said "Whoo" Klaus said.

"But I still don't understander why you want this and what we will be doing" Five said "Just something to clear your mind" Klaus said "Who says my mind isn't clear?" Five asked "You're calling out to Y/n in your sleep, maybe" Klaus said "I am not calling out to Y/n in my sleep" Five said as he was looking at him.

"I heard you last night. We share a bunk bed, bro" Klaus said and Five rolled his eyes "I know you miss her, Five. And I know that is hard for you being this close to her yet so far, but she might give you a chance" Klaus said "Well, I think it is going in the right direction" Five said "So you and her are---" "NO" Five shook his head "Beside she still hate me" he said.

"I don't believe that" Klaus said "Why?" Five looked at him "I can just feel that whatever a connection the two of you had, is still there" Klaus said before he leaned closer to Five.

"By the way you have a hickey right here" Klaus pointed at Five's neck who quickly pull up his collar to cover it up.

"Are you and Y/n trying to kill or screw each other or maybe both. It kinda confusing if you guys are divorced or married" Klaus said "Let's just go" Five said "Shall we ask Y/n if she wanted to come?" Klaus asked "No" Five shook his head. Even so Five wanted you to come he knew that you were not in the mood.

"Let me go! Get your hands off me!" Stan shouted as Chet as he was holding a grab on him "I saw what you did!" Chet said to him.

"Hey, what the hell are you doing?" Diego asked as he ran up to them and Chet let go of Stan "Your son stuffed three mini muffins down his pants" Chet said to Diego.

"And this is a buffet! I can take whatever the hell I want!" Stan said "I got him" Diego said before he grabbed Stan's shoulder "Come on" he said "Wait, take it easy" Stan said "Time for some ground rules" Diego said "How about no physical assault. That's a--" Stan said but cut go off when Diego sat him down by the stairs that lead to the elevator "Shut up and listen" Diego said before he sat down next to him.

"My father was a Hall of Fame asshole" Diego said as Stan began eating the muffin. "And when I was a little pissant like you, I made a promise to myself that I would never act like him to any kid of...mine" Diego said "Yeah, stop. I'm gonna cry" Stan said sarcastic.

"But I'm a busy man, with a lot on my shoulders, okay? So I'm gonna let you slow me down either, all right?" Diego said "Yeah, you look really busy right now" Stan said sarcastic and Diego hit the muffin out of his hand before he looked at him "You can stay until your mom gets back, all right? But no more doing dumb shit, or else you and I are gonna have a serious problem" Diego said and Stan looked down "Look at me" Diego said and Stan looked at him "Me entiendes" Diego said in Spanish.

But then Diego noticed that Stan's right ear started leaking "Dude, your ear's leaking" Diego said "Oh, I...Yeah, I forgot to pack my ear medicine" Stan said "Oh sh--Ear medicine, huh?" Diego said "If I don't drain it, uh, pus leaks out and it smells like cat puke" Stan said "Come on" Diego said before the two got up and walked towards the front door of the hotel.

"Whoa, whoa! Where do you think you're going?" Viktor asked as he walked up to them "Kid thing. I'll be right back" Diego said "No. I need you to stay put and not do anything stupid until I get the briefcase" Viktor said "Yeah, and you're not the boss of him, okay" Stan said causing Diego to give him a small slap on the back of his head.

Diego then grabbed Stan's shoulder before the two walked towards the door.

"Come on, we'll get a few road sodas for the journey" Klaus said when Five was done eating "Sometimes, you gotta clear the head out" Klaus said as him and Five got ready.

"Guys, wait. Where are you going?" Viktor called out to them but they didn't listen. "Come on" Five said.

The sound of a woman humming gently was heard as Luther slowly opened his eyes and he could feel someone dipping a rag on his forehead.

