~Mayura's P.O.V~

     "Lady Mayura, Lord Lydia, Lord Claude! The creatures, they're coming!!" One of the guards told us. Me, Claude, and Lydia rushed outside to the gates, citizens were panicking, guards kept their guards up (*Snickers* Get it?) and we were all worried. "Lady Mayura.. it's time.." Lydia said. I knew what she was talking about. Claude looked at us confused. "Open the gates!" Lydia told the guard at the gate. The gates opened. Me, Lydia, and Claude left Forgen with 23 other guards. We all heard growling in the shadows. And out of the darkness, came a female with black hair, yellow eyes, and dark armor, and behind her were 5 hideous creatures. "Well well, if it isn't Lady Mayura and her friends... This is just too precious!" The girl said with a chuckle. Claude growled at her. "Hello Ceriese." I said. "Finally escaped from your realm.. Took ya long enough." "Hello Macy, my dear niece." Ceriese said. Lydia and Claude went wide-eyed. Ceriese was my dad's sister. "Mayura.. This is your AUNT?!" Lydia asked. I nodded in shame. "What's the matter Macy?" Ceriese teased. "Ashamed to tell them who your father is?" She smirked. I growled at Ceriese. "Tsk, tsk. Tempter, tempter.." Ceriese said with a devious grin. Claude was really scared to where he was kind of hiding behind Lydia. "Ceriese-" I started to say, but Ceriese attacked me before I could finish. I blocked her attack with my sword. The 23 guards, Lydia, and Claude started attacking the creatures. "Heh heh, come on Macy! Your brother was right! You really ARE just a weak, girl!" Ceriese said. I started having another quick flashback..

Flashback...

~3rd Person P.O.V~

     Mayura and her brother, Xavier, were in the forest, training. So far, Mayura hasn't shown her true colors. That her father.. was the original Shadow Lord, and she too has his powers and can take on a "demon" form of her own. Since Mayura was alone in the woods with her brother, she could do it. Suddenly, her eyes turned white but glowing red, black angel wings appeared on her back, her aura turned dark, and she was much stronger. Xavier became scared, and kept attacking, but an explosion was heard in the distance...

End of flashback...

Next thing I know, I changed. My eyes were white and glowing red, I had black angel wings, and I now had dark armor on, my sword blade turned blood-red. Ceriese became scared. I attacked her but Ceriese blocked it just in time. The 5 creatures were dead. Ceriese was left. "Come now, what would your parents say if they saw you like this?" Ceriese teased. I growled and said in a demonic tone, "MENTION MY PARENTS AGAIN AND I SWEAR, YOU WON'T LIKE WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT!" Ceriese was scared. I attacked again.. but she didn't block in time. My sword went through her, and I watched as she collapsed to the ground, disappearing. I knew she wouldn't stay dead for long.
At that time.. I finally knew.. that no one would be safe..
