"Your jobs begin on Thursday!" Max told us. "To get your apartment visit the real estate department in the pit before lunch!"

I get up to go get my key when an arm grabs me from behind. I turn and see Tobias.

"Umm hey, um well I was wondering, if you know, you wanted to um move into my apartment with me?" Did he seriously just ask me that!

I drag him out the hallway. He stares at he with hurt in his eyes. 'He thinks I'm going to say no!' I stand up on the tips of my toes and press my lips to his. A twinkle returns to his eyes as he pulls away.

"So, that's a yes?"

"Yes that's a yes!" This time he leans down and kisses me. My heart rate quickens with his touch.

I smile into the kiss.

I love how I can do this here. In Abnegation this would never have been aloud. Especially in public. In Dauntless I'm free. I'm not told that I'm not selfless enough, or that I've looked to long in the mirror, or that I have to lose myself more than I already have. I lost myself in Abnegation, but in Dauntless I found myself again. I didn't just find me. I found a better me. One that loves to be herself, free.
