the next morning the girls were sitting on the edge of the boat waiting for the boys to come pick them up since they seriously could not go anywhere.

the boys started pulling up and yelling at them

"you guys lose your keys or something?"

"need a tow?!"

"don't give them the satisfaction of thinking this worked," kiara said to them

"absolutely not," sarah said as ren nodded along

"you guys gotta admit that was funny," john b said

"yeah funny for you guys," ren corrected

"john b," kiara said

"uh, what's that?" john b asked

"mastermind, huh?" she asked

"i'm always planning," john b said

"some patriarchal bullshit," ren scoffed

"yeah, that sucked," sarah agreed

"still love us though, right?" jj asked

"eh," ren motioned with her hands, half and half,

"well we're gonna get you back when you least expect it," sarah said

"watch your back, boys," kiara said

"well i for one welcome that challenge," pope said

"me too," jj agreed

"so did you guys, ya know..." pope referred to friendship

"reconcile our differences?" kiara finished, pope nodded.

"mm-mm," sarah said

"not even close," kiara said

"no way," ren said aswell

"but, we're willing..." sarah started, "to work together, put it in the past," ren finished

"you know what? that's victory!" john b cheered

ren walked into the cabin to get her hat when she received a hug from behind, by jj.

"hey baby," he smiled

"wow wow wow, mister," she pushed him off her to which he pouted, "you left me here," she frowned

"i'm sorry! please forgive me princess," he whined

"fine, but only because your too cute to stay mad at," she kissed him and walked out him following behind her,

"okay! you guys ready to jack someone up?" john b asked

"hell yeah!" ren cheered as the others barely sounded excited

it was later on in the day and the pogues were driving back to the crain house with one mission, get the gold.

"you got the rope?" john b checked

"got it," pope confirmed

"grappling hook?" john b asked quite seriously

"no grappling hook," pope denied

"why would we have a grappling hook?" ren chuckled

"yeah we're not batman." pope said

it took them a while but they got there in the end and stopped the van,

"pulley?" john b asked

"yep," ren checked

"dark clothes?" he asked again

"mhm," she answered

"flashlights?"

"check," jj said

"all right good," john b said, "we're ready!" he said

"let's go," kiara said

they were about to get out when john b stopped them,

"wait, wait," he started which made everyone confused

"i wanna say thank you guys, seriously. it means a lot to me that your here tonight," john b thanked

"always," kiara said

"yeah, love you man," ren patted him on the shoulder

"of course man." pope said

"all right. we done with the circle jerk? can we go do this? again we need to get rich, hello? kids people move it move it!" jj smiled at ren

"way to kill the vibe jj," ren frowned but quickly smiled back at him

they got out of the van and stood in front of the wall,

"let's get that wheat in the water!" pope said

"weed? i'm up for weed," jj perked up

"ooh me too." ren smiled fist bumping jj

"wheat, i said wheat," pope corrected

john b climbed over the wall and helped sarah over, pope then and kiara, ren was climbing up when she felt two hands on her but,

"jj? what are you doing?" she looked down at him

"giving you a boost," he pushed further

"okay! okay!" she climbed over the wall and caught the bag that jj threw over

jj climbed over and kissed ren's cheek before grabbing her hand and walking a little to catch up the group.

they walked closer to the house and just then lights turned on, motion censored lights.

"shit!"

"oh shit!"

"get down!"

after they all ducked down behind a bush pope said,

"okay, so she has motion censor lights,"

"we could, uh.... move really slowly, maybe?" jj said which made everybody look at him questionably

"what?"

"come on jj, seriously," ren sighed

"that's not how it works," pope said

"oh, shit. let's throw a rock at it," john b perked up

"what?" pope asked

"your even dumber than jj," ren said

"that's a really good idea. let the axe murderer know that we're here," kiara said sarcastically

"you have a better idea?" john b asked

"literally anything but that," kiara said

"what about the breaker? in the circuit box on the porch," sarah said, "we used to play hide and seek here as a kid, and if we were brave enough we'd go all the way up to the porch, i've seen it," sarah added

"no. no, your not going in the house alone," john b warned

"she won't have to go alone," ren grabbed sarah's hand

"hold on, your not going in there either," jj warned

"yes i am," she kissed his cheek and got up,

"i love you ren. please be careful." jj said

"i love you too," she smiled

she heard pope and john b call him a simp under their breaths and kiara agreed to go with the girls aswell.

