Y/n led Eunae into the space where Taehyung awaited. Y/n's eyes met Taehyung's, she couldn't ignore the change in his appearance, he seemed to lose a lot of weight and looked really hollow. He hasn't been eating his meals.

His smile formed a weak smile as he looked at her. She seemed to be doing fine, and looked healthy.

How Y/n was with Taehyung is how Taehyung is right without Y/n. Hollow and weak, but she was like that because of physical and emotional exhaustion. Meanwhile Taehyung is like that because of regret.

“Dad,” Eunae exclaimed. She was happy to see Taehyung and ran to hug him.

“I will be standing at the corner.” Y/n mumbled and left. She chose to meet him in a public area, while Eunae talked to Taehyung, Y/n went and sat near the window.

Taehyung hugged Eunae tightly, however, couldn't help but fixate on Y/n, his gaze a mixture of longing and pain. Y/n was just staring outside the window.

She didn't even want to talk to him but her being In Front of Y/n was enough for Taehyung to live for more days.

Taehyung started talking to Eunae but her attention quickly shifted to the noticeable change in Taehyung's frame. “Are you okay, dad?”

He shook his head. “I miss you, and your mom.”

“We miss you too, I don't know about her. I miss you.” She exclaimed and hugged him, making Taehyung smile a little.

While spending time, Eunae fell asleep and fell asleep in Taehyung's arms. Now Taehyung stared back at Y/n. Who was still looking outside the window.

Why is she still sad? Taehyung has left her. Then why hasn't she become how she used to be? Did he really hurt her that badly that she lost herself?

His ears were echoing with all the things she had said to him when they were young and best friends. She would share every little thing with him, and he would just listen to her.

But when he married her, he didn't even allow her to speak. In 5 years, he doesn't even remember talking to her.

Y/n looked Taehyung's way and Taehyung's eyes locked onto Y/n's. The mere sight of her makes his heart go crazy.

She stood up and walked closer. “She fell asleep, I think we should leave now.”

She exclaimed and moved a little closer, but she doesn't seem comfortable being close to Taehyung. He noticed it and carefully gave Eunae to her making sure he doesn't touch or make her uncomfortable.

“I don't want you to meet her. This is the last time,” Y/n exclaimed.

“Why? Y/n, please don't. I need a reason to live.” He said.

“It's stressful, I don't feel comfortable seeing you.” She replied, seeing him just reminded her of the bad memories and the pain he has given to her.

“I know, I want you to be. That's all, are you back with Jungkook?” He asked. She shook her head.

“You love him right?” He asked. He knows she loves him. She does.

Now she thinks that she got to be with Jungkook really easily in highschool, that is why their relationship ended so easily. She was the one who confessed to him, when Jungkook left her, she was the one who still tried to be with him again.

And now, no matter how much she loves she doesn't want to rush just because she loves him.

“Goodbye.” She said and turned to leave.

“Y/n, listen, I know I was a bad husband, but can I at least be your friend again?” He asked.

“No, never. I don't want to believe in friendship or love again,” Y/n exclaimed and left.

Taehyung stared at her. “You have to believe in love again.”

Taehyung barged into Jungkook's office, a storm of frustration on his face. Jungkook, visibly annoyed, questioned his presence.

"What's your problem, Taehyung? Why are you here?" Jungkook asked.

Silence hung in the air as Taehyung clenched his fists. Without a word, he swung a punch at Jungkook, catching him off guard. “This is for sending me that text that broke me and my friendship with Y/n.”

Jungkook held Taehyung's collar and punched him back. “Are you fcking insane?”

“Why did you enter our lives huh? I was happy with her! Until you came and she started giving you more time.” Taehyung exclaimed, and landed his fist on Jungkook's jaws. “You broke my years-long friendship with her in just a few days.”

“Assh*le I didn't break your friendship, the problem was always you who wanted to be more than friends with her.” Jungkook replied, the two exchanged blows, their anger fueling the fight.

“I would have made her fall in love with me somehow if you weren't there! But you came and she fell in love with you.” He exclaimed.

"Really hitting me because she fell in love with me?” Jungkook said.

“Yes, she fcking loved you, you broke my friendship with her and that is why I broke your marriage!” Taehyung exclaimed. " Everything happened because of you if you had let her be with me when I needed her, I wouldn't have turned into a monster or hurt her."

Eventually, exhaustion took over, and both ended up on the ground, breathing heavily. Bruised and battered, they sat in the aftermath of their clash.

"Maybe this was a bad idea..." Taehyung said, he has a black eye now.  Jungkook, surprisingly calm, nodded.

“Yes Assh*le,” Jungkook replied. Taehyung put his hand in his pocket and took a pack of cigarettes and offered Jungkook a cigarette too. He took one.

“Sorry,” Taehyung said. Jungkook looked at him, raised his eyebrows. “It was me, most of it was my fault. I was jealous and didn't want you both to live happily, that is why I caused all the problems between you both,”

As he talked, Taehyung told Jungkook everything, from the start to end how he ruined her relationship with Jungkook.

“I gonna k'll you!” Jungkook pushed Taehyung causing him to fall on the ground as he got on top of him ready to punch Taehyung.

“Gosh, no, I give up. I don't have the energy to fight anymore.” Taehyung exclaimed. Jungkook let go of him and sit beside him, Jungkook lit up his cigarette too.

“You are so awful, just disgusting.” Jungkook exclaimed.

“I know, I can't help, I am blessed with the worst genes.” Taehyung chuckled. “Did she forgive you?”

“No, I don't think she loves him.” Jungkook said.

“You know this is exactly your problem, she loves you and you think she doesn't love you.” Taehyung exclaimed. “You are so stupid, I can k’ll to be loved by her the way she loved you.”

Taehyung really wished he could have experienced her love at least once. But he couldn't and he can never.

“I want to help you be with her again.” Taehyung exclaimed.

“No, I know it's your game you will create more problems between me and Y/n.” Jungkook said. Taehyung shook his head.

“I think I can fix some damage that I caused, I don't want to be like my uncle." Taehyung end up sharing his parents story to Jungkook. Taehyung wanted to talk but he doesn't really have anyone he wants to talk anymore.

Jungkook listen and he was shocked to see how much their parents lives has affected them. He kinda made him worried about his own kids.

Taehyung continued, "I fcked up because I forget how much I love Y/n, and let my obsession take over me. Now I want be her old friend Tae who can do anything for happiness, even if it's sacrificing my own happiness for her." Taehyung looked at Jungkook. "Let me fix the marriage that I have broken.”
