Weather Conditions: The rain is pouring harder like no tomorrow. The ground is slick with mud of water bogged plant life. The trees are providing little shelter from the rain, and clouds still conceal the stars and moon. Small flashes of lightning crackle from above. But now the wind is blowing, maybe the storm will be over soon.

They have managed the find a shelter to protect from the harsh weather outdoors. A small, rundown storage shed- but electricity still runs. Inside, an unwind named Bolten has been living. He allowed the group to stay a while and listened to a few of their stories. Perhaps this alliance won't be too chaotic after all.

Police forces are searching now, scanning the outskirts of town. They couldn't have gotten too far, could they? Dogs have been let out to search, but Gloria's plan had worked. The rain washed away their sent and Madeline's cleverness to destroy evidence of a fire worked... For the most part. An officer noticed the shinged parts of one of the pinecones used to fuel the flames. "Campers," they ask, "or our Unwinds?"

Nadia, a scarred faced girl with a mindset to save the Unwinds no matter what it takes. With no remorse for her own needs, she sees others to be of the upmost importance.

Madeline, a military daughter with a sharp tongue and headstrong attitude. But maybe she's letting up...

Gloria, a seemingly tidy smartass Tithe with a desire set to be Unwound. But, perhaps now she's warming to the opposite side.

Leo, a rebel against society and his parents strict rules. But now he's leaning that rebelling against his own feelings is tougher than breaking a few rules.

Alexander, a skittish tagalong. But maybe there's more to him then he's letting off? Sleep deprived, a mysterious demon haunts his dreams.

Bolt, a cautious unwind with a compassionate heart, but a strong minded will.