"Mom?" he asked as he opened his eyes "Why do people keep calling me that?" Grace asked and Luther let out a groan "Where am I?" he asked "The Academy, silly. Everybody's waiting for you" Grace said "The Academy?" Luther asked confused before he sat up.

He then heard indistinct chatter in the background and the sound of a blender whirring from another room.

Luther grabbed a broom before he walked out of the room and into the gym, ready for fight.

He saw Sloane standing by the blender while Ben, Jayme, Kayla, Chris, Fei and Alphonso was sitting by a long white table, eating as playful string music was playing in the background.

"Ah, there he is" Alphonso said as he looked at Luther.

Sloane turned her head to look at him as the blender stop whirring "Please, join us" Fei said.

"It's okay. Nobody's gonna hurt you" Ben said "Smoothie?" Sloane asked with a smile as she hold a smoothie out to Luther "Oh" he said as he looked at her with smile "Yeah, thanks" he said as he lowered the broom before he let out a chuckled as he grabbed the smoothie while Sloane took the broom.

"You must be starving" Kayla said "Oh, uh..." Luther said as he walked over to the table while Sloane sat down "No, I...I probably shouldn't" he said before he spotted something on the table "Is that cashew butter?" he asked "Cashew butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, tahini, Brazil nut" Sloane said "Wow. You know what? Now that you mention it, I am feeling a little bit, uh, peckish, actually" Luther said "Help yourself" Alphonso said as him, Jayme and Fei was sitting on one side of the table while Ben, Sloane, Kayla and Chris was sitting on the other side.

"Thanks" Luther said and went over to a sit that was across from Ben and between Fei and Alphonso.

Luther took a sip of the green smoothie "Wow" he said softly, surprise in how good it tasted.

He put the smoothie on the table and he sat down before he started grabbing some food.

Sloane smiled at him as he smiled nervously while he glanced at them.

"So, we know you're Number One, but we haven't been formally introduced yet. I'm Ben, Number Two" Ben said "It is so good to see you again, buddy" Luther said before he chuckled.

"Why does everyone keep looking at me like that?" Ben asked as he glanced at his siblings.

"Because you've been dead for 15 years" Luther answered as he looked at him and Ben raised a brow as he looked back at him "'Dead?' What do you mean, dead?" he asked and the others glanced at Luther.

"Kind of a long story" Luther said with a nervous smile.

"Anyway, I'm Fei, Number Three" Fei said "Alphonso, cuatro" Alphonso said "Sloane. Five" Sloane said and Luther looked at her "Hey" she said with a shy smile "Hey" Luther said with a smile.

"I'm Jayme, Six" Jayme said.

"That's Christopher, of course. Number Seven" Ben said as he pointed on the cube next to him and Chris said something.

"Oh, don't mind him. He's in a bit of saucy mood today" Ben said as the rest of the Sparrows let out a chuckled.

"He wouldn't get it" Alphonso said "It's just so--" Sloane said with a smile and small laugh which made Luther let out a laugh.

"And I'm Kayla Hudson, I don't have a number" Kayla said "'Hudson'?" Luther asked and Kayla nodded.

"Woah, you look a loot like---" "She is my daughter" a cold voice stop Luther and he looked at the enters of the gym to see you.

"I'm Y/n Hudson. I'm like their manager, and trainer" you put your hands on cross.

"Holy shit" Luther said as he could feel the fear in him "Nice to see you again Luther" you smiled sarcastically "Hey" he said nervously, knowing what you were cable of and he was actually face to face with one of the most dangerous and strongest person in the universe. And the most deadliest assassin.

"I think you know why you are here" you sat down next to your daughter.

"I actually don't" Luther looked around "Wait, uh, what about, um, Number One?" he asked "What about him?" Fei asked "Where is he?" Luther asked and Ben grabbed a butter knife before he stabbed it onto the table causing Luther to let out a gasp in shock. 