"okay, we'll wait for your signal," pope said

"okay."

"hey! be safe," john b said to sarah

the girls were walking closer and closer through the bushes, nearing the house,

"she must have a generator plugged into the main power supply." kiara pointed out

they walked up the steps to the porch and got closer,

"uh sarah where again?" ren asked

"right there," sarah pointed to the box

they opened it but found no beakers.

"where are the beakers?" sarah asked

"i'm not sure," ren said

they pointed at the wire that leads inside,

"oh god, well we have to do it, let's go," ren said

kiara grabbed both the girls hands as ren leaded them inside following the wire that lead past the stairs and to a kitchen,

a cat meowed loudly which made them jump,

"i almost shit myself! dumb cat," ren yelled before continuing walking,

they found the box and opened it, finding the beakers and turning them off, sending the boys a signal that the coast was clear.

they heard upstairs a door open or some sort of creaking which made them go against the wall,

"shit," sarah whispered

"no matter what, stay quiet," ren shushed them

just then, what could be heard in the distance was walking heavily down the stairs, mrs. crain.

ren squinted her eyes shut, holding on to the girls hands quite tightly,

ren shushed them, trying to keep herself calm, she whispered over and over in her head

adventure, adventure, this is my adventure and i'm not gonna stop until i get what we deserve,

"it's late leon. too late," mrs. crain croaked out.

they heard mrs.crain's footsteps getting closer and closer and she walked past them saying, "i can hear you leon, i've been waiting all night!" before looking back at them making the girls scream and run, all separate ways.

ren noticed that mrs.crain wasn't following her which meant she was following one of the girls.

friends come first

she ran into the room and saw mrs. crain with a fire poker trying to hit kiara.

ren grabbed another fire utensil and hit the old lady, only for the utensil to break

"shit!" ren said before sarah came in and pushed mrs.crain out of the way and opening a door to the basement. where the boys were.

the girls ran down the stairs screaming at sarah to go faster

"i'm going!"

"guys!"

"guys! let's go pull him up!"

"guys!"

the girls yelled at the boys and ren ran into jj's arms

"what's going on?" he asked them

"mrs. crain! she's up there! she tried to beat us with a fire poker," sarah explained

the boys quickly yelled toward john b but heard muffled yells back,

"yo! he's drowning pull him up!" they all hurried to pull john b out of the well but all fell realising john b wasnt on the line

"get on the fucking rope john b we need to go!" ren yelled to him

"everybody pull!" jj yelled

they started pulling him up and further until a gun shot was fired making the group duck.

"holy shit!" ren yelled into jj

"it's mrs. crain," jj said

"we gotta get out of here! now!!" ren yelled loudly

"hang on john b! we're gonna do it!" jj said

jj, ren and pope pulled john b up from the floor but another gun shot was fired near the girls making them run out as the others kept pulling up john b, that was until a gun shot was fired near them making them run,

"get in the van!" ren yelled, she and jj got in the front while the others got in the back

"where's john b?" sarah asked

"he's coming!" ren looked out of her rear mirror seeing him.

everybody ushered him into the moving van and he got in but stank and looked disgusting

"holy shit!" ren frustratedly ran a hand through her hair

"are you okay? are you shot?" jj asked everybody

"no!" john b answered

"don't think so!" ren smiled

"i think i would know if i was shot," kiara said

"you look, disgusting," pope pointed out

"god you smell like ass," kiara complained

"what the hell just happened?" sarah asked

"pogue life!" ren said

"all time pogue hall of fame baby!" jj yelled

"hell, yeah!" kiara cheered

"that bitch is possessed!" ren yelled

"that bitch can't aim," sarah said

"how does she move that fast?" pope asked

"she's possessed!" kiara said

"she's like master yoda." jj said

"oh my god," they all said

"what is that?" kiara asked making ren look back at john b,

"no you didn't!" sarah yelled

"oh my god john b!" ren yelled

"we did it, baby!" john b yelled

"no you didn't!" sarah yelled

jj looked back and screamed, "oh my god!"

"i did it!" john b yelled proudly repeating it over and over again as the others cheered along

"pogue life baby!" ren yelled

"wait! wait! guys we're gonna be rich!" kiara reminded them which made everybody go even crazier with the screaming and yelling

"full kook!" they all started cheering

"full kook!"

full kook, something ren will never ever forget

"full kook!"

jj pressed a hard kiss against ren's lips before continuing yelling
