The Divine Series will follow the original Percy Jackson and the Olympians, as well as the Heroes of Olympus books that were written by Rick Riordan, to some degree. Most of it will obviously be my own twist on things. Percy Jackson, the whole story line, and any part of the extended universe belongs to Rick. My OC, her storyline, any other OC's I create, and or plot twists I add completely belong to me. I ask that you please do not steal my work, a lot of effort and thought has gone into each and every one of my stories. I hope you like the complexity of my main character. Icaria is not going to be your average sunshine all the time character. She has been through a lot and struggles with her anger quietly. Just be aware, Icaria has the blood of two powerful gods flowing through her veins, as well as the blessing of some others. 

I know that the Percy Jackson story is a young adult book, but mine will be darker, and focusing on pretty heavy and adult themes. Some of these chapters, especially as we get later into the book and its sequels, will not be suitable for younger audiences. The characters will be aged up two years. So that means Percy will be fourteen when he first comes to camp. Which means that the Great Prophecy will be fulfilled when they are eighteen. Also, Annabeth will be nine, Luke will be sixteen, and Thalia fifteen when they get to camp. I'm just not comfortable at writing little kids being in love. This means Icaria and Percy won't be together till they are sixteen, and eighteen till more adult things happen. Do not be weird about this please. 

Icaria is more of an OC that is overpowered, since she does have more abilities than the average Demigod. Ria is not only the daughter of the oldest of the gods, but she is also a powerful legacy. A legacy is being the child of another Demigod. Icaria also has a better relationship with most of the gods than the other Demigods do. They have known Icaria almost her entire life. This will be explained with her parentage later on and how she grew up. I will try my best not to change the god's personalities, but they respect Ria more than just your regular Demigod. 

Like all my other disclaimers, this will be your only TRIGGER WARNING! I do not want to make any of my readers uncomfortable, but I will NOT be putting warnings at the start of my chapters. They do not do that in regular books, so I am unsure why so many authors on Wattpad feel the need to have trigger warnings right before something happens. I'm not sure of the exact vibe that I want to have for this book. It is not enemies to lovers, since I feel too many people write that when it comes to this series. Probably mostly a mix of friends to lovers and fated by the gods. I really have not decided yet when they'll fall in love, but it will be a SLOW BURN! The trigger's will not be too dark, unlike some of my other stories, but there are still going to be hard topics.