"That's what we'd like to know" he said as the others looked at Luther causing him to lean forward a bit "Are we playing a game?" he asked Ben "Whatever game the Umbrellas are playing, you're gonna lose!" Ben said in a threatening voice as he put the butter knife on the table again.

"You took our Number One, so we took you" Ben said as he pointed his finger at Luther.

"Wait, we took Marcus?" Luther aske confused before he let out a chuckled "Why would we do that?" he asked "Act of war? Death wish?" Jayme said "And it seems like you and your silly little family have him since Five won't talk" you said and the others looked at you.

"You talk to them?" Ben asked "I asked their Number Five. Had the pleasure of speaking with him a few hours ago. But he told me that he didn't knew that you guys had kidnapped Marcus" you said.

"How do you know that he is tell the truth?" Ben asked "I could see it in his eyes" you said "How do you know them?" Ben asked "Like I said, we have cross path more than once" you said.

"The last time we saw Marcus, he was with your sister" Sloane said "Which one?" Luther asked "The little one with the big powers" Fei said "Vanya? Huh" Luther said confused, not believing that Vanya would do something like that.

"Well, I gotta say, it does not sound like Vanya to go and kidnap anybody" Luther said before he chuckled "You know, having said that, I am usually the last to know about these kinda things" he said "You're their Number One. Shouldn't you know everything?" Ben asked "I know. You'd think so, Ben. Discipline has never really been our strong suit. It's pretty much a free-for-all over there" Luther said before he chuckled but the others just glanced at him like he was idiot.

"So, listen" Luther said as he put some Cashew butter on the bread.

"This sounds like an easy fix. I'll head back. I mean, my family's probably worried sick about me, to be honest. And if they have your guy, I'll send him back without a scratch. All right? No harm, no foul" he said as he looked at them.

"Hows' that sound?" he asked as he look at each of them "Good?" he asked as he looked back Ben who just stared at him with a rise eyebrow "Great" Luther said.

He got up and turned but suddenly he saw you and Kayla standing in front of him "What's the rush big boy" she raise a brow "If your family doesn't have him, we will send you back, got it" you pointed your finger at him.

Luther looked at Kayla who was looking at him with a threated look. Her attitude remind both of you and Five. But Kayla look a lot like Five. Had the same eye and hair color. Even the look she was sending remind him a lot of Five.

"Wait, you look a lot like Fi---" but then one tentacles grabbed Luther's shoulder before it push him back down on the chair.

"What's the rush? Stick around till Marcus is back" Ben said as the tentacles disappeared into his stomach.

Chris then started speaking menacingly as he float over to Luther.

"My family will come for me" Luther said as Ben wipe his mouth with a napkin "Wonderful" he said with a smile as he put the napkin on his plate "In the meantime, make yourself at home" he said before he grabbed his plate and stood up "Oh, and, uh...before I forget, if you try to escape, Fei's birds will peck your eyes out and make a nest inside your skull" Ben said calmly and Luther looked at Fei who chuckled before she grabbed her plate and got up "Cool" Luther said in a voice like he didn't like it at all.

"Or I will snap your neck" you smiled with your head tilted.   

Ben then sent Sloane a nod before he left with the others except for Sloane and you.

"I meant what I said Luther, just bring Marcus back and no harm will happen to you" you said "I thought you were with us?" Luther asked "I never said that" you said.

"That girl. Kayla" Luther whispered and you raise a brow "Is she really your daughter?" he asked and you nodded "Daughter by blood" you said "Is she Five's?" Luther asked "Don't be ridiculous, if she was Five she would be in her fifties" you said "Then who is her father?" Luther asked before his eyes widened "Don't say that she is Reginald?" he asked "Eww Gross. Never would I even lay with Reginald that is so gross" you made a face in disgust.

"Then who is her dad?" Luther asked "None of your business" you said before you turned to look at Sloane "Enjoy Sloane's company" you smiled before leaving.         

"So, what do you like to do for fun?" Sloane asked Luther causing him to look at her.
